GOVERNMENT CONTROL SCHOOLS, COLLEGE and MILITARY RECRUITMENT

The educational system in America is being controlled and trashed as graduating high school students face a demanding burden attending college unless they have; money, discipline and cooperation from parents and family with support by previous or current college students. They play a game that is expensive, mentally demanding with a restricted schedule to achieve credits and grades for a GPA to be accepted in a University.
Teachers are telling administrative staff we have problems with high school students even showing up for classes, disrespectful behavior, trashing hallways with food and litter, physical and verbal abuse to students and teachers during class and an attitude to disrupt a classroom to gain control by intimation to the students and teacher. Male Administrators don’t want to admit their younger male gender is out of control and causing major problems, it’s not suppose to happen on their watch so teachers become the problem point.
Making this even worse unknown to students and teachers, school upper male administrators are bringing in male felon teenagers connected to violent street gangs, training them after school hours in regular classrooms to mingle with regular students for rehabilitation and these students are getting paid as an incentive to attend school, adding to this administrators are given funds unknown to teachers and school staff.
There are work base programs required by the high schools for graduating students to enter the working world that teach students about the reality outside of school and meeting their financial obligations with an honest job and going to college with a career direction, but many students are failing by not attending or turning in assignments. Students lack the ability to apply for a job in person or on-line job applications, yet they know how to get; alcohol, street drugs, smoke, post personal information on Face book, play war video games, spend hours on cell phones doing; text messaging, games and creating emotional drama within their peer groups.
Many students are bored with the system structure as it lacks creative adventure in learning skills for the future. They must be made aware at a very young age to keep focusing their responsibilities within their home, family and learning skills and forget trying to impress everyone else. Parents must be stricter to enforce on their kids the real world is not a twenty-four hour party, but filled with twist and turns to pull you away from your future life goals and reaching a meaningful development within society.
Gone are the high schools after school programs offering experience and knowledge for students to establish a passion and interest for a skill that can lead to financial support with enthusiasm for accomplishments and creative ideas. Instead students are being programmed to attended college before embarking on a career they will enjoy as they are made to feel you have only two choices, college or the military and both are government operations, unless they can get a meaningful permanent position or work in a family owned business. The many distractions in high schools force teenagers to make decisions they are not prepared to face. Girls are encouraged to look like models to attract boyfriends to be popular among their peers or become mothers before they leave school and verbally harassed by intimating bulling and males are encouraged to stand out by joining gangs to ramrod the community with graffiti, becoming gangsters in order to fit in with dominating psychopathic peers.
The educational school system basically does not encourage creative passions for a career instead it has become a media circus as administrative leadership is too caught up in protecting their empire, union policies and political correctness. Student’s influences are not of sound principles with goals and accomplishments to connect the dots for the future, only a push to the next level of tests to meet college requirements along with the need to meet financial obligations each semester. The youth of tomorrow is being repressed by an educational government system where teachers are required to teach with impractical books and testing out of touch with communication and society. Teachers are not happy with the system and mandatory books offered by the Board of Education Publishers which have no significance to real career paths within the future or present job market.
When students enter college they have two years of class requirements then an additional amount of classes for a two year career structure. During this time they can be pulled into many distractions taking them away from their career goals; such as relationships leading to drama incidents, online media distractions like Facebook, drugs, stealing on campus, home and car burglary, rape, DUI charges loosing their license and low grades that are below the requirements having to repeat classes or forced out of college for extreme disruptive behavior and worst of all murder of fellow students for money as this occurred at Orange Coast College in California.
After students graduate high school they need to get into the work force holding off on college until they can establish a pattern of disciplines with their finances and time schedule, learning how to save and apply their working capital into their career or college. Too many students want the good life before they can handle responsibilities and this only leads to a dysfunctional life style of costly distracting play toys.
Students who are faced with their families’ low incomes realize how important the little things in life mean along with responsibilities. Once they come to terms with the real world many students focus on career changes and refining their approach toward job development this leads to creative ideas and a career.
Colleges offer Certificates of Achievement programs associated to a career but this does not always apply in the job market. Employers block entry level job seekers placing stipulations such as previous skills and experience required to filter out the new student and internships with promises and no pay. Students only recourse is through vocational training were teachers have contacts and contract agreements with employers offering work internships applied to semester credits, when the term ends it can lead to a possible job offer.
After school career programs where the most successful during the 1960-80’s offering career passions such as electrical, woodworking, body shop, mechanical car repairs, art design, music, home economics, clothing, interior design, theater, sports, science, astronomy, school choir, orchestra or band. Each class experience opened the door for a student to explore a career with an interest leading to a passion and profession. This structure is what became known to the Baby Boomers that opened up America’s middle class of prosperity. These classes have become limited depending on the schools funding. It leaves a void were teens need to learn to be creative gaining a skill they can enjoy and apply in the real world with a passion of responsibility.
These courses have been moved into the community colleges for a price leaving students to learn a career before they can express their creative abilities. At a young age from junior high thru high school is when they learn quickly making decisions for their future. This delayed process creates blocks of confusion and delays young minds from forming an enthusiastic career interest.
Suggestion: Each college has a website where academic survival advice is offered to students and parents. Before selecting a college, learn everything you can about its past history both negative and positive from past students to website college and professors reviews. It can take a year to review and establish knowledge about a college campus and their policies, reputation and standards. The reality hits when you live in an apartment or on campus with a roommate and realize the college learning structure is a disappointment and you are obligated financially. Taking one short class can open the prospective to the college’s quality, student and professors attitudes for a successful outcome.
Understanding the intentionally miss guided educational system will prepare future students to navigate the spider webs of state and federal systems of controlled education linked with federal loans and herding youngsters into the military. The educational system has lost touch with the reality of our spiritual, passionate civilization, creating dysfunctional patterns in young minds to live in a media zombie world of video war games and cell phone drama.
Experienced skilled adults are questioning how are the youth of today going to survive in ten years? Teen young adults lack a passion to make an effort to work and want the easy party life; fast sport cars, motorcycles, high-tech cell phones, laptop computers, name brand designer clothes and shoes to gain rock star attention.
Companies in the past would send their managers, employees or human resource personnel to high schools to give presentations and lectures looking for future employees that had a passion for a career and could be trained. Now companies are seeing a major change in the youth coming out of high school as a business risk.
A reporter for a well established newspaper The Orange County Register in California was laid-off and replaced by a younger generation, but asked to return a year later, because the kids the paper had hired only wanted to write about parties, shopping for clothes and the night life. They lacked any knowledge about the structure of society, government, real estate investment, business, finances and communicating with adults. The papers profits dropped and they lost the interest of the mature readers.
Government control schools pave the way to create a cycle of dysfunctional youth’s inviting an opportunity for military recruitment as young minds are given only three choices; no job opportunities, commission sales or early military recruitment enrollment where you will obey or face life long military imprisonment. Young males are forced into a slave system with verbal promises to advance their education and in turn they serve the country as an American soldier making their family proud, only to find they are routed into a world of psychotherapists, mind altering drugs to desensitize open fear and death in the battle field, emotional, physical and psychological warfare and torture by high ranking psychopathic leadership, then released on medical discharge to their families as physically or mentally handicapped or psychologically tagged because of their killer training, as terrorist and a threat to America. Many return sick with no hope for a future confused and stressed they commit suicide.

Reference: If you are in college right now, you will most likely either be unemployed or working a job that only requires a high school degree when you graduate. The truth is that the U.S. economy is not coming anywhere close to producing enough jobs for the hordes of new college graduates that are entering the workforce every year.

