There is nothing “fair” about government shaking down hard working producers in this economy and redistributing the fruits of their labor to the derelict class.

In 1991 I ran for County Commissioner in Jackson County Oregon. The central theme of my campaign, and our campaign slogan was “Stop the Legal Muggers”.

Amazingly, but not unexpectedly, the local media refused to quote or repeat the slogan.

(I got 48% of the vote)

I warned against Goals 2000 education, environmentalist – activist influences and the power they were garnering over legislative bodies both locally and nationally. I further warned the Timber and natural resource industries to rise up or face the very real danger of being decimated, shut down, and out-sourced.  (History proved me right and made me sort of a prophet – I have the audio from radio and TV appearances to back it up)

I urged people, Christians and pastors at the time to stand tall against the sodomy lobby and I warned that many would die from STD’s (sexually transmitted disease) related to the homosexual lifestyle. I suggested that if the activists in the gay rights movement weren’t subdued, soon they would be in our schools, churches and seeking marriage equality special rights and favorable public recognition. (More prophecy?)

This was the biggie issue, not because of its significance generally, but because the experiment is to determine if you are willing throw all knowledge and facts aside and accept a lie as the truth even though you know it’s a lie to begin with.

That Orwellian victory over the minds of the American people on something as obvious as sexual sodomy, has empowered elite socialist power brokers with the knowledge that many folks are as easily conditioned as was Pavlov’s dog and can be trained to respond to any command, totally ignoring the facts.

That power over multitudes of Americans was required before a commie takeover was possible. That conditioning or brainwashing of people to respond to “the bell” helps avoid insurrection, breaks a person’s faith in logic, facts and known truths. Like a form of mass hypnosis. And it works, as you can see.

Now, some 20 years later, nearly 700,000 Americans are dead from HIV/Aids. (Is this the part where I say I told you so?). Yet, nobody in the power structure has the courage to publicly decry the fact that sodomy is a very dangerous public health hazard? Wow!

The same sexually deviant prevaricators in the sodomy lobby would have you believe that heterosexuals were partly responsible for the mayhem, Not so!

The CDC (Centers for Disease Control) website offers historical data and that data paints a gruesome picture of what statistically looks to me, like a conspiracy to intentionally infect heterosexuals by crossing over. Infected sodomites and male bisexuals were apparently hopeful that by infecting heterosexuals, Americans would not point to the gay lifestyle with proper indignation, and they were right.

The publics unwillingness to act on this threat might be compared to a scenario where someone walking through town with a loaded gun, randomly shooting into buildings and crowds, is ignored, even defended for their actions, the communities open acceptance of the carnage because somebody told them that the shooter was “Born that way” and can’t control the behavior. It’s absurd! What kind of stupidity has overtaken this once great land?

The HIV epidemic is a form of pre-meditated murder, a never ending terrorist attack of sorts, perpetrated against innocents, and it makes the attacks on 9-11 look like a fender bender by comparison. How sad and even more disheartening is how few Americans have the intellectual capacity to sort it all out in their own minds.

Even fewer are able to consider the on-going collateral damage from the HIV blood scare Thousands of accident and crime victims are forced to suffer, and bleed to death at the scene, because Police and First Responders are forced to watch them bleed out while waiting for trained medics to arrive. This kills hundreds, possibly thousands of folks every year. Somebody is responsible for these deaths and should be held to account.

From 1991 to 2004, as a radio host, I challenged my fellow citizens to get involved. I literally begged them to go to their churches and engage their pastors, to go to their school board meetings and city council meetings.

I implored them to populate regularly, all government and public forums and demand to be heard. I asked them to scream at the top of their lungs the founding principles of this great country and to expose to those legal muggers where their constitutional boundaries are. Those boundaries are lawful orders, meant to keep the bureaucracy in check, to keep big government and anti American forces at bay. They all take an oath and affirm their commitment to the law, and then violate that oath with regularity, its treason.

Of course, as is obvious by now, very few listeners followed my advice.

I explained early on, and later as these very issues launched me into a successful national radio career, that we needed to rebuild America from the foundation up. I repeatedly asserted then and now, that by electing a Presidential candidate or achieving a republican controlled congress, we would do little or nothing to resolve the problems facing America. (I was right again!)

Moral decay, insane spending, idiotic fiscal and monetary policy and big government encroachment on personal liberty – these were the major forces of destruction facing us in1991 and continue to plague us now.

I warned America against NAFTA (The North American Free Trade Agreement) and against other phony free trade policies that have proven to be even worse for our country and economy than I could have ever imagined back in 1993. (Newt Gingrich was a huge supporter of these loser programs).

I argued against the Omnibus Crime Bill of 1993 (Another Gingrich Plan). Passage of that legislation has led us into a system of family courts run by big government loving do-gooders who create little more than social chaos and confusion (and waste a lot of money).

Since I began shouting about this stuff on talk radio in 1991, millions of families have been destroyed. Parental rights abolished and far too many folks are sitting in prison for crimes they didn’t actually commit because of a form of legal fraud called a plea bargain.

Ultimately, this folly led to the Patriot Act and finally, now, to an almighty, all powerful, Orwellian style big brother law, titled “The National Defense Authorization Act” or NDAA, which terminates our rights as American citizens to due process.

I am going to try ONE MORE TIME to get your attention America.

This race bating and class warfare garbage is absolute lunacy. It’s being forcefully espoused by President Obama and his socialist surrogates across the land.

They are now driving a dangerous message forward, suggesting that people who work harder, work smarter, work longer and create wealth, jobs and opportunities for others are the enemy.

Because some are able to do better financially, Obama and his minions want the underachievers to believe that the entrepreneurs and the inventive folks in America are somehow cheating them out of their fair share. What a joke!

Now, the perception the media is trying to press forward, wrongly incites a growing population of non-taxpayers into hating those who actually do pay. Nearly 50% of the U.S. population pays no income tax at all. And the government and establishment media are turning the non-payers against the people who bust their butts to succeed.

The mantra from Obama and big media is that somehow, those productive in society OWE something to what I’ll call the derelict class (DC’s). It’s a matter of fairness they say. It’s simply a lie, but the DC’s will accept it and their envy will ruin what little remains of the American dream.

It’s actually called Distributive Justice; (Should be called re-distributive Justice – LOL)

Post-apartheid South Africa is an example of a country that deals with issues of re-allocating resources with respect to the distributive justice framework.

Is this more evidence of Obama’s Kenyan roots?

I described back in 1992 what I called then the “Derelict Class” (DC).

I described them as social misfits who spend their days getting their rocks off, visiting tattoo parlors, Piercing studio’s or spending most of their time on this planet getting drunk and stoned or getting their 33^rd girlfriend of the decade pregnant.

Fully expecting the taxpayers of course, to pick up the tab and raise their unsupported and unwanted bastard children.

Free from responsibility, they can keep on partying, until they destroy their own health at which point they can collect SSI disability and Medicaid benefits.

The female version of a DC has come to understand multiple methods to game the system and use their reproductive prowess to rip off society.

These Derelicts are not needy, not poor and certainly not ENTITLED to my support, financially or otherwise. But the Obama’s of the world think otherwise.

They act as accomplices, helping destroy ingenuity, productivity, initiative and drive.

The game is policed and enforced by hordes of overpaid and useless bureaucrats whom I kindly refer to as the “legal muggers”.

Add to that, the morons who engage in promiscuous and dangerous behaviors, sexual or physical… sodomy, I.V. drug use or bungee jumping, these clowns demand to receive but are not entitled to health care at my expense. Obama disagrees.

