Ringside Politics: TSA’s abuse continues by JEFF CROUERE
Once again we are seeing the TSA abusing someone in the American public. This time it was Senator Rand Paul who fell victim to what has become a complete joke regarding national security. When Senator Paul went through the x-ray scanner, and anomoly appeared. Instead of rescanning, the TSA agents determined that Senator Paul should be subjected to a complete pat-down search. When the senator refused, he was detained; causing him to miss his flight and scheduled appointments. When are we going to wake up and demand that this nonsense stop. How many grandmas and US Senators have ever bombed an airplane? We need to rethink our approach to national security and start protecting our citizens, not abusing them.

Ringside Politics: The liberal media’s epic fail by JEFF CROUERE
Once again we have seen an attempt by the liberal, left-wing media to derail a GOP candidate. This time it was ABC and their decision to run a potentially damaging interview with one of Newt Gingrich’s former wives two days before the South Carolina primary. In this interview she claimed that Newt wanted an open marriage. But, instead of creating chaos in the Gingrich camp, it provided and opportunity for Newt to expose the media fro the frauds that they are. Further, Mr. Gingrich was inadvertantly aided when CNN’s John King asked him about it with the opening question of the final debate before the vote. By doing this the liberal media not only didn’t harm Mr. Gingrich’s chances of victory, they most likely helped to seal it for him. Once again, these hypocrites continue to try and dig up every little detail about the GOP candidates while completely ignoring anything about our current President. Shameful!

Kovacs Perspective: Gingrich’s Secret Weapon by STEVE KOVACS
Once again, Newt Gingrich has risen from the ashes to retake the lead in the GOP primaries after his stunning victory in South Carolina. Mr. Gingrich may have a chance to take the whole thing. Why? because of his secrat weapo: Debates. Mr. Gingrich has shredded his competition by trounching them in the recent debate. If Mitt Romney or one of the others can’t find a way to rise up to the cahllenge, it may very well be Newt Gingrich facing off with President Obama in November. Watch as the intrigue continues.

Ringside Politics: President Obama, Man of Mystery by JEFF CROUERE
At a recent press conference, White House Press Spokesman, Jay Carney was asked why President Obama had not released his college transcripts. The respons was a pure case of dodging. Mr. Carney deflected the question and went on to speak about the campaign instead. While the media grills the GOP candidates about every minute detail of their lives, Mr. Obama continues to get a free pass. After 3 years in office, we still no little or nothing about the man whom we have entrusted with the highest office in the land. Before we make that mistake again, we need to insist on finding out. Attention members of the press: DO YOUR JOB!

Kovacs Perspective: The Horse Race and the Shocking Statement You Have to Hear! by STEVE KOVACS
Well the GOP presidential nomination process is coming down to a 3 horse race between Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, and Newt Gingrich. Mr. Romney is the prohibitive favorite at the moment but Mr. Santorum is looking good and Mr. Gingrich is showing the signs of being a come from behind dark horse. This race is shaping up to interesting for at least a few more days. Interestingly Mitt Romney has picked up an unlikely endorsment of sorts as Fidel Castro (professed hater of Republicans) has stated the he could tolerate Mitt Romney as president. What does that say about Mr. Romney?

Ringside Politics: Why would Michelle Obama ever be angry? by JEFF CROUERE
CBS reporter Gail King recently interviewed First lady Michelle Obama. Their discussion focused on a recent book by a New York Times writer that labeled Mrs. Obama as “an angry black woman”. While I am sure that being around Rahm Imanuel and Robert Gibbs would create enough conflict to upset a person, Mrs Obama really has no reason to be perpetually mad. After all, she has nearly unlimited access to free world travel in her own private plane, lavish vactions to any place on the globe, and extravagant parties. If she and the president want to go on a date night for dinner in New York city, followed by a show, they can just hop onto Air Force One and go. Of course all of this is very expensive but why should she care, we (the tax payers) are all footing the bill. I really can’t see any reason why Michelle Obama is anything but happy with her life right now.

Kovacs Perspective: Senator Rick Santorum Showed His Good Self by STEVE KOVACS
Sen. Rick Santorum finally has showd himself well after Iowa. A social conservative who doesn’t get enogh attention for his political and economical views, Sen. Santorum delivered a speech that reflects his good self. Unfortunately, it is probably too late for him to derail the Mitt Romney train and thus we will probalby be saying good bye to him soon. Still, he has some good ideas and should be heard. Stay tuned as this thing (the GOP nomination process) is just starting to roll.