Part 12

I was remiss in not researching and writing about Rick Santorum long ago. It was my mistake and many of my readers and a couple of my friends were right. Kelleigh Nelson – 1/5/12
Rick’s Money Man
Foster Friess is the money man behind Rick Santorum. In 2006 Friess gave $250,000 to Santorum’s failed Senatorial campaign. The Daily Finance states, “The super PAC to which Friess is the largest donor, the Red White and Blue Fund, has given to the former Speaker of the House, but the amount the group has spent on pro-Gingrich ads — more than $70,000 — is eclipsed by the $2.2 million spent so far on Santorum. By comparison, the former Pennsylvania senator’s campaign has spent less than $1 million dollars on its own so far. ”
In this same article by Daily Finance, Friess sounds like the epitome of a wealthy capitalist Christian patriot. Scratch the surface however, and you’ll find some very disturbing connections. Friess is a charter member of the secretive Council for National Policy (CNP) which I wrote about in my three part article, Saving the Republic? The Democratic Daily wrote an article entitled, Dominionist Cash and You, which shows some of the Friess Foundation’s donations.
The Council for National Policy was started allegedly to counter the workings of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), yet there were five CFR members on the early membership rosters of the CNP. The CNP was started in 1981 by Nelson Bunker Hunt, CBN founder Pat Robertson, Tim LaHaye, (who accepted millions from Sun Myung Moon, the cultist who claims he came to finish what Jesus started) and T. Cullen Davis who helped finance the fledgling group. T. Cullen Davis was tried for murder not once, but twice. A book written about the trials is still available entitled, “Blood Will Tell: The Murder Trials of T. Cullen Davis” by Gary Cartwright. For a short synopsis click here.
Foster Friess is also a member of the Koch brothers (David and Charles) Million Dollar Donor Club. I wrote extensively about David Koch in Part 1 of The Tea Parties. Koch is a member of the globalist new age Aspen Institute whose former head was none other than new age environmentalist Maurice Strong whom I wrote about in More Republican Deception. Please note, Strong is with the United Nations and heavily involved in Agenda 21/Sustainable Development/Smart Growth.
To top it off Foster is on the board of the John Templeton Foundation which awards millions each year to recipients such as William F. Buckley (CFR, TC, Bonesman) and charter CNP member Rich DeVos, Amway founder. The Templeton Foundation has swayed far from its original intent as a Christian philanthropic organization. Link Link
The phony right wing is funding their left wing Republican for president, just as they’ve done for the past three decades under the umbrella of the CNP.
Santorum and Veterans
The Armed Forces Retirement Home, run by the Department of Defense (DoD), bills itself as the “premier home for military retirees and veterans.” The Home has 272 acres in northern Washington, DC. Nearly 600 veterans who live there now enjoy a beautiful view of the Washington Monument, US Capitol, and Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. More than 2,000 veterans of World Wars I and II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War lived there.
The primary source of revenue for the Home was a 50 cent deduction from the paychecks of active-duty service members, but with today’s smaller all volunteer army it wasn’t enough to keep the Home operating fully. They trimmed their staff by 24 percent and reduced the vet population by 800. Still there were problems and the older historic facilities began to run into disrepair. The Chairman of the Home’s Board of Directors told Congress in 1999, they could lease a 49 acre piece of land worth $49 million for a potential lifeline. The parcel could be developed and the home could pocket a figure around $105 million in income over 35 years for its trust fund. The Chairman, David Lacy, did not want to sell the land because then it would be a lost asset forever.
Rick Santorum has pledged to “make veterans a high priority” if elected president. However as a US Senator he engineered a rotten and controversial land deal that robbed the military’s top veterans’ Home of tens of millions of dollars and even worsened the deteriorating conditions of the Home.
At the behest of the Roman Catholic Church, and unknown to the Home, Santorum slipped an amendment into the 1999 National Defense Authorization Act handcuffing how the Home could cash in on those 49 acres. The Amendment forced the Home to sell, not lease, the land to its next-door neighbor, the Catholic University of America. They bought 46 acres of the tract of land for $22 million. The Home lost the land for good, and by its own estimates pocketed $27 million less than the land’s value and $83 million less than what it could’ve made under the lease plan.
Laurence Branch, the executive director of the Home’s board at the time said the Santorum amendment was “a travesty” and the Church’s lobbying for the land a case of “coveting thy neighborhood’s goods.” To this day Branch is convinced that Santorum is no friend of veterans.
How He Votes
Rick Santorum voted to give $25 million in foreign aid to North Korea, voted against transferring $20 million from Americorps to veterans, voted for the START II Treaty, voted to allow the sale of supercomputers to China, voted against requiring Congressional authorization for military action in Bosnia, voted to require Federal bureaucrats to get the same pay raises as uniformed military, voted for the Chemical Weapons Convention, but then voted against requiring the President to certify that the CWC is effectively verifiable! Finally he voted against requiring the President to certify that Iran, Iraq, Syria, Libya, North Korea, China and all other countries determined to be state sponsors of terror have joined the CWC prior to submitting the instrument of ratification.
Santorum has even voted to expand NATO. As far as the assassination of American citizen, Anwar Awlaka, Santorum thinks this is a good thing, so what can be done to one unsavory US citizen can be done to any US citizen the government decides needs assassinating. He even believes in bombing countries that have never attacked the United States and has verbally stated as President he would bomb Iran’s nuclear facilities unless they were opened up for international arms inspectors. According to one website US bases surround the country of Iran! This man is another warmonger who feels he has the right to meddle in the affairs of every other country on earth. How about bringing the soldiers home, rebuilding the bases closed by Clinton in the 90s, and defunding welfare for illegal aliens?
Big Labor
Santorum voted with liberals like Ted Kennedy on multiple occasions in support of big labor’s radical agenda. Santorum voted for an increase in the minimum wage six times, voted twice in support of the Unionization of Fedex, voted for Job Corps funding, voted against National Right to Work Act, voted for mandatory Federal child care funding, voted to require a union representative on an IRS oversight board, voted to exempt IRS union representatives from criminal ethics laws, and voted against creating an independent Board of Governors to investigate IRS abuses. The Senator didn’t seem to have a problem with voting for Sarbanes Oxley either. Opponents of the bill claim it has reduced America’s international competitive edge against foreign financial service providers, saying SOX has introduced an overly complex regulatory environment into U.S. financial markets. Guess who pays the increased costs to services?
Right to Privacy
Santorum has frequently been asked about his belief in the “right to privacy.” His position is that no such right exists under the Constitution. He said, “…this right to privacy doesn’t exist in my opinion in the United States Constitution.” Our Constitution also does not spell out the right to marriage, right to having children, the right to eat or drink, right to purchase, etc.
The Constitution isn’t about what people can do; it’s about what government can do. The Constitution was created to spell out the limited rights or powers given to the federal government. It was clearly understood that the government had no powers that weren’t authorized in the Constitution. Nevertheless, Santorum is comfortable supporting legislation that imposes his own values on everyone else. He supports the prohibition of contraception! He even supports punitive actions against people who do not follow the government’s warnings in evacuation circumstances. Santorum likes strong government and doesn’t seem to have a problem with exercising punitive control over American citizens.
The Sandusky Pedophile Ring
Senator Santorum denies he was tied to Jerry Sandusky, the ex-assistant football coach accused of pedophilia at Santorum’s alma mater, Penn State University. In 2002, Sandusky was caught by assistant coach Mike McQueary molesting a boy about 10 years old in the locker room showers, as has been subsequently reported to the grand jury. A day later, McQueary reported this to head coach, Joe Paterno. Paterno allegedly notified Penn State University athletic director Tim Curley and former senior vice president Gary Schultz who apparently reported the abuse to campus police rather than local police.