Neither are the people who eat 40 times their body mass in junk food every year, entitled to my support, nor are the simpletons who smoke, drink and do drugs.

President Obama and his ilk, never cease to amaze me with their lack of consideration or respect for those who strive to be healthy, hard working, moral and honest.

I will never understand how anyone can think that it’s my duty or obligation to attend to the needs of a growing mass of parasites which have become so numerous that they might actually kill the host, and what’s more frightening… They have a numerical edge in the next Presidential election.

I was tired of being mugged by the government on behalf of my neighbors back in 1991 at the tender age of 30, I saw it coming, and I am way more tired of it now.

Several of my good friends pulled up and left, they went to Coast Rica and Panama… Are they right, is that the real answer? Leave here and let the cannibals have their way with the old USA?

We are either headed into bankruptcy, financial and political ruin and possible civil war or the American people will ultimately rise up, cut off the derelict class, fire all of the “legal Muggers” and get active to fix it from the ground up.

I won’t hold my breath for the latter. Many folks I know are already stocked up, armed, trained and ready for the worst case scenario.

You are free to make personal choices in America…But!

The way this socialist crud works these days, when you make bad choices we all have to pay for your sins.

If you choose to live a sedentary life, with no exercise, poor eating habits and food choices; if you abuse substances like tobacco, alcohol, drugs, engage in dangerous or high risk behaviors, your actions have consequences for others. Unbridled selfish behavior runs up the cost of insurances, crowds medical care providers unnecessarily, while stressing government services and society in many ways. You might feel you have a “right” to do it “if it feels good”, but if you feel that way, you fail to recognize how your choices hurt innocent bystanders.

Do you want to live an immoral or unhealthy lifestyle? Fine, but if you hurt any innocents you should be made to be accountable and pay for the damages or even face criminal charges if appropriate. My primary request is that people be required to suffer the consequences of their “personal choices”, pay their own costs and not ask the “Police State” to use force to shake down fellow Americans, neighbors and family to subsidize selfishness and immorality.

While it may be true that you have a “right” to make the “wrong” choices, you do not have the right to require others to pay for your sins. Until that’s resolved in American politics and in the larger society, there will never be any real peace or happiness for the folks who make good choices and do the right things. Using government police powers to rob your neighbors on your behalf is evil and selfish; a kind of stinking thinking that dampens the incentive to for good folks who excel in business and in life. 

Why would anyone put forward a 110% effort if the “police state” is just going to take the fruit by force and give it over to some lay-about or sex pervert down the street? This kind of Obama style social engineering has nearly killed the American dream. The Pilgrim’s tried socialism when they first arrived, and it nearly killed them all. They found out that many people will kick back and mooch off their neighbors if allowed to do so. It didn’t work then and it doesn’t work now.

And that’s what’s killing America!

Do we need another William Bradford or someone to implement the biblically correct command by the Apostle Paul, “If you don’t work…you don’t eat”? Look, if you want to laze around, eat like a hog, drink smoke and be merry, then when the big heart attack or stroke hits, don’t expect empathy, sympathy or free medical care. If you can’t pay for it out of your own pocket, then you should be denied unless a charity or 3rd party feels the need to help you. Simply put, you have no right to expect help from folks not responsible for your troubles.

It’s time for Americans to let the “Good Riddance Factor” prevail. We could easily eliminate crime in America. Why pay to police and incarcerate millions of scum bags? Instead, just pay handsome rewards to folks who help prevent, stop or capture criminals.

We can cut our military costs and “Defense Spending” 75% by simply informing the world that we are scaling way back and intend on using all those expensive alternative weapons we Americans coughed up trillions of dollars to create. We could easily rule the world today by being willing to kill our enemies. And, if the world knew we were willing to kill our enemies, I promise everyone would try to be our friend.

Instead of seeking ways to enhance government influence in our lives, huge rewards could be paid to those who find ways to eliminate agencies and overhead by automation or simple policy changes.

To ensure long lasting social peace and eliminate most crime, start training kids in Junior High School how to properly handle firearms for the purpose of defending themselves, their families and country. Teach ethics and morality from early ages and stop scoffing at the Christian ideals that helped America become the greatest country on earth. A fully armed America is a free America. And an armed and trained America is safer yet.

No more free electric scooters for folks who brought on their own health problems, no more free food and housing, no more free medical care for folks who by their “personal choices” caused their own diseases. End welfare, free child care and make young parents fulfill their responsibilities or face severe criminal charges. End the fallacy of lifetime careers and unnaturally early paid retirements for over-paid and mostly unnecessary politico’s and bureaucrats.

Imagine living in a “FAIR” America where we allow people to honestly reap what they sow, an America that allows people to get exactly what they deserve.

Now that’s FAIRNESS. 

Just watch how fast folks stop making bad choices when we stop paying their bills.

To save America, we need to get back to basic, moral and simple values. To do anything less is more than a national travesty, it’s more like treason.

Or, is it possible that Americans are okay with being the enemies within?

Ringside Politics 2011 Award

November 21, 2011…This year, we continue a cherished Thanksgiving tradition at Ringside Politics by bestowing our annual “Turkey of the Year” award to the most deserving politician or media personality.

This is always a very spirited competition because there are so many turkeys to consider. Previous winners have included former House Speaker Nancy “Botox Buffoon” Pelosi and former New Orleans politicians Mayor Ray “School Bus” Nagin and Congressman William “Dollar Bill” Jefferson.

To win this special award, the honoree has to best emulate our favorite Thanksgiving bird, the turkey. In other words, the winner must strut around acting as stupid as possible. A turkey’s brain is smaller than a walnut, among the tiniest in the animal kingdom. The turkey, while delicious to eat, possesses fewer brain cells than a cockroach. It qualifies for true bird brain status, which is why this holiday treat reminds us of so many people in the news today.

In the world of media and politics today, there is an endless supply of foolish politicians who strut around spouting nonsense. At the top of the list is President Obama who can strut and spout nonsense with the best of them. Whether the topic is socialized medicine, the lack of “shovel ready” jobs in his stimulus bill, higher taxes, increased spending, adding trillions to the national debt or apologizing for America; he can certainly blather on endlessly, especially if he has his teleprompter. He does have credibility on some subjects, such as basketball and community organizing, but on most issues, he is clueless and woefully unprepared. In this year’s competition, he was a strong candidate, finishing as our runner-up. 

Sharing runner-up status with the President was the entire Occupy Wall Street movement, who continue to sound and smell like a bunch of turkeys. Many of these protesting fools are unaware of any goals for their movement; they just want free handouts and attention. They attracted the support of the typical idiotic Hollywood crowd like Susan Sarandon and Alec Baldwin. Actors are specialists at making foolish comments, especially when they offer inane encouragement to occupiers. If these actors really wanted to show support for the movement they would pitch a tent with the protesters and move into an occupied park. Don’t hold your breath waiting for these limousine liberal stars to actually mean what they say.    

While the Occupy Wall Street movement attracted a wide range of star turkeys, the designation of “Turkey of the Year” goes to the celebrity who most resembles the rotund bird of Thanksgiving, documentary filmmaker Michael Moore. This champion of corrupt Cuban health care and unions, who by the way used non-union labor in his last documentary, has demonstrated true turkey qualities in 2011. 

Although the competition was tough this year, Moore was the clear winner and not just because he looks remarkably like a stuffed turkey.  For several months, Moore has been the poster child for the Occupy Wall Street movement. He has met with the protesters and encouraged them to expand their demonstrators across the country. He has provided the group key moral and financial support. In return, occupiers have been littering, committing crimes and defecating on police cars. What a great role model he has been for these protesters!