Ringside Politics: The heat is turning up…good! byJEFF CROUERE
The GOP presidential nomination process is moving into a new phase. As it does, the heat between the candidates themselves is increasing. Many of the national pundants are now lamenting that this is not a good thing. They seem to believe that all of the debates and focus on the GOP will somehow help President Obama. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. Steel sharpens steel and with each debate, these candidates grow in confidence and polish. The hope here is that this will be a long, drawn out process that extends to the convention floor. The candidate who emerges from this process will be strong and ready to take on the president. The continual coverage from all of this will serve to give the GOP front row presence in the eye of the public. We don’t need a coronation, we need a tested winner to beat President Obama in November.

Ringside Politics: Big money wants Mitt Romney by JEFF CROUERE
As the presidential election season heats up, it would appear that a couple of trends have emerged. First: the big money donors are favoring Mitt Romney’s campaign. This is understandable since he is a moderate and a favorite of the traditional establishment in the GOP. Second: the more grass-roots movements want someone else, someone who is more conservative. The bottom line here is that if the establishment has its way (unlike 2010 when the tea party ruled) it wil get Mitt and we will probably be stuck with another 4 years of President Obama, not to mention the ruin of the GOP. What we need is for a true conservative to rally support and for the pretenders to step aside. As long as we have too many choices, there will be no stopping the status quo.

Ringside Politics: “Clink”, and down the road the can goes by JEFF CROUERE
Once again we have a short term deal put in plce to avoid having to deal with the long term problem. Between Congress and the President, we have no control being exercized over spending in DC. With our national debt now standing at $15.2 TRILLION, no clear leadership is coming from the White House. Temporary stop-gap bills and patches will do nothig to restore hope in our future. Until we get rid of the problem, nothing will change. President Obama is a large part of the problem. Under his leadership (cough, cough) we have added over $5 TRILLION to the debt. That is an increase of close to 1/3 of the total debt in just 3 years. President Obama has added debt at a rate more than 3 times that of George W. Bush (and he was a big spender). This is not only laughable but it is borderline treasonous. We need real change, starting at the top.

Kovacs Perspective: The Republican Presidential Nominee is…by STEVE KOVACS
And the nominee is…? Who knows. Most likey it will be Mitt Romney facing President Obama next November unless something really unusual happens. Newt Gingrich will be close but has too much baggage. The others simply don’t have the needed wow factor to win. Looking forward to November, does Mitt Romney have what it takes to beat President Obama? Probably not without a major collapse in the economy or some other catastrophic blunder on the president’s part. Who knows at this point as the is still a lot of time left. It should be interesting.

Ringside Politics: President Obama’s Vacation from Reality by JEFF CROUERE
Our president is on a vacation from reality. The evidence of this can be seen in a recent interview on 60 minutes where President Obama RANKED HIMSELF among the top 4 presidents in history. He placed himself with LBJ, FDR, and Abraham Lincoln. First, only President Lincoln and possibly FDR could ever be considered in this list as a top 4. Second, President Obama is now where near the top of the great presidents list. No single president has ever increased our national debt more, failed more miserably at restoring our economy, embarked on an apology tour with our foes, hired more known communists as “czars”, been friends with terrorists, or spent 20 years under a racist pastor. Mr. Obama was elected to office with no real accomplishomets or experience and has proven multiple times his complete lack of understanding of the reality of his job. He is not near the top but rather perched at the bottom of the presidents list with our good friend Jimmy Carter.

Ringside Politics: Guess who is Time’s person of the year? by JEFF CROUERE
Can you believe it? Time magazine has dubbed the protesters as the “Person of the Year”. From the occupy wall street members to the street protesters in Egypt, Time has given their honor to those who trumpet the need to destroy freedom, end capitalism, and set up socialism. Last year, another protest group emerged and had a profound affect on our nation: the Tea Party. Of course those folks didn’t destroy public property or call for the fall of our way of life. No, they simply abided by the law and made their voice known. I guess next time they need to go and deficate in a public park to get Time’s recognition.