Santorum and Sandusky worked closely in the “Second Mile” project, a charity supposedly to aid troubled youngsters. Second Mile was founded by Sandusky in 1977. However, Sandusky used these children for far different purposes than purported. Many of them were raped. Sandusky had sex with at least eight of them. Other children were allegedly farmed out to be used as sex objects.
Some of these young people from Second Mile were used as pages in Santorum’s offices because of his affiliation with Sandusky and Second Mile. Allegedly many other U.S. Congressmen and Senators used these children for various minor positions in their offices through Santorum’s connections to Second Mile.
In 2002, Santorum actually regarded Sandusky so highly that he personally nominated and gave him an award, the Congressional Angels in Adoption Award. Now, however, Santorum is doing his best to distance himself from Sandusky saying he, “does not know Sandusky personally.” Well, then who was it that presented the award to Sandusky? Santorum even defended Joe Paterno and said he should be treated leniently. Even after Paterno was questioned as to why he did not report the crime, Santorum defended him. What is so bizarre is that even after the child rape was officially reported by the police, the highly compromised Santorum stood strong for both men. In contrast, he never said a word of concern about the victims or their families.
Second Mile was closed and all assets were seized in order to settle suits of the traumatized youths who kept coming forward with charges of sexual abuse.
Corruption
Retail giant Wal-Mart lined Santorum’s pockets with campaign cash of $10,000 in one month alone. Of course the giant received votes from Santorum relating to overtime, minimum wages, tort reform and charitable giving credits. etc.
Rick created a charitable foundation in 2001. Operation Good Neighbor Foundation gave out $474,000 to community groups in its first few years. However within that time it had raised over a million dollars. The remaining half million was paid out as salaries and consulting fees to lobbyists and fundraisers connected to Santorum’s campaign. Only 36% of the money raised actually made it to the designated help.
In a political action committee formed by Santorum that was supposed to be raising money to help fellow Republican candidates, only 18% of the funds went to those candidates. The remaining funds were used by Santorum with reports showing dozens of trips to fast food joints, supermarkets, Starbucks and other everyday expenses that had little to do with the action committee.
In other legislative favors, Santorum was given $6,000 from Miller Brewing only six months after he’d introduced legislation to cut taxes on large brewing companies. The same went for the US Tobacco Company the day after he voted against a tobacco regulation bill.
Santorum made headlines when he stopped to visit Terri Shiavo who in 2005 lay on her deathbed in Tampa, Florida. The real reason for his visit was to collect $250,000 in money raised for him by the execs of Outback Steakhouse. Of course Rick agreed with Outback that the minimum wage should not be increased. The senator flew back on a Wal-Mart corporate jet. Taking money from corporations and then voting for legislation that favors their positions is called corruption.
Santorum also became involved in a scandal known as the “K Street Project.” Led by convicted felon, Congressman Tom Delay, the project had associations with lobbyists including Council for National Policy member Jack Abramoff. These lobbying firms were pressured to hire high ranking Republican lawmakers and to grant GOP lobbyists with access to influential decision makers. Santorum played the role of Senate liaison. These connections landed Santorum high paying lobbying opportunities after he lost his seat. Rick joined a Washington DC “think tank” earning $250,000 a year as well as being a Fox News contributor. He also found other employment as a lobbyist for various industries where he earned over a million a year in 2010 alone. He has padded his own wallet as a corporate lobbyist at the expense of the taxpayer.
Santorum is pro NDAA, pro Patriot Act, pro War with Iran, pro Federal Reserve, voted for Sonia Sotomayor for Circuit Court Judge, and in 2008 he chose to support Willard Mitt Romney for President.
Conclusion
Recently someone commented to me they felt some of the GOP candidates had changed and were much more conservative because of what they were saying in the debates. I had to laugh! What they say and what they do are two totally different things. The American electorate would do well to research the voting records of these candidates rather than listening to their pre-election lies. The package they’re presenting prior to the elections is totally different than what you’ll get after they’re elected. Jesus himself said, “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits.” Matthew 7:15-16.

Many of you who read my articles and write me wonderful letters and even take the time to send me gifts have actually become wonderful cyber friends. Because so many of you have requested these articles on the GOP candidates, I’ve had to dredge through their backgrounds and their voting records for documentation. It has not been an easy task, and I’m always relieved when I’m finished with writing about another one of these traitorous leaders. In the previous article on Santorum, the research was on his somewhat hypocritical pro-life stance. In this article we’ll be looking at his voting record and fiscal policies. The articles on Rick Santorum will be three parts.
Rick Santorum has the dubious distinction of being one of the most corrupt politicians in America, and one of the most corrupt senators in his brief so-called ‘representation’ of Pennsylvania–when he didn’t even live there. His rhetoric may be that of a conservative, but research shows he’s closer to the communist Santorum clan in Italy than they or we know. Perhaps the acorn hasn’t fallen far from the tree.
No Child Left Behind
January, 2012 marks the 10-year anniversary of the day Bush signed NCLB into law in Hamilton, Ohio. By his side were the leaders of the education committees in Congress, Rep. John Boehner, R-Ohio, and Sen. Ted Kennedy, D-Mass, the bipartisanship duo that made this horrible Act possible. Rick Santorum voted for and strongly supported legislation that doubled the size of the Department of Education and he was a big supporter of NCLB who joined with Kennedy to push passage of this Act.
This legislation, which passed 381-41 in the House and 87-10 in the Senate in January 2002, is accompanied by the largest dollar increase ever in federal education aid. Education Week, 1/9/02, describes the No Child Left Behind Act as follows: “The mega-measure is accompanied by the largest dollar increase ever in federal education aid. The Department of Education’s overall budget will rise by $6.7 billion in fiscal 2002, to nearly $49 billion.” The legislation, although pretending to terminate the highly controversial Goals 2000 and the School-To-Work (STW) legislation passed in the nineties under President Clinton and initiated in the eighties under Presidents Reagan and Bush, Sr., actually continues the totalitarian agenda because all states have implemented the requirements of Goals 2000 and STW.
On her website Charlotte Thompson Iserbyt , the brilliant education researcher and former Senior Policy Advisor in the U.S. Department of Education, has a wonderful article exposing the truth about this horrid legislation. A quote from it states:
Although Pres. Bush, according to a Washington Times article by Bill Sammon, 1/9/02, said in regard to the education bill he signed that “Parents will have more information about the schools and more say in how their children are educated . . . from this day forward, all students will have a better chance to learn, to excel and to live out their dreams.” Pardon me, but this is a plain lie, and a lie embraced by Mass. Senator Ted Kennedy and others (like Rick Santorum John Boehner) supporting this legislation as well. How can parents have a say in how their children are educated when the federal government is mandating testing of children’s attitudes and values? (Sixty percent of the test items on National Assessment of Educational Progress – NAEP are attitudinal.) Bush’s mandate for testing will of course call for a mandated federal curriculum since one can’t test what one hasn’t taught. What tiny bit of local control remained prior to this legislation will be swept away. School superintendents and good teachers are already complaining about having lost control. Even the New York Times has problems with Leave No Child Behind. It bragged that the more than 1000-page giant education bill will “dramatically extend the federal role in public education” and, indeed, is “a breathtaking intrusion of the federal government on states’ control of education.”
Rick didn’t stop there, he voted to increase Federal funding for teacher testing, and to increase spending for the Department of Education by $3.1 billion.