The occupiers claim that they represent the 99 percent of Americans who are getting screwed by the wealthiest 1 percent of the country who are not paying their fair share of taxes. Of course, among the top 1 percent of Americans is the bloated blowhard Michael Moore. In a recent interview with Piers Morgan on CNN, Moore denied the obvious and said he did not belong to the supposedly evil group. While Morgan asked Moore to “sit here and say, I’m in the 1 percent” the multi-millionaire refused and only admitted to being “blessed.”

Moore makes his money on the backs of the blue collar people he supposedly represents and then lies to them about his own wealth. While decrying corporate greed, Moore lives in a 10,000 square foot mansion on Torch Lake in Traverse City, Michigan. He also owns a multi-million dollar apartment in New York City.  Overall, it’s not a bad existence for an occupy leader with an axe to grind.

Ironically, Moore does not see the blatant hypocrisy of his partnership with the Occupy Wall Street crowd. He continually vilifies greed, yet his vast wealth symbolizes a distinct greed for money, fame and power. Moore is among the elite in this country and his followers would be wise to stop feeding his phenomenal ego.

To any objective observer, Moore should have zero credibility to blast capitalism, the very same system he used to accumulate his prodigious wealth.  Yet, our 2011 “Turkey of the Year” winner has no shame. According to Moore, “we’re seeing…the end of capitalism as we know it and I say good riddance.”

As usual, Moore’s words ring hollow. Without capitalism, no one would know Michael Moore. Without capitalism, Moore would not be a millionaire with lavish homes. Without capitalism, there would be no Michael Moore documentaries. In fact, if there was no capitalism, there would be no Michael Moore, larger than life liberal personality.

So, the end of capitalism would have at least one benefit.

October 19, 2011…The hyperbole from the left is getting more extreme with each passing day. Several weeks ago actor Morgan Freeman claimed the Tea Party movement was “racist.” Last Friday, actor Sean Penn called the Tea Party the group that wanted to “get the N-word out of the White House” and “lynch” the President. These foolish actors have not seen or must not understand the latest polls which show African American Herman Cain as the Tea Party’s favorite candidate.

While their remarks were both offensive and inaccurate, they were mild compared to what aging actress Susan Sarandon said last weekend at the Hamptons Film Festival.  In discussing her Academy Award winning role in the film “Dead Man Walking,” Sarandon said that she sent a copy of the book that inspired the movie to the Pope. However, she noted that the book was sent to “the last one, not this Nazi we have now.” To make matters worse, Sarandon repeated the offensive reference at another panel discussion.

This horrible remark was not only an insult to the leader of the Catholic Church, but also to the 1.2 billion Catholics worldwide. Sadly, among the left in this country, insulting conservatives and Catholics has become routine.

A great number of outspoken liberals can be found in the film industry, where good looking, but dim witted, entertainers earn a living. For some reason, these actors and actresses believe that the public cares about their political opinions. Instead, most people want them to “shut up” and perform. When they open their mouth, it is usually leftist drivel that exposes their ignorance and bias.

Sarandon is a hard core liberal who supports radical movements. It was no surprise to see her at the “Occupy Wall Street” rally giving aid and comfort to the protesters. Like so many other Hollywood extremists, she wouldn’t be caught dead at a Tea Party rally. These liberal stars prefer a group that bashes capitalism, yells “F… the USA” and defecates on police cars to a bunch of people waving the American Flag and singing patriotic hymns.

It is more than disquieting that Sarandon was not confronted about labeling the Pope a Nazi by anyone at the Hamptons Film Festival. Instead she was praised for her efforts to support UNICEF and the Wall Street protesters. This shows that there is plenty of anti-Catholic bias in the Hollywood community.

While festival attendees were not moved by Sarandon’s vicious attack against the Pope, her comments were condemned by William Donohue of the Catholic League of America. He noted that the Pope “was conscripted at the age of 14 into the Hitler Youth, along with every other young German boy.” However, the future Pope refused to go to meetings and “unlike most of the others, he deserted at the first opportunity.”

Clearly, the Pope represents the polar opposite of Nazism. In fact, film critic Michael Medved said Sarandon’s comments were especially egregious because of the Pope’s “moving and eloquent efforts to come to terms with the horrors of the Holocaust.” The Anti-Defamation League called on Sarandon to apologize to the Catholic community. Not surprisingly, calls to her agent were not returned.

It is time that these vicious attacks from the Hollywood left were no longer tolerated. Obviously, no one in Hollywood is going to penalize Susan Sarandon, but the American public should. Catholics and all Americans who are sick and tired of the hatred and ignorance spewed by the liberals in Hollywood should boycott Sarandon’s movies and force her to suffer some consequences for insulting a beloved church figure, who Catholics recognize as the successor to Saint Peter, the Apostle.

A boycott will send a message to the film studios that Sarandon and her fellow liberal stars are becoming a liability and maybe give more conservatives in Hollywood the courage to fight back against this type of intolerance.

These stars get paid big money to act, not comment on religion or politics. As we can see from Susan Sarandon and her liberal friends, when the stars stray from their make believe world of Hollywood into the real world, it is not a pretty site to behold. It’s time for Sarandon and company to either “shut up” or go away.

One soldier was killed and two more were injured Sunday after simultaneous attacks from the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) in several towns of Colombia’s southwestern Cauca region.

Police said that the soldier died in one of the first attacks in Suarez municipality, where FARC members launched explosive devices against an army vehicle. 

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos Sunday renewed his call for the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) rebels to disband and disarm.

“Here, where the FARC was born 47 years ago, I send them a message: Disband, lay down your arms, renounce violence and terrorism and we will be ready to give you an opportunity in civic life,” Santos said in the central town of Marquetalia, FARC’s birthplace.

Santos also said the FARC’s new practice of recruiting minors, a response to intensified government crackdown, is against international humanitarian law.

The president’s remarks came amid recent attacks of FARC guerrillas in several regions and increased clashes between government troops and the rebels.

Two government soldiers were killed Saturday in a clash with an elite FARC commando unit in the southern province of Caqueta. Two other soldiers were wounded Sunday after FARC members attacked a police station in Sardinata in the northeastern province of Norte de Santander.

The FARC, Colombia’s largest rebel group with a nationwide operation range, has been involved in decades-long anti-government armed struggle since its inception in 1964.

Last month, FARC attacked an oil field operated by a Canadian company near the Venezuelan border. According to a report, the FARC guerrillas dressed in police uniforms blew up a 400-barrel oil storage tank and destroyed an oil dipper belonging to the Canadian Alange Energy Corporation.

Last week, FARC — designated a terrorist group by the U.S. State and Treasury Departments –  launched two other attacks in Caqueta in the southern part of the country, killing one person, wounding four others and setting six vehicles on fire.

Officials believe that FARC’s attacks were aimed to distract crackdown operations against them in areas near Venezuelan borders.

Recent attacks by the FARC terrorists indicate the rebel group is still a threat, U.S. ambassador in Bogota Michael Mckinley said.

Besides being a Marxist revolutionary group, FARC is a leading drug trafficking gang with ties to the Colombian drug cartels.

The attacks also signaled the FARC’s attempt to demonstrate strength as the rebel group believes they were the only way to react to Colombia’s counter-terrorism operations. 