Second Amendment
Senator Santorum has a mixed record on the second amendment. . He claims he’s staunchly pro-second amendment. However, in the 90s, he voted to support the Lautenberg Gun Ban, which stripped for life, law-abiding gun owners of their Second Amendment rights, simply because they spanked their children or did nothing more than grab a spouses wrist.
He voted for a bill in 1999 disguised as an attempt to increase penalties on drug traffickers with guns… but it also included a provision to require federal background checks at gun shows. And then he voted with gun-controlling Democrats Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, and Frank Lautenberg to mandate locks on handguns in 2005. (S Amdt 3230 Gun Lock Requirement Amendment)
Worst of all, Rick Santorum has a storied history of bailing out anti-gun Republicans facing reelection. Santorum came to anti-gun Arlen Specter’s defense in 2004 when he was down in the polls against pro-gun Republican Pat Toomey. Specter won and continued to push for gun control during his years in the Senate.
Santorum also flip-flopped here by voting FOR and then against S1805 – Firearms Manufacturers Protection Bill. In 2004, Senator Santorum voted for legislation to require child locks on all weapons. That same legislation contained the Gun Free School Zone Act. That legislation made it illegal to be in possession of a firearm on school grounds.
Senator Santorum has repeatedly supported Project Exile. Project Exile was a federal program started in Richmond, Virginia in 1997. The project was designed to shift the prosecution of illegal technical gun possession offenses from state courts to federal court, where they carried a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in federal prison under the federal Gun Control Act of 1968.
Santorum Voted to require pawn shops to do background checks on people who pawn a gun. Voted twice to make it illegal to sell a gun without a secure storage or safety device. Voted for a Federal ban on possession of “assault weapons” by those under 18. Voted for Federal funding for anti-gun education programs in schools. Voted for anti-gun juvenile justice bill. Sounds to me like Rick Santorum made a lot of unconstitutional deals.
Fiscal Responsibility
Rick Santorum voted five times to raise the debt ceiling adding trillions to the debt and stated, “I am no longer a deficit hawk, I had to spend the surpluses.” (The Hill, 2/5/03). While in office, Santorum voted to spend taxpayer money to fight AIDS globally, to help underprivileged children in third world countries, to pay off debts owed to the US by other nations and to combat political instability in Sudan. Where is any of this allowed in our constitution?
On Welfare alone he voted to allow welfare to a minor who had a child out of wedlock and who resided with an adult who was on welfare within the previous two year. Santorum voted against both food stamp and Medicaid Reform, and voted for $2 billion for low income heating assistance.
He voted to increase welfare programs such as Healthy Start. Such social-welfare spending projects are not typically associated with the concept of Republican conservatism, or at least they didn’t used to be. He also strongly supported the largest hike in welfare entitlement spending in history (prior to Obamacare) – Medicaid Part D and Voted to increase tobacco taxes to pay for Medicare prescription drugs. This was the largest expansion of entitlement spending since President Lyndon B. Johnson, creating $16 TRILLION in unfunded liabilities. This was George W. Bush’s free prescription medicine program, virtually socializing the pharmaceutical industry which is now being funded by ever increasing prescription drug prices to consumers. Santorum was quite happy to vote to enrich the industry from which he had received so many campaign contributions. In fact, Santorum was such a favorite of GlaxoSmithKline that, following the loss of his senate seat, executives wrote, “The defeat of [Santorum] creates a big hole we need to fill.” The leaked memo is evidence that unprincipled politicians, like Santorum, can still be bought and sold in the USA.
Santorum cosponsored the Workplace Religious Freedom Act with John Kerry. Other backers included Hillary Clinton and Ted Kennedy. This Act would have forced all business owners to accommodate the religious practices of all their employees. Rick believes if companies don’t cater to the different faiths of their employees, then they should be compelled by law to do so.
From Wikipedia, “This legislation has garnered the diverse support of various religious groups including, the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations, the Southern Baptist Convention, the National Council of Churches, the North American Council for Muslim Women, the Sikh American Legal Defense and Education Fund, the Seventh-day Adventist Church, the Council on American Islamic Relations, B’nai B’rith International, the American Jewish Committee, Agudath Israel of America, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops and other groups.” Can you imagine the cost to small businesses? No true fiscal conservative would sanction this type of law with the variety of so-called religions today.
His Tax Increases alone would disqualify him as a fiscal conservative, but truly across the board he is a big government spender. He voted to increase tobacco taxes (a sin tax) four times. He voted to increase taxes by $9.4 billion to pay for this same amount in an increase to student loans. He voted twice for internet taxes. Santorum voted against the repealing of the Clinton 4.3 cent gasoline tax increase.
The Senator voted to make Medicare part B premium subsidies a new entitlement. He voted to raid Social Security instead of using surpluses to pay down the debt, and then he voted for giving $18 billion to the IMF! Of course paying off the debt (at $5.6 trillion at the time) within 30 years didn’t appeal to him either. He actually voted to raise the debt ceiling five times!
On Immigration, the Senator voted against hiring an additional 1,000 border patrol agents, paid for by reductions in some state grants. Subsequently, the border patrol was cut even further and when I wrote to my Senators, Lamar Alexander wrote back to me that he would send my letter to Homeland Security and they would answer me. (Was that a threat Senator?) I have yet to hear a word and I comment about it in every letter I write to Alexander, but back to Senator Santorum. He voted against increasing the number of immigration investigators and voted to allow illegal immigrants to receive the “earned income” tax credit before becoming citizens! Excuse me, but this is blatant redistribution of wealth and to illegal aliens who have not contributed to society.
The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) benefited from Santorum’s vote for taxpayer funding of same. He also made sure he voted against a 10% cut in the budget for the NEA. Why would Santorum, as a Catholic, vote for funding the NEA when they feel a crucifix in a jar of urine is art? This is a social conservative?
On Free Trade, Rick made the right choice and voted against NAFTA in 1993, but in subsequent votes he voted yes for the Oman, Morocco, Singapore, Chile, and Australia FTA as well as CAFTA. He voted yes to the Trade Authority as well as to normal trade relations with China.
HOW SANTORUM VIEWS GOVERNMENT
Rick Santorum made this statement, “One of the criticisms I make is to what I refer to as more of a Libertarianish right. They have this idea that people should be left alone, be able to do whatever they want to, government should keep our taxes down and keep our regulations low, that we shouldn’t get involved in the bedroom, we shouldn’t get involved in the cultural issues. That is not how traditional conservatives view the world. There is no such society that I’m aware of where we’ve had radical individualism and that it succeeds as a culture.” Link Link
Well now excuse me Rick, but isn’t that what America was founded on, INDIVIDUALISM? Are you saying you prefer Obama’s form of collectivism and communitarianism? Sure does sound like it since you and Hillary Clinton are the only two people who are directly attacking the “pursuit of happiness.” You are no constitutionalist, fiscal conservative or small government politician…you are exactly the opposite.

I never intended to write an article on Rick Santorum, but people have encouraged me to in case he becomes the “fall-back” candidate, despite the fact I still believe he is an “also-ran.” Rick Santorum to me is another globalist, war mongering, elitist, leftist politician masquerading as a conservative. I have to disagree with the claims of his social conservatism. So, once again I ask you to pay special attention to the links I’ve provided and bear with me as I dredge through the mud of another presidential hopeful. This is only part one of a two part article because there is so much to tell.
Are the Primaries Valid?
I grew up in Chicago where dead people voted for Kennedy to make him the winner in the 1960 presidential election against Richard Nixon. I’ve read about the dead voters in Texas who elected Lyndon Baines Johnson to the Senate in 1948. I also know the countless reports of voter fraud since then, thus there is no way I believe Romney, Newt, and Santorum received the votes claimed by the Mainstream Media. After all, we now have dead people voting in the New Hampshire primary. Link Also, a caucus vote counter in Iowa says “type-o’s” gave mistaken counts of 22 votes to Romney in Iowa rather than the real count of two. Link. Business Insider magazine says Ron Paul may have secretly won the Iowa caucuses. Link Now the Chicago Tribune says Rick Santorum may have won Iowa. And finally, Voter fraud in Iowa is now official. So who is the real winner?
At the end of December the state of South Carolina received notification that the Justice Department was rejecting South Carolina’s law requiring voters to show photo ID before casting their ballots. The department claims the law makes it harder for minorities to vote. Does this give license for the dead to vote again? The Huffington Post reported Newt cancelled an appearance prior to the SC primary for lack of attendance, but then he went on to win the SC primary?
In my local Knoxville News Sentinel on Saturday, December 17, 2011, the lead article was “Haslam Concerned About Voter ID Law.” Our leftist Republican Governor Haslam has “voiced concern to legislators that the new state law requiring voters to have photo ID will make it ‘unnecessarily hard’ for some people to cast ballots in next year’s elections.” The law was enacted by a Republican-controlled legislature and signed by Haslam earlier in 2011. Tennessee’s primary is on Super Tuesday, March 6, 2012. The conclusions are obvious.
Who are the Eligible Candidates?
Before we look closely at Rick Santorum, let’s first look at all the ineligible candidates running in the race for president. The term “natural born citizen” was well defined at the time the Constitution was written. The definition was given clearly in The Law of Nations by Emerich D. Vattel, a book that was sent to Franklin during the drafting of the Constitution. The founders specifically made the distinction from a regular citizen to insure that our presidency would not be co-opted by someone with foreign interests at heart (like the POTUS we now have). In order to be a natural born citizen, one must be born of two citizen parents and Obama clearly does not qualify, regardless of where he was born or if the certificate he posted is real. If this requirement can be so easily be ignored, everything is up for grabs.
Next let’s look at Willard Mitt Romney whose father was born in Mexico and whose grandparents left America for Mexico because of US polygamy laws. In Devvy Kidd’s recent article in NWV’s, she stated, “Mitt Romney is NOT a Natural Born Citizen unless he can prove that George Romney gained citizenship from naturalization prior to Mitt’s birth in 1947. I have found no records showing this to be the case.”
Marco Rubio has been mentioned many times as a Vice Presidential candidate. I’m certainly not a fan of Rubio, but again Rubio is not eligible. Article 2 of the constitution, which says, “no person except a natural born citizen … shall be eligible to the Office of President.” The above writings of Vattel, along with others, verify what is meant by Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution. Rubio was born in 1971 at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital, but his parents didn’t become citizens until 1975.
Now let’s take a look at Rick Santorum. Rick Santorum was born in Winchester, Virginia, and raised in Berkeley County, West Virginia, and Butler County, Pennsylvania. He is a son of Aldo Santorum (1923-2011) and his wife, Catherine Santorum (née Dughi, born 1918). His father was an Italian immigrant, originally from Riva del Garda, Italy, and his mother is of half-Italian and half-Irish descent. Santorum’s father emigrated from Italy before WWII. Although his wife has claimed that he served in the U.S. military during WWII, no documentation of that service can be found, and no evidence can be found that he ever became a U.S. citizen.
Now, according to Dr. Herb Titus, counsel to the law firm William J. Olson, he explains Natural Born Citizen most likely means the offspring born in the country of two citizen parents. Here is his video explanation of the term, “natural born citizen.”
So, the question remains…is Rick Santorum eligible to be president of the United States? Of course, Obama has already set the precedent, and the constitution and writings of founders have been denied, so it may have become a moot point to the elite.
Santorum and Politics
Rick Santorum received a B.A. with honors in political science from Pennsylvania State University in 1980, an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1981, and a Juris Doctorate degree with honors from the Dickinson School of Law in 1986. Santorum first became actively involved in politics through volunteering for the late Senator John Heinz, a Republican from Pennsylvania and heir to the H.J. Heinz fortune.
In 1990 he was elected to the US House of Representatives for two terms. He became a Senator in 1994 during the “Republican takeover.” He served as Senator from Pennsylvania from 1995 to 2006.
Santorum would not be our first Catholic president. In 2002, Rick traveled to Rome to speak at a centenary celebration of the birth of Saint Josemaria Escriva, founder of Opus Dei. He and his wife were invested as Knight and Dame of Magistral Grace of the Knights of Malta in a ceremony at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York on November 12, 2004.
Rick disagrees with former President John Kennedy who espoused distinctions between personal beliefs and public responsibility saying this had caused great harm. However, JFK served in the White House long before the social issues of today like abortion and homosexuality were on the front burners of campaign rhetoric. Rick says his personal beliefs would be his public stances. Let’s see if that’s really true.
Pro-Life
Santorum’s real claim to fame is his pro-life stance, and his alleged social conservatism. However, in the 1980s his wife Karen while a nursing student, dated the abortion doctor who happened to have delivered her. Link Their affair went on for over six years and she left the doctor after meeting Rick Santorum. Her 40 year senior lover, Dr. Tom Allen stated in a Newsweek interview, “When she moved out to go be with Rick, she told me I’d like him, that he was pro-choice and a humanist,” he said at the time. “But I don’t think there’s a humanist bone in that man’s body.” Link
Of course, we all do stupid things in our youth and our ideas and beliefs can change.
Rick and his wife, Karen Garver Santorum have seven living children. The youngest is Isabella who was diagnosed with a serious genetic disorder most often caused by the advanced age of the mother. Little “Bella” was recently hospitalized. The Santorum’s were recently on James Dobson’s radio program talking about the tragedy of losing their son Gabriel in 1996. They claimed he was born prematurely and died two hours after birth. Other articles claim the child was stillborn. They brought the deceased infant home from the hospital and introduced him to their children as their brother Gabriel before the funeral and burial.
In a 2004 interview on PBS with Terry Gross, Rick Santorum talked about his wife’s 1996 second trimester abortion. They obviously don’t like to describe it that way. Karen had to justify her decision to save her own life by explaining that if she had not had the late term abortion, she could have died and her other children would have lost their mother.
In Karen’s 19th week of pregnancy check up, the Santorum’s were told the baby had a defect and was going to die. A bladder shunt surgery was done on the baby, but the risk of infection was high. Karen developed a high fever two days later and was rushed to the hospital. They were told she had an intrauterine infection and the baby was the source. Once Karen was put on IV antibiotics for the infection, they knew the baby was lost as this induced labor. Gabriel was delivered and died two hours later. Both Karen and the baby very well would have died had they not intervened to save Karen’s life. It was a terrible loss for the family.
I certainly do not consider this an abortion, although some might. However, there are problems with what occurred in the Santorum family versus Rick’s public statements. Santorum’s views are unapologetically black-and-white. He advocates that any doctor performing an abortion under any circumstances should be criminally charged, even for rape, even for incest, and even for saving the mother’s life. None of them justify abortion in Rick Santorum’s world, unless of course, it’s his own wife.