Ambassador McKinley stated that he was particularly concerned over the situation in the southern province of Cauca, where the FARC struck in Toribio, Corintio and Caldono over the weekend, leaving 6 dead, 70 others wounded and about 500 homes destroyed.

Colombian Defense Minister Rodrigo Rivera said the attacks was a FARC strategy to disrupt the army’s manhunt for Alfonso Cano, the FARC’s top leader.

September 20, 2011….This week, world leaders will gather in New York for the United Nations General Assembly. As usual, the spotlight will be on some of the world’s biggest tyrants who will be given the key speaking positions.

Iranian dictator Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will bring a contingent of 140 Islamic radicals to the Big Apple. Once again, Ahmadinejad will speak to the U.N. General Assembly and receive a warm reception from the vast majority of 193 delegates. In contrast, the Prime Minister of Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East, will receive another rude reception. Certainly, anti-Semitism is a key factor in this rough treatment, but it is also worthwhile to note that two-thirds of the U.N. delegates represent developing counties where democracy is a foreign concept. Sadly, tyrants, despots, radical clerics, and dictators are well represented among the U.N. General Assembly.

In previous years, terrorists like Yasser Arafat of the PLO and dictators such as Fidel Castro of Cuba and Muammar Gaddafi of Libya have been given starring roles at the United Nations. In a 2009 U.N. speech, Gaddafi rambled on for two hours about so-called enemies of his country. In fact, Libya’s biggest enemy has been Gaddafi, who has finally been removed from power. He is currently wanted by the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity. The world would have been spared much misery if the minute Gaddafi set foot in New York he would have been arrested for his role in the bombing of Pan American flight 103 and the killing of 270 innocent people. Instead, Gaddafi was given a hero’s welcome at the U.N. and treated like some sort of Islamic rock star.

In 2009, a true tragedy occurred when Gaddafi was allowed to come to this country and spew his poison. This week, U.S. officials should not make the same mistake again. Ahmadinejad should be arrested and immediately delivered to the International Criminal Court for his long list of crimes.

Ahmadinejad has been advancing an illegal nuclear weapons program and lying to the world about his intentions. He has been lavishing funding worldwide on the main enemy of the United States, Al-Qaeda. In fact, according to Nathan Carlton of United Against a Nuclear Iran, Ahmadinejad’s regime is “the world largest state sponsor of terrorism.” There is clear evidence that Ahmadinejad is arming insurgents in Iraq and Afghanistan with the latest weaponry, which is used to kill American soldiers.

Along with supporting international jihad which specializes in killing innocent civilians, Ahmadinejad brutally repressed a peaceful democratic uprising in his country in 2009. This brutality has not stopped and according to Amnesty International, the Iranian regime has executed an average of two people per day in the first half of 2011.

Ahmadinejad has blood on his hands, which is why no organization that purportedly pursues peaceful coexistence among nations should allow this tyrant a platform to emit his hatred toward the U.S. and Israel, or his anti-Semitic beliefs denying the existence of the Holocaust.

As we await another disgusting display at the United Nations, U.S. taxpayers should demand that Congress withdraw funding from this organization. Currently, The U.N. receives 22 percent of its regular budget and 27 percent of its peacekeeping operations from the United States taxpayers.  No other country contributes as much as the United States and some countries contribute as little as 0.001 percent of the budget. In addition, our country incurs significant costs in hosting the U.N. headquarters in New York City.

Facing a massive $1.4 trillion annual deficit and a national debt of $15 trillion, the United States can not afford to waste money on an organization that promotes anti-Semitic, anti-American dictators.

Along with de-funding the United Nations, we should also give the group a one-way ticket out of the country and let some other nation provide these tyrants a headquarters.

With millions of Americans unemployed, and millions of others losing their home and their savings, the almost constant anti-capitalist rhetoric – about Wall Street and corporate “fat cats” and ”billionaires and millionaires not paying their fair share” – by elected leaders such as President Barack Obama, Senator Harry Reid, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi and others is starting to take it’s toll.

The New York City Police Department found it necessary to block off Wall Street for a second day of unrest on Sunday as hundreds of people took to the streets in protest against financial institutions, banks and stockbrokerage houses.

Demonstration leaders and protestors claimed they were going hurt the very people who are destroying the U.S. economy. Using the social-media incited uprisings in places like Egypt and Iran as their model, the group of online activists hopes it will work on Wall Street.

Protestors lashed out at the “rich” especially those making ”seven figure salaries plus bonuses” at Wall Street financial institutions. More than one speaker blamed the wealthy for destroying the country, and depriving Americans of their “rights to mortgages, student loans and employment.”

Another speaker claimed the rich are even destroying or hurting people’s livelihoods and lives.

“So … can we on the left learn some new tricks? Can we head off to lower Manhattan with a fresh mindset and a powerful new demand?” states the group on its web site.

Protestors gathered at a nearby square since the center of Wall Street has been cordoned off by police officers. On Monday, those working on Wall Street will be required to show identification.

The anti-Wall Street protest began on Saturday as a result of the social-networking web site “Occupy Wall Street.” The web site’s creators say their protest will last at least a few months if not more.

Several police officers assigned to security duty at the protest site blamed the President and his staff and supporters for the anger seen during the protest.

“The President talks about civility while he stokes up people with anti-capitalism, anti-rich comments. No one spends as much time with the rich than Obama, except for the other ultra-rich,” said Police Officer Edie Velez.

“I’m not looking forward to working on this detail on Monday when Wall Street opens and the protestors decide to take matters into their own hands. I hope it doesn’t happen, but these people are angry,” said another police officer who requested anonymity.

New York City Police officials said the protest could cause access to Wall Street to be restricted Monday morning.

According to the group’s Internet site, the mission of the “leaderless” resistance movement is to flood thousands of people into lower Manhattan, set up beds, kitchens, peaceful barricades and occupy Wall Street for a few months in order to persuade political leaders to establish a commission to end “the influence money has over representatives in Washington.”  Pr

According to a member of the NYPD’s intelligence division, the participants claim the demonstration is leaderless, but in reality, it was organized by Adbusters, a Canadian anti-capitalist magazine. The hacktivist group Anonymous also incited its followers to take part in the protest, which increased the attention it received.
 
Other groups involved are typically from anti-capitalist and radical leftist networks. The Marxist filmmaker and radical icon Michael Moore is a supporter and he’s urging his web site visitors to participate.

On Monday morning, the group’s web site stated: Occupation currently at Zuccotti Park now re-named Liberty Plaza. Corner of Liberty Street and Broadway. Food and Democracy are free.

The group boasts of owning its own television station: “The General Assembly (of Occupy Wall Street], in association with a number of activists around the world, has set up a live “TV” channel called Global Revolution.”

If I can drag my fat behind to the gym everyday, give up the crappy food and surrender my formerly lazy lifestyle, then so can all of you.

Obama-care opens the door to forced government exercise programs and the diet police. Soon they’ll be crashing down your door and making you get on the treadmill at gun point.

I can see it now, neighbors reporting the smell of frying food, the S.W.A.T. team, crashing down your door, dressed in black armor, automatic weapons pointed at your head, all for the crime of sneaking a late night hamburger.

The Obama-care law pre-disposes that the natural next step is government controlled diet and forced “safe behavior” legislation.

Everyone over 50 will be required to take fiber three times a day and wear protective gear like helmets and elbow pads in the shower.

Listen you stupid political hacks, desperate do-gooders and liberal dumb bells out there… If the Courts rule that I have to subsidize the poor lifestyle choices made by all you “Gimmie my free electric Scooter because I am too out of shape to walk” folks, then I am going to demand a forced diet and fitness program for you to go along with it.

So go ahead, keep pushing for the free ride medical plan chubby. Keep smoking, drinking and taking unnecessary risks with your health and safety, because those of us who are working on a clean and healthy lifestyle will be visiting your world with some powerful legislation based on reducing our exposure to your risk.

If you can force me to buy into a health plan to mitigate your risk, I can demand you reduce that risk and it’s effect on me.

Congratulations to Michelle Bachman and Ron Paul on Iowa… Now what?

I didn’t hear a single candidate suggest we buy American, did you?

Did you know we can pass the U.S. tax burden on to the Chinese and others who are creating trade deficits that cripple American business?

Right now the Chinese are loaning the U.S. money that our consumers are spending on cheap Chinese goods. Can anyone say STUPID? Apparently not!

I want to ask all candidates these questions:

If you win the Presidency what will you do? Will you propose to end the loopholes in the tax code? Lower the corporate tax rate? Seek regulatory reform? Audit the Fed?

Right….

Okay…Then what? How will that get us out of the economic dungeon we are being held captive in?

First off, the Obama-Bots like Reid and Pelosi will refuse your ideas and we will still be in a desperate economic free fall, and nothing will actually get done… as usual.

Second, while some of the “usual” ideas sound great, the fact is they are all part of the long standing sick game of politics that divide America.

Third, too many Americans are not paying taxes at all; more disgusting is the fact that over 25% get back refunds they didn’t contribute any money toward.

We are literally cannibalizing this country one taxpayer at a time.

I haven’t heard a single republican candidate convey any idea’s that will actually save our country from economic ruin.

None of these tired old Washington D.C. business as usual tactics will help restore the American dream and everyone with an above room temperature IQ knows it.

As long as congress and the White House can use the tax code to play favorites and manipulate “We the people”, there will be no economic recovery.

To save America’s economy and fulfill promises made to our seniors and veterans we must return to the original taxing methods our founders installed. And force the federal government to shrink back to it’s constitutionally mandated responsibilities.

Tariffs, Duties, excise taxes and the Several States joining in harmony, forcing the Federal government to return to it’s enumerated powers is the only realistic answer.

America has come full circle and we must adopt changes that reflect the traditional values that made us great to begin with.

If we are to save this country, we must return the power back to the people, dump the tax code and abolish all direct taxation, move to our original tax system of Tariffs and duties at the federal level and create a small 1% transaction tax at the State level.

No income, payroll, property, sales or any other tax, everything tied to reality, and consumption is the ultimate reality.

I call this plan “The Reality Tax”.

Finally, we must acknowledge our military supremacy, show the world all the goodies we invented with trillions of taxpayer funds like light, Plasma, laser, acoustic, microwave weapons and our powerful clean battlefield nukes from the neutron technology.

We could save trillions of dollars and end all aggression towards us and avoid further wars by exposing our weapons and by being willing to use them.

The biggest republican lie is that we need to keep spending trillions for defense. That is pure poppycock. We have technology available that would make all our enemies quiver with fear and surrender any notions of war instantly.

Why these secrets are still being kept is anyone’s guess? Maybe it’s because the giant military contractors like GE and Westinghouse OWN the media? Hmmm…

We have enough top secret weapons and technology, we really don’t even need troops anymore… Someone has to tell the truth, and be willing to end our enemies in a heartbeat if need be. This is a huge topic and we need someone to lead us back to fiscal sanity.

Tariffs have played different roles in trade policy and the nation’s economic history. Tariffs (often called customs) were by far the largest source of federal revenue from the 1790s to the eve of World War I, until they were surpassed by income taxes. Tariffs are import tax rates and the collected income is called customs or custom duties or Ad valorem taxes. Responding to an urgent need for revenue following the American Revolutionary War, after passage of the U.S. Constitution the First United States Congress passed, and President George Washington, signed the Hamilton tariff act of July 4, 1789, which authorized the collection of duties on imported goods. Customs duties as set by tariff rates up to 1860 were usually about 80-95% of all federal revenue. Having just fought a war over taxation (among other things) the U.S. Congress wanted a reliable source of income that was relatively unobtrusive and easy to collect. Tariffs and excise taxes were authorized by the United States Constitution and recommended by the first United States Secretary of the Treasury, Alexander Hamilton in 1789 to tax foreign imports and set up low excise taxes on whiskey and a few other products to provide the Federal Government with enough money to pay its operating expenses and to redeem at full value U.S. Federal debts and the debts the states had accumulated during the Revolutionary War. Hamilton thought it was important to start the U.S. Federal government out on a sound financial basis with good credit. The first Federal budget was about $4.6 million dollars and the population in the 1790 U.S. Census was about four million. Hence the average federal tax was about $1/person per year. Then tradesmen earned about $0.25 a day for a 10-12 hour day so federal taxes could be paid with about four days work. Paying even this was usually optional as taxed imports listed on the tariff lists could usually be avoided if desired.

All tariffs were on a long list of goods (dutiable goods) with different customs rates and some goods like books, newspapers, models of inventions, etc. on a “free” list. Congress spent enormous amounts of time figuring out these tariff import tax schedules.

Tariffs for many years were primarily to collect Federal revenue and only secondarily to protect start-up industries. Since the government largely restricted its activities to maintaining order and protecting property via the army, navy and courts tariffs raised enough revenues to finance the government.

By restoring the tax system devised by our founders we would encourage domestic business start-ups, real economic development and growth, plus increase productivity, which creates jobs, commerce and prosperity at home.

Why are we so determined to make China, Canada, Mexico, and other foreign countries richer while we go down in flames?

Imagine if the incentive was to develop domestic resources, including energy, just think how that priority would fuel American industry, create opportunity and widen the entrepreneurial spirit.

While Chinese made or other foreign products may continue to be competitive, surely the “tax burden” would be partly absorbed by them and a resurgence of “buy American” campaigns would launch a next generation industrial revolution and propel America back to the top of the economic food chain.

Direct taxation and payroll taxes, property taxes and fees, these are obviously failed methods. Surely they are not the concepts that helped to build America and certainly not the type of revenue positive systems that can help us defend the promise of freedom.

Punitive taxation is a tool our highly educated PC trained leaders use for control purposes and that stinking thinking has led us to the brink of destruction. 

To save the republic, as so many so-called patriotic folks clamor, we must terminate the existing tax code and stop politicians from using it to get campaign donations and perform social engineering experiments on America.

Taxing the Rich or reinventing the tax code to placate yet another voting block will not work. Been there done that! Ending loopholes in the code simply plays into this “flavor of the month” mentality in Congress and will do nothing except create more division and further segregate America or fractionalize us into more sub groups with conflicting agendas.

You can see from the recent riots in England how well President Obama’s style of class envy and warfare and the anti-rich folk rhetoric works.

Does our President have innocent blood on his hands?

In America these clashes would occur in a fully armed civilian environment and could mean the loss of unimaginable numbers of American lives.

Is that what the left wants?

Death tolls and body counts would be significant. Dead bodies would stack up in the streets of America rivaling casualty counts from historic battles during the World Wars.

It would make Abraham Lincolns civil war seem like child’s play.

The leftist frontal attack on America and our basic decency has become obvious, and if a large number of good and decent folks ever catch on to the truth, there will be hell to pay.

We are living in a time where the television channels are over-run with Political correctness gone wild, even advertisers are fostering draconian ideas that go so far as to condone one Americans assumed right to benefit from the government’s mugging of another American so they can get a free scooter or medical device.