Support for Pro-Abort Christine Todd Whitman
In 1997, Santorum campaigned for the abortion promoting governor of New Jersey, Christine Todd Whitman, CFR member and former EPA administrator (2001-2003). Governor Whitman has deep associations with radical abortion supporting groups; Republicans for Choice and The Republican Majority for Choice. In fact, Whitman is even an active proponent of partial birth abortions. In January 2008, she was named a co-chair of the globalist new age Aspen Institute’s Health Stewardship Project. The former head of the Aspen Institute, new age environmentalist Maurice Strong, has membership in the following organizations, but this does not include the entire list:
• Senior Advisor to UN Secretary General Kofi Annan
• Senior Advisor to World Bank President James Wolfensohn
• Chairman of the Earth Council (Agenda 21/Sustainable Development)
• Chairman of the World Resources Institute
• Co-Chairman of the Council of the World Economic Forum
• member of Toyota’s International Advisory Board
He is also a long time member of the Futurist Society (which Newt Gingrich belongs to as well as Newt’s long time friends Alvin and Heidi Toffler).
According to her bio on the Whitman Strategy Group website, Whitman has the following affiliations:
Director, Americans Elect (corporations promoting presidential candidates for corporate benefit)
In June 2008, Whitman was named chair of the Water Policy Institute.
The bottom line is…why would a so-called social conservative ever support a woman like Whitman who is anathema to Santorum’s spouted beliefs? Or is she?
Support for Radical Abortionist Senator Arlen Specter
In 2001, Senator Santorum actively campaigned for pro-abort Senator Arlen Specter instead of pro-life congressman Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania. Santorum had previously endorsed Specter in his short-lived campaign for president in 1996. Specter had previously supplied Santorum with key political staff for his successful run in 1994. Specter of course changed from a left-wing Republican to a left-wing Democrat hoping to retain his seat.
Specter has never been a conservative. He served as assistant counsel for the Warren Commission investigating the assassination of John F. Kennedy and helped devise the “single bullet theory,” or “magic bullet theory” as it’s called by critics.
Specter’s opposition to Supreme Court nominee Robert Bork in 1987 is seen as an important factor in the nomination’s failure.
In April 2009, Specter switched parties giving the Democrats a 60th vote in the Senate when Al Franken was declared the winner in Minnesota and sworn in after court challenges in July 2009. Specter put that vote to good use casting the 60th vote for cloture on Obamacare in late December 2009. Having enabled Obamacare to proceed to a full vote, Specter cast the 50th vote for Obamacare (guaranteeing passage because Biden could cast a tie breaker).
Santorum claims he had to support Specter’s Senate race because Specter was the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee and could see to it that the skids were greased for President Bush’s Supreme court nominees. All but 22 Democrats voted to approve Roberts.
Specter supports LGBT rights. He voted to prohibit job discrimination based on sexual orientation, and was a co-sponsor of the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Prevention Act. Specter is opposed to same-sex marriage, but is also opposed to a federal ban and supports civil unions. Specter also voted in favor of repealing Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell in the lame-duck session of the 111th Congress.
Specter voted 50% of the time with the Democrats when he was a Republican and 90% of the time when he became a Democrat. Thanks to President Bush and Santorum, Arlen Specter is responsible for giving us the draconian Obamacare legislation.
Why would “Mr. Pro-Life” strongly campaign for a rabid pro-abortion candidate against a strong pro-life candidate?
Santorum and Planned Parenthood
The following is from the New American article which appeared January 17, 2012 entitled, Santorum Voted to Subsidize Abortion, Planned Parenthood, by Alex Newman.
Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) received $487.4 million in tax dollars over a twelve-month period and performed 329,455 abortions. Santorum’s votes to indirectly fund (through title X family planning) abortion provider Planned Parenthood clinics makes him a partner in crime of the ungodly murder of the innocent unborn. “Mr. Pro-life” voted to have innocent Americans placed into the PP vegi-matic laboratories and enthusiastically campaigned for pro abortion Arlen Specter against the more conservative Pat Toomey. Rick may mistakenly believe that his votes to indirectly fund Planned Parenthood can be hidden from Christians that march for life, but they can’t.
Santorum has also voted for legislation that is being used to federally prosecute peaceful pro-life protesters who demonstrate outside of abortion clinics. He also argued that he voted for the unconstitutional appropriations — used for terminating pregnancies, lobbying against pro-life legislation, handing out birth control, and litigating to keep abortion legal — because they were part of bigger spending bills he supported. Santorum also voted for the Democrat-sponsored “Freedom of Access to [Abortion] Clinic Entrances Act,” legislation purportedly making it a federal crime to “interfere” with a person seeking to terminate a pregnancy. As critics warned at the time, the bill has been used with increasing frequency to prosecute peaceful protesters.
Mathew 7:16-17 states, “Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.”
It is not by their words, but by their actions we are to judge these politicians, and thus in effect we are to be “fruit inspectors.”

Federal Reserve Notes “Play Money” With Revenue

Look at the paper currency you are holding in your wallet, at the center top it reads “Federal Reserve Note” issued by a private bank bookkeeping system that is not backed by The Constitution. On the front of the currency is a black circle on the left side of the $5.00 currency, it reads (United States Federal Reserve System). This is not a treasury because it does not produce or make silver or gold coins, nor does it print money. Check each one of your $1.00 currency bills. There is a circle with a letter in the center to identify the Federal bank of origin. This is to the left of the portrait embedded in a small fine black circle showing the bank of origin within the Federal Reserve System.
Each banking system has a letter A-L, The Federal Reserve Banks of; San Francisco, California (L); Bank of Richmond, Virginia (E); Bank of Atlanta, Georgia (F); Bank of Chicago, Illinois (G); Bank of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (C); Bank of Dallas, Texas (K).” There are twelve Federal Reserve Banks in the United States. A letter and number beneath the left serial number identifies the issuing Federal Reserve Bank. There are 12 regional Federal Reserve Banks and 24 branches located in major cities throughout the United States. The Federal Reserve Banks distribute new currency for the United States Department of Treasury.
When you go to your bank and get cash, ask “Which Federal Reserve Bank is this bank getting its cash from?” Then ask the teller for bills that read at the top center “United States Note” and listen for a response.
Jerome Daly Attorney challenged the courts Federal Reserve Notes as Un-Constitutional. These Federal Reserve Notes are not lawful money within the contemplation of the Constitution of the United States and are null and void. Further, the Notes on their face are not redeemable in Gold or Silver Coin nor is there a fund set aside anywhere for the redemption of said Notes. This creation of money or credit upon the Books of the Banks constitutes the creation of fiat (arbitrary order) money by bookkeeping entry. Ninety per cent or more of the credit never leaves the books of the Banks as the Banks produce no specie as backing. When the Federal Reserve Banks and National Banks acquire United States Bonds and Securities, State Bonds and Securities, State Subdivision Bonds and Securities, mortgages on private Real property and mortgages on private personal property, the said banks create the money and credit upon their books by bookkeeping entry. The first time that the money comes into existence is when they create it on their bank books by bookkeeping entry. The banks create it out of nothing. You and I have been made to think and believe this system was operated by the United States of America under The Constitution but this was not true, it has grown to be a privately owned international monster. All printed American currency will have at the top “United States Note”. The United States is not printing currency. Virtually all of currency notes in use are Federal Reserve Notes. The Federal Reserve orders new currency from the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, which produces the appropriate denominations and ships them directly to the Federal Reserve Banks. Each note costs about four cents to produce, though the cost varies slightly by denomination. Why? Money printed in United States through the Bureau of Engraving and Printing does not carry interest or kick backs to a private Federal Reserve banking systems cartel operations.
These twelve Federal Reserve banks have grown throughout the United States using American’s money as collateral by illegal foreclosures, unexplained loans to failing and risky investments forcing a world wide recession of poverty as they continue to use everyone else’s money to freely loan to foreign countries, bankers, dictators and funding international wars without an audit.
To meet the demands of their customers, banks get cash from Federal Reserve Banks. Most medium- and large-sized banks maintain reserve accounts at one of the 12 regional Federal Reserve Banks, and they pay for the cash they get from the Fed by having those accounts debited. Some smaller banks maintain their required reserves at larger, “correspondent,” banks. The smaller banks get cash through the correspondent banks, which charge a fee for the service. The larger banks get currency from the Fed and pass it on to the smaller banks.
So, you and I pay a high price to borrow money, but wait the banks don’t want to loan us money, because they are being controlled by the Federal Reserve System. Now a new wrinkle has been created. Could the Obama Administration allege to be saving the tax payer money, by presenting an opportunity to transfer America’s wealth to an unknown banking system?
An answer with questions: As part of the Obama Administration’s Campaign to Cut Waste, Vice President Biden and Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner announced the U.S. Mint would suspend the production of Presidential dollar coins for circulation. Today, nearly 1.4 billion surplus dollar coins are sitting in Federal Reserve vaults due to lack of demand for the coins. This is the collateral that supports the American’s currency, removing this is a violation of The Constitution. Where are they going to put all those silver coins that are backing the United States Treasury? Where is the money being shifted to and Where are all these valuable coins going to be stored or hidden?

Why, is the Obama Administration and Congress allowing the United States Treasury Mint to print our money, then borrowing our printed money from the Federal Reserve System and then the Federal Reserve charges the United States interest? Adding to this money circle circus the Federal Reserve System takes our money and gives it away to foreign governments and banks making loans, charging the United States with fees and interest creating debt for our country and its future?
The Federal Reserve System are loan sharks, because they are not audited, they don’t have to follow the United States GAAP accounting principles and they are telling local community United States bankers how to loan money and these banks are being closed when they can’t meet the stress test. This is reducing the number of honest banks in each city and state, because they can’t borrow money from the United States Treasury, creating a repeat of history into a bigger recession.
Current and previous administrations along with Congress have failed to keep a budget which has affected every level of the economy, now that the public is waking up the shell game is changing to a newer version of monopoly, an international level of monopoly by changing the accounting system.
In 2014 all companies must convert from Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) used for State and Local Governments by convergence to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Why? Answer: To hide the funds, gold, coins, land and property allowing the volumes of local to international money to be moved around without a trace under categories, rules and procedures that lack accounting verification.
GAAP is the most detailed system in the world, auditing every penny so money cannot be hidden in bogus investments, from local to foreign corrupt fraud money buckets. Large Corporations such as Boeing and McDonalds have refused to implement IFRS, because they want to maintain accountability to their investors.
I spoke with a manager of a satellite bank branch which operated within a national retailers store under the umbrella of the New York Federal Reserve I asked if they used GAAP? Answer: NO, it was too detailed and they did not have up-to-date software. The retailer did not renew their lease this branch was attached to the play money without collateral becoming a risk for the retailer’s employees and customers.
To further understand who is behind the destruction of our economy and why it has continued, look at these four high profile males (Alan Greenspan, Robert Rubin, Timothy Geithner, Lawrence “Larry” Summers) worked their way into back door investments gambling with investor’s funds then were appointed under the Obama Administration economic team of advisers damaging the American economy. Six months later their game in the hedge funds derivatives secret bank investments caused a melt down of the financial markets a documentary aired on (PBS.org Frontline “The Warning”).

OCCUPY WALL STREET
AND
THE CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION

The group often credited with sparking Occupy Wall Street (OWS) is Adbusters, the Canadian anti-capitalist magazine founded in 1989 by Kalle Lasn and Bill Schmalz in Vancouver, British Columbia. This July, Lasn and Schmalz issued a call to flood lower Manhattan with 90,000 protesters. Lasn has been accused of anti-Semitism regarding some of the articles in Adbusters. Link

They don’t even try to hide their affinity to the UN, they’re taking the UN’s call for the tax to the streets and screaming for its implementation. As one of the founders of Occupy Wall Street, Lasn is also in bed with the power elite Soros crowd, which helps fund his magazine, as reported by Lew Rockwell.
Lawrence Morley writes in Adbusters:
“Revolt, if it is to be successful, must come from the mind; a growing unease and dissatisfaction with things as they are. Revolt may be leaderless, but it cannot be idea-less. … It could be said that any society has vested interests in the status quo which could not be unseated by argument. I disagree. For any revolution to succeed, even those interests must be shown to gain, or to lose less by cooperation than they would otherwise.
I, as a Progressive Anarchist, want the complete overthrow of present societies, but not now, not immediately, not violently, but gradually and peacefully as ideas gradually seep through one’s mind. The intention of this revolutionary is to assault your mind and destroy your beliefs.”
Another writer for Adbusters is Michael Hardt. He is an American literary theorist and post-Marxist philosopher perhaps best known for the book Empire, written with Antonio Negri and published in 2000. It has been called the Communist Manifesto of the 21st century.
For those of you who have studied and understand communism, Morley’s words and Hardt’s writings will ring those bells. Those involved in these protests remind me of the 60s and the Viet Nam protests, albeit, they aren’t as organized, nor are they as intellectual as those from the 60s. When asked questions about what they’d replace the free market with, they have no answers, other than the rich make too much money and they should share with those who are less fortunate. The protesters include persons of a variety of political orientations, including liberals, political independents, anarchists, socialists, libertarians, and environmentalists. At the protest’s start, the majority of the demonstrators were young; however, as the protest grew the age of the protesters became more diverse, mostly related to the use of social networks.
The dominant theme is that the U.S. is broke and corporations have ruined it. Now they want to kill the corporate “personhood” and then the US will be good again and then there will be justice and prosperity for all. Dream on!
Celebrity Involvement
The usual left wing celebs who want to be seen as erudite politically, but only know how to mimic the left-wing lines, are gaining publicity with their involvement with the OWS. On September 19, Roseanne Barr, the first celebrity to endorse the protest, spoke to protesters calling for a combination of capitalism and socialism and a system not based on “bloated talk radio hosts and that goddamn Ayn Rand book.” (Uh, excuse me Roseanne, I think you’ve been eating too much sugar. We already have a combination of what little remains of capitalism and a huge new amount of socialism – a nice euphemism for full-fledged communism) .
Conservative activist and John Birch Society member, H.L. Hunt’s granddaughter, Leah Hunt-Hendrix, 28, a doctoral student at Princeton writing her dissertation on the history of solidarity, joined OWS protesters, and said. “We should acknowledge our privilege and claim the responsibilities that come with it.” I believe H.L. understood it far better than his granddaughter.
Filmmaker Michael Moore spoke against Wall Street, saying, “They have tried to take our democracy and turn it into a kleptocracy.” (Michael, we were once a representative republic who followed the “rule of law.” Now we are as you state, a “democracy” which is nothing more than “mob rule.”) Susan Sarandon and Kanye West were also there to add their two-cents worth.
Other celebs include folk singer, Pete Seeger, Arlo Guthrie, Tao Rodríguez-Seeger, Tom Chapin, David Amram, and Guy Davis. Others who are in support of the OWS according to Wikipedia include the usual suspects, Noam Chomsky, George Soros, and Yoko Ono. Mother Jones Magazine reports the growing number of unions joining in the activist protests.