Every time I see one of those crazy ads telling folks they can get a $5000.00 scooter “At little of no cost to you” I want to throw a brick through the TV and run the announcer over with my SUV.

I scream at the moronic announcers voice on TV… asking the idiot “who the hell do you think pays for those scooters”? I know they aren’t really giving them away free. (I suppose when I yell at the TV my wife thinks I am the one who is nuts?).

When average hard working tax paying citizens finally absorb the true meaning underlying these in your face socialist assaults, look out, stuff will hit the fan.

The fallacy of free trade, the insidious and radical shift from being the world’s largest creditor nation to largest debtor nation has caused the modern world to see American leaders as selfish empirical cowards who are easy to fool and easier to take advantage of.

Trade policies that profess to be free but actually handcuff American business and offer what I call “Affirmative Action Trade Deals” to real life enemies of the United States are just plain stupid.

N.A.F.T.A. (The North American Free Trade agreement) was signed into law by Bill Clinton and was the dominant career objective of President George H.W. Bush.

NAFTA shifted the economy away from American made goods and opened a proverbial Pandora’s Box that has helped to crash our economy.

NAFTA shifted the profit incentive towards importing foreign made goods and provided huge breaks for American companies to move production overseas and ship their wares back tax free. These companies are now appropriately referred to as Multi-Nationals. They get all of the protection of the U.S. government and military, and reap the benefits as foreign aid is forcibly targeted back to them, all at the expense of the American taxpayer and the American worker.

Over 50,000 companies moved operations off shore after NAFTA passed. Millions lost their jobs, and we have never recouped. Remember the promise of service sector jobs, like customer service jobs… most of those jobs went to India and the Philippines.

So much for all those white collar promises made by congress.

Now we have millions of unemployed or under-employed citizens in government re-training camps disguised as community colleges.

The Political correctness movement is overpowering them with change agents installed at every location working to re-shape their thinking and re-program the masses.

And government pays for it all through student loans, grants and other cash programs. Even NAFTA has money for unemployment and re-training. Beware the local campus because it is not as it appears.

And we must ask the question, where will ones loyalty lie after big brother rescues you?

Paying exorbitant salaries to multitudes of pampered members of the Ivy League, letting them ruin everything we hold dear, has proven to be a grave error. These over educated know nothings are creating bad policy, stupid laws and more useless Government programs, and all of this lunacy has proven to be a complete failure.

We must stop them while we still can.

Herman Cain pointed something out in the first Republican debate in S.C. The fact that Washington D.C. is being run by highly educated bureaucrats and experienced Politicians. Nobody had the guts to answer his important although rhetorical question “How’s that working out for you”? The question has an obvious answer.

Now we learn from a newly released N.A.S.A. report on global warming confirming that it’s no longer a real issue. The planet disperses extra heat into outer space exactly as God ordained. So where the hell are the republicans on that? Environmental overkill is at the heart of our economic ruin. Why no bills to end the crazy green regulations that are stifling business growth?

It’s time for our elected and appointed government to surrender their moronics, stop being complete idiots. One immediate necessity would be to impeach Judges in the courts who wrongly give standing to all those wacky green job killers and get the system and the courts the hell out of the way of job creation and forward progress.

It’s time for the Federal Government to abolish the punitive tax code and restore our founding system of Tariffs and Duties, because that will generate the revenue needed to keep our promises and shift the burden of taxation on to consumption and off of the individual.

That will end the class warfare, end the politicians control, end the abuse by lobbies and big campaign donors and it would take all that annual tax preparedness stress out of people’s lives. It would also encourage job growth and help Americans build genuine wealth in a real life economy that is backed up by productivity and substance.

As my dear friend and radio colleague Chuck Harder said in a recent commentary, all wealth is derived from three sources, mining, manufacturing and agriculture.

America, it’s time to put down that wireless mouse and pick up a shovel.

Buy American, demand incentives to rebuild America by restoring proven methods, and please…. One more time…. throw the bums out.

The race is over, Jimmy Carter can rest easy. Until this feckless administration, the hapless 39th President of the United States was safely ensconced as the worst President in U.S. history. Now, Carter who gave us double digit inflation and interest rates, a national malaise and a military in decline has been surpassed in the race for the bottom.

President Barack Obama is now the undisputed “Worst President in U.S. History.” He can place this award on his mantle next to the Noble Peace Prize.

Obama has compiled a remarkable record of economic disasters in his 31 months as President. He has added $4.3 trillion to our national debt, quadrupled our budget deficit, championed an unpopular and unfunded socialized healthcare plan and rammed through an unworkable $800 billion stimulus plan. In the process, gasoline prices have skyrocketed, home sales have tanked, the dollar is being challenged as the global reserve currency and inflation is rearing its ugly head again. Our country is suffering from 9.1 percent unemployment with an underemployment rate of 16.1 percent. Under President Obama, the number of chronically unemployed people is at an all-time high, as is the number of Americans on food stamps ($45.3 million). Last week, the University of Michigan released their consumer sentiment survey for August. It was the lowest rating since 1980, when “Worst President” runner-up Jimmy Carter was in office.

In the midst of this economic nightmare, Obama reached a new low this month. He now becomes the first President in U.S. history to preside over a downgrade in our credit rating from AAA to AA+.  Immediately, the U.S. dropped from being the safest investment in the world to ranking below a dozen countries such as Liechtenstein. The new lower rating placed the U.S. in an unimpressive group of nations including New Zealand and Belgium.

Whether the S&P made the right decision or not, there is no doubt that our debt is unsustainable and the recent deal to extend the debt ceiling was a joke on the American people. The compromise deal called for an increase of up to $9 trillion to our national debt and did not cut spending, but only slowed the growth in the size of the federal government. It offered no reform of entitlement programs and only a promise to vote on a Balanced Budget Amendment. The S&P was quite unimpressed with the “fiscal consolidation plan” agreed to by Congress and the President. In their view, it fell short of what “would be necessary to stabilize the government’s medium-term debt dynamics.”

S&P stated the obvious by downgrading our rating. In fact, the agency claimed the country’s economic outlook was negative and another rating downgrade could occur. According to the S&P, the total U.S. debt is set to surpass 88 percent of the gross domestic product by 2021, which would result in long term Treasury instruments becoming a much riskier investment.

The stock market reacted with a vengeance to this unprecedented news and there is real worry about how far it will fall. Last week, President Obama addressed the nation about the crisis. Instead of calming the market, he sent it much lower with his inane remarks. His words offer no substance, only practiced political rhetoric.

President Obama needs to stop talking and start acting. The problem is that he does not know what to do without a teleprompter. He uses them for cabinet meetings, speeches to elementary schools and addresses to groups both large and small. When he goes off the teleprompter, we see a confused and befuddled man who stumbles over the easiest questions.

As President, it is clear that Barack Obama is dangerously in over his head for he has no executive experience, no business experience, and no real world experience. As a Chicago community organizer, he has been thrust into the most important position in the world without the necessary skills to handle this crisis. The financial markets and to a growing extent, the American people have no confidence in his leadership, his vision, his policies or his team.

In the debt ceiling debate, the President did not offer his own plan and ignored the report of the respected debt commission. His own budget was “dead on arrival” and increased the national debt by $10 trillion. Initially, he wanted to increase the debt ceiling without any spending cuts, and vigorously opposed the GOP “Cut, Cap and Balance” proposal, which was only effective plan to deal with the ever increasing debt.

His point person on the economy is Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner, who is dangerously incompetent. In an interview with the Fox Business Network in April of this year, Geithner said there was no possible way we would lose our top credit rating. Talk about being wrong! Instead of firing Geithner, Obama has just encouraged him to stay in his position for another year, Heaven forbid!  

Obama’s team is a collection of tax cheats; communist czars, left wing ideologues and social misfits. His vice president is a literal buffoon, who sticks his foot in his mouth practically every time he speaks.

Our country is in the midst of a serious crisis and we have no workable ideas from the White House and no hope of a turnaround until after the next election. The American people are losing faith in Obama and the latest Gallup poll shows the President with a 39 percent approval rating, his all-time lowest level of support. Not surprisingly, in a recent PRonlineNews.com hypothetical match-up, Obama loses to an unnamed Republican by a 54-45 percent margin.

Unfortunately, the next election is not until November of 2012 and the next sixteen months may be the toughest period for our nation since the midst of the Great Depression.

Hold on America, we are now paying the full price for the careless and dangerous mistake made in November of 2008 with the election of Barack Obama as President.

After doing almost nothing of value, Congress now has gone on a 5 week vacation. Never mind that we have no budget, high unemployment and that the financial markets are swooning, it is time for a break. Why do we even tolerate these guys. We need term limits now.

Now that the space shuttle program has been retired, NASA can start focusing on its primary mission: reaching out to the Muslim world.

In 1961, John F. Kennedy promised that America would be the first country to land a man on the moon. It was an exciting time for the space program and many amazing accomplishments were achieved, including the fulfillment of Kennedy’s promise, the moon landing of 1969.

It is quite sad to see how NASA has suffered in the last four decades. Instead of excitement about the space program, there is a sense that it is coming to an end with the retirement of the space shuttle.

Who could have predicted that NASA would no longer explore space, the final frontier? Despite all of the technology breakthroughs in the last four decades, our country is currently incapable of replicating what was done in 1969, sending an astronaut to the Moon.

NASA is a perfect example of a government bureaucracy that became inefficient, top heavy with management and lost sight of its most important objectives. Back in the 1960’s with the advent of the Apollo program, NASA was an adept and nimble agency, able to meet Kennedy’s ambitious challenge.

Today, we have a President who is not asking the agency to shoot for the stars. Instead, Barack Obama has other goals for NASA, such as studying the so-called problem of manmade global warming.

Liberals like President Obama do not want astronauts reaching for the stars, they want rocket scientists to place their focus on Planet Earth, studying global temperatures and producing research that will support green energy initiatives.

Incredibly, President Obama’s other primary mission for NASA is to reach out to the Muslim world. Last year, NASA Administrator Charles Bolden told Al-Jazeera television that President Obama gave him three primary tasks: encourage children to learn about math and science, improve relations with foreign nations and “perhaps foremost, he wanted me to find a way to reach out to the Muslim world and engage much more with dominantly Muslim nations to help them feel good about their historic contribution to science … and math and engineering.” 

It is ludicrous for NASA to be focused on Muslim outreach or boosting the self esteem of the Islamic world. NASA should not be an arm of the State Department. It is just another indication of how far the agency has strayed from its primary mission.

For the foreseeable future, our country will have to hitchhike on the Russian Soyuz capsule to reach the International Space Station at a cost of $60 million per passenger. The concrete Bush administration plans to reach the Moon and Mars have been scrapped and future space initiatives seem very questionable. While Bolden boasts of a future mission to land an astronaut on an asteroid, there is no space vehicle in production to carry out these unfocused goals. In the meantime, the Hubble telescope will never be serviced again and, according to former NASA administrator Michael Griffin, our country’s space flight programs are at “an end for the indefinite future.”  

Several companies in the private sector are working on plans to send tourists into low earth orbit, but none of these companies can replicate the achievements of the Space Shuttle program. NASA cannot be replaced by entrepreneurial ventures with no track record.  

Space exploration is a worthy goal for our country to pursue. In the past fifty years, we have achieved amazing technological advances and been able to inspire decades of young school children with the NASA program.

Today, the program is literally earth bound and playing a diplomatic game of Muslim outreach.

The diplomacy should be left to the State Department and the climate research should be the domain of the earth scientists.

NASA should be focused on the heavens above and exploring the last frontier, space.

Hopefully, the space program can be revived in January of 2013 when a new president will occupy the White House and restore the dreams of American children and the livelihood of thousands of NASA employees who are now looking for work in this horrible Obama economy.

Minnesota Republican Congresswoman Michele Bachmann is now the “it” candidate in the race for President. In the last presidential debate, she looked poised and polished and made big news by stating that she had filed papers to officially launch her presidential campaign. Yesterday, she took the next step and formally announced her campaign for President in her hometown of Waterloo, Iowa.

With her impressive debate performance and enhanced media attention, Bachmann is now running second in the latest Iowa poll, only one point behind Mitt Romney, the former Governor of Massachusetts. Romney is the candidate of the country club Republicans or the establishment wing of the party. This RINO (Republican in Name Only) is a flip flopper par excellence and the father of socialized medicine. He would be the worst potential GOP candidate to challenge Barack Obama because he could not make effective arguments against the worst excess of the Obama administration.

On the other hand, Bachmann is the perfect candidate for she has a solid conservative voting record. She is also the Chairwoman of the Tea Party caucus in Congress and is close to the activists who are now driving the Republican Party.

A Romney nomination would create serious problems for the Republican Party and may lead to a third party candidacy or a weakened turnout in the next election. Republicans need a massive get out the vote effort to overtake the incumbent, who will have the liberal media, Hollywood, the unions and the special interest groups fully in his corner. He will also have possibly $1 billion in campaign money to harass the GOP candidate.

President Obama will not campaign on his credentials or accomplishments in office because he doe not have any. Instead, it will be a typical Democratic Party campaign of character assassination.

Bachmann has already experienced the slings and arrows from the mainstream news media. She has been a frequent victim of Chris Matthews’ viciousness on MSNBC. Over the weekend, she was called a “flake” by the supposedly objective Chris Wallace of Fox News. It is hard to imagine Wallace calling Obama or any prominent Democrat a “flake.”  

After her announcement today in her hometown of Waterloo, Iowa, the Washington Times published a “gotcha” piece accusing Bachmann of confusing the movie actor John Wayne with notorious serial killer John Wayne Gacy. When asked on Fox News why she was announcing in her hometown, Bachmann said, “Well, what I want them to know is just like John Wayne was from Waterloo, Iowa, that’s the kind of spirit I have too.”  Of course, Bachmann did not confuse a serial killer, who was born in her hometown, with America’s favorite movie actor. While John Wayne was born in Winterset, Iowa, his parents met in Waterloo, so the actor had a strong connection to Bachmann’s hometown. The piece was irresponsible journalism, trying again to paint Bachmann as dumb or careless.

A liberal media caricature of Bachmann will not stick with voters, since the Congresswoman has impressive credentials. She is an attorney with a Master’s degree in tax law. After serving six years in the Minnesota State Senate, Bachmann is now in her third term as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives.

As a member of Congress, Bachmann has been a steadfast conservative voting against the Wall Street bailouts, supporting increased domestic oil exploration, and exposing global warming as a hoax. While fighting against the President’s takeover of the healthcare industry, Bachmann has introduced legislation to repeal the odious bill. On almost every issue, from fighting to give Americans the right to purchase light bulbs of their choice to exposing ACORN’s connection to the U.S. Census, Bachmann has been a tenacious conservative willing to stand up to the Democrats and the liberal media.

In the face of blistering media bias, Bachmann has handled herself with class and style. She has calmly noted her diverse background in public service and her experience as a tax attorney. Most impressively, along with her husband Marcus, Bachmann is the parent of five children and the foster parent of 23 girls. It is hard to remember a presidential candidate in recent history who can match these credentials.

Bachmann has zoomed to the top of the Republican presidential field because there is a thirst for a real conservative candidate to take the fight to Romney. Sarah Palin will probably not run and Texas Governor Rick Perry has not formally entered the race. Until there are other conservative hopefuls, Michele Bachmann is the best hope that the conservative wing of the GOP has to stop another slaughter next November.

If the Republican Party nominates a moderate like Romney, the GOP will undoubtedly lose the next election. A brief review of previous elections will verify that carnage occurs when the GOP “moves to the center.” For example, moderate nominees Gerald Ford, George H. W. Bush, Bob Dole and John McCain all lost to questionable Democratic candidates. In contrast, whenever the GOP nominates a candidate who runs as a conservative, such as Nixon, Reagan and George W. Bush, the party wins.

With such a clear track record, it seems obvious that in this election, the GOP should nominate a real conservative, not a stale imitation. The party could do a lot worse than Michele Bachmann. In this election, the GOP needs to paint a clear contrast to President Obama. Michele Bachmann is a polar opposite ideologically form Barack Obama and that is a good thing.  

Michele Bachmann is the perfect foil to the incumbent pushing a socialist agenda from the White House. She might also be the perfect candidate to make history in the upcoming election and become the first woman elected as President of the United States.

The Free Gaza Movement boasts the names of Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn, Noam Chomsky, Adam Shapiro and other American radicals allegedly devoted to destroying the United States and Israel.

An American victim of a Palestinian terror attack on Friday filed an unprecedented lawsuit to seize ships used in the Gaza Flotilla by Islamic and anti-Israeli organizations to breach Israel’s coastal blockade of the Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, the Israeli Defense Force is preparing for the next threatened flotilla this Summer that will attempt to penetrate the Israeli naval embargo surrounding the Palestinian Gaza stronghold.

The suit, Bauer v. The Mavi Marmara, was filed in Manhattan federal court. Its goal is to confiscate 14 ships outfitted with funds unlawfully raised in the United States by anti-Israel groups, including The Free Gaza Movement (“FGM”).

In May 2010, several of these ships, led by the Turkish vessel the Mavi Marmara, attempted to breach the blockade. The resulting violence caused the deaths of nine militants and injury to numerous Israeli Navy SEALs. A second such flotilla is planned in coming weeks. The American contingent of the Free Gaza Movement is led by President Barack Obama’s friends and supporters Bill Ayers and Jody Davis, who also heads Code Pink.

This latest hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, June 15, and its main topic will be the Muslim population incarcerated in prisons throughout the country.

“We have seen cases in which inmates have been radicalized at the hands of already locked-up terrorists or by extremist imam chaplains,” said Chairman King in a statement.

“We will focus on a number of the serious cases in which radicalized current and former inmates have planned and launched attacks or attempted to join overseas Islamic terrorist organizations.”

King’s first hearing in March caused many within the Muslim community to condemn the subject of radicalization, and almost half of the Democrats in the House urged him to cancel it.

“While there have been extremist groups and random acts of political violence throughout our history, the al Qaeda attacks of 9/11 and the ongoing threat to our nation from Islamic jihad were uniquely diabolical and threatening to America’s security, both overseas and in our homeland,” said King last March.

According to a police source in the Middle East, the Pakistani security force intercepted a call after being informed about a plan that terrorists plotted to kill Zardari, leading to arrest of four men in the capital and the rest of the suspects in different regions of Punjab.
Both the Pakistani Taliban and al-Qaeda threatened attacks on the government and military in their bid to take revenge of killing of world’s most wanted terrorist Osama bin Laden on May 1 by U.S. Navy SEALs.

The bin Laden operation was the culmination of years of careful and highly advanced intelligence work as officers from the CIA, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and the National Security Agency worked as a team to analyze and pinpoint the Pakistani compound where bin Laden was killed.

The possible killing of another notorious Pakistani terrorist Ilyas Kashmiri, who is believed to have masterminded Mumbai attacks, may have added fuel to the fire.

Protesters clashed with Israeli security forces during a protest that quickly turned into a riot on Sunday. According to a Law Enforcement Examiner source in Israel, so far 20 protesters have been killed after grenades were thrown at IDF soldiers from the Golan Heights, according to the source.

A group referring to itself as the Committee Preparing the Return March is marking today’s Naksa Day — the day commemorating the Arab defeat in the Six Day War — with marches to the borders of Israel (referred to as “occupied Palestine”) from Syria, Lebanon, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.

The committee also called for Palestinian refugees to fly to Israel’s airports (the airports of “occupied Palestine”) on regular commercial flights. Hamas’ call for a day of commemoration is backed by practical preparations carried out by pro-Palestinian activists.

However, the idea of sending Palestinian refugees (or their descendents) to a propaganda display at Ben-Gurion Airport to raise public consciousness for the so-called “right of return” and to embarrass Israel has been tinkered with for the past year by the networks and organizations participating in the campaign to de-legitimize Israel.

While members of America’s Fourth Estate appear to be taking an extensive hiatus from conducting investigative news gathering regarding the current Administration, Internet journalists, bloggers, talk radio hosts and public-interest groups have been uncovering numerous cases of government corruption, fraud and unethical behavior in Washington, D.C.

For example, a legal watchdog group that investigates and prosecutes government fraud and corruption is probing Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s alleged connections to lobbyists, according to a report released on Friday.

The details surrounding the State Department’s expected approval of a controversial oil pipeline are being kept secret in an apparent effort to conceal impropriety created by the tight knit relationship between Hillary Clinton and the lobbyist pushing the multi billion-dollar project, according to Judicial Watch.

The Secretary of State must approve the permit for the Canada-to-Texas pipeline, known as Keystone XL, which will span nearly 2,000 miles and transport around 1 million barrels of heavy crude oil daily across six states. Predicting opposition from environmental groups, the Canadian company behind the mega project hired one of Clinton’s national campaign directors (Paul Elliott) as its chief lobbyist.

A young boy is quickly becoming a martyr for the thousands of Syrian rebels calling for the end of Bashar Al-Assad’s brutal and oppressive Ba’ath Party government.

The youngster, identified by rebels as Hamza Al-Khatib, was helping to deliver relief supplies of food, blankets and medicine to the residents of the Syrian district of Daraa who were being prevented from leaving their home by the Syrian military.

A U.S. intelligence source tells the Law Enforcement Examiner that 13-year old was arrested and tortured to death by members of the Syrian secret police. His body four weeks turned up four-weeks later when it was left in front of his home wrapped in plastic. His parents were further shocked to discover his genitalia were sliced off.

Congressman Mack stated: “The sanctions on PDVSA are an important step in the right direction for U.S. policy toward the region; however, we must acknowledge that PDVSA’s shipments are only one example of Hugo Chavez’s support for the terrorist supporting Iranian regime.”

Reports of Iranian missile bases in Venezuela, the increasing presence of Hezbollah and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, and yesterday’s sanctioning of Venezuelan Military Industries Company show just how dangerous the Venezuela-Iranian relationship has become.

Congressman Mack also renewed his call on former Congressman Joe Kennedy to again step aside as “pitchman” for CITGO, the American subsidiary of PDVSA, a call Mack has made repeatedly since 2007.