Karl Denninger, one of the original Tea Party founders believes there are many similarities between OWS and the Tea Party demonstrations since many Tea Partiers have joined in the ranks of the OWS. As we’ve seen with Tea Parties across the nation, many are being led by infiltrating change agents and haven’t a clue of where the real battles lie. This is just another example of the deliberately dumbed down electorate reacting like lemmings and being led by socialist propaganda.
Calling for a Constitutional Convention
The OWS not only is demanding the UN one-percent tax, but they are now also demanding a Constitutional Convention for the purpose of changing the entire social structure of the US. Those of you who read my articles know I’ve written several times about the dangers of a Constitutional Convention. Leftist commentator, Cenk Uygur has announced the formation of Wolf-PAC to campaign for a Constitutional Convention. His call to action was featured on a website, Amped Status, run by David DeGraw who is one of the original founders of the OWS movement. A Constitutional Convention has been the dream of US leftists for a century or more. Constitution.net tells us that as far back as 1932, the Socialist Party’s platform included proposed changes to the Constitution, and many of these changes seem to parallel what Cenk and others want now. The Socialist Party’s 1932 platform included many proposed changes to the Constitution. One group concerned voting and elections, including popular election of the President and the ability to hold national referenda. Judicial review would be specifically barred. Workers’ rights would be protected and child labor barred; nationalization of industry would also be permitted and promoted. Finally, they advocated an easing of the requirements for ratification of constitutional amendments.
As I’ve stated many times before, a Constitutional Convention is fraught with risks and could easily spin out of control. It would very likely be hijacked by the elitists and then we’d end up with an anti-freedom agenda and a new constitution that would totally destroy the liberties our 1787 Constitution grants us. People…this means the entire Bill of Rights could disappear! Can you just imagine who we’d end up with on a Committee of Detail today, or the delegates from each state? It is the very people we oppose and that includes the phony right-wing like McCain, McConnell, and Boehner, and Snowe and Collins, not to mention Pelosi and Reid, Feinstein, Boxer and Schumer! God help us!
What few people understand is the fact that the right wing is pushing a Constitutional Convention as well and has been for a long time. Their tactics are subtle and disarming with the conservative sounding Balanced Budget Amendment that could easily lead to a Constitutional Convention. There has also been a desire of the leftists to eliminate the Electoral College. In doing so, the smaller states would not have a voice in elections and we’d end up having the president elected by the most leftist populated states. Today the Vatican called for the establishment of a “global public authority” and a “central world bank” to rule over financial institutions that have become outdated and often ineffective in dealing fairly with crises. The document from the Vatican’s Justice and Peace department should please the OWS demonstrators and other movements around the world who have used the economic downturn to stage socialistic or progressive protests to push the US and world further down the road to serfdom.
I believe Occupy Wall Street is another Trojan Horse designed to further the aims of the elitists pushing a One World Order. The Con-Con promoters have been at this for decades and it is now coming to the fore again after we fought it off in the 80s. The Tea Party movement and the Occupy Wall Street movement are both expressions of people’s anger and rage over what our elitist politicians in both parties are doing to the American people via the right/left Hegelian Dialectic which provides the elite a way of controlling the masses.
As others have illustrated in numerous articles, there is considerable evidence that Occupy Wall Street is funded by these powerful elements. The great central banking families (and their political, military, religious and financial colleagues and enablers) have been plotting world government for more than a century and they see the US Constitution as an impediment. Leftism suits their purpose.
We need to remove the Fed and central banking and return the country to a competitive monetary system that goes back to gold and silver. We do not need a Constitutional Convention to do this. We do need political and economic pressure on all of our state and local representatives and we need to warn them of the dangers of a Con-Con. Please use my previous articles to do same.
We have two gigantic dangers to the citizens of America. One is a Constitutional Convention which would not only destroy the Constitution we have now, but would give us a totally different country and eliminate our God given unalienable rights. The other is the massive all encompassing UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development that is already in full bloom across America and in nearly every city and town.
These are the two most important subjects we need to tackle today. If there are any good Tea Parties and freedom loving groups who are not infiltrated with change agents and neutralizing RINOs, please join the rest of us freedom-loving patriotic Americans in fighting these forces of evil. As many of my close and dear friends fighting this behemoth say, FIRST WE MUST PRAY and repent for allowing God to be kicked out of America, as well as pleading for His Mercy on our nation. And then, we all need to get to work!

TAXED ENOUGH ALREADY

Bill Haslam is the Republican Governor of Tennessee. Haslam was elected to office in 2010. He previously served as Mayor of Knoxville, Tennessee, from 2003 until his resignation in 2011. While he has an “R” behind his name, Haslam is no conservative. This is the story of how he intends to raise taxes on all Americans. The title of this article is “TEA,” for Taxed Enough Already, the same acronym used by the Tea Parties.
First let’s look at this phony right winger who calls himself a Christian Conservative. Haslam was born in Knoxville in 1958 and is the son of Jim Haslam, the founder of Pilot Corporation, the parent company of the convenience store and travel center chain, Pilot Flying J. He ran for Mayor of Knoxville partly because of a conversation he had with fellow RINO Bob Corker who was then mayor of Chattanooga, TN. Corker is now the junior RINO senator of Tennessee and he along with our Senior RINO Senator, Lamar Alexander and our Governor, Bill Haslam, is a big proponent of UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.
In Haslam’s first mayoral race, he defeated Democrat Knox County Commissioner Madeline Rogero by a 52% to 46% margin. In 2006 Haslam appointed Rogero to Director of Community Development in Knoxville supposedly to keep her from running against him in the 2006 race. The prevailing strong rumor is that Rogero convinced Haslam to apply for a government grant (600 American cities have done so) that would award from $4 to $6 million tax dollars to the city to implement Smart Growth (SG) which is a major component of UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development. To put it succinctly, Smart Growth is centralization of population within the city limits using only bicycle paths, public transportation, stack-em and pack-em high-rise living, and turning the rest of the formerly occupied rural and suburban areas back to pre-Columbian pristine days. (See Wildlands Project) We are now fighting the implementation of SG in Knoxville and four other surrounding counties under a regional plan called PlanET or Five Counties/One Vision and I and my cohorts are spending a great deal of time educating people about how we will lose our property rights and much more because of SG. Thank you Bill Haslam.
We have attended several of the PlanET forums where the proponents of Smart Growth allegedly solicit community input. However, at each forum we have seen, the facilitators have used the Delphi Technique to achieve the consensus for the desired input. Present at all three of these meetings were architects from Wallace Roberts & Todd, a Florida firm, who travel around the country implementing Smart Growth, probably with the guarantee of getting the contract to build the stack-em and pack-em high-rises in the city.
I was told by one of the top architects that they had just “finished up” Austin, Texas and somewhere in North Carolina. But listen to this statement by David Rouse, of Wallace Roberts & Todd, from a Chattanooga newspaper article in which he stated that he is “committed to an open process, and that property rights won’t be impacted without the public’s consent.” Where is the outrage over this one sentence? Property Rights NEED TO BE PROTECTED! not trampled whether the public consents or not, the constitution says so!
A local Tea Party had been infiltrated with RNC folks who supported Haslam over the more conservative Lt. Governor, Ron Ramsey. They didn’t like the fact that activists within the Tea Party had been at the polls in 2010 and had backed Ramsey rather than Haslam. Those same activists had also helped elect four out of five conservative candidates by their presence at early voting. Sadly, because of the infiltration and neutralization of the local Tea Party, who decided they would become a government 501(c)4 and neither oppose nor endorse candidates, the Tea Party did not have a presence at the early voting polls in the recent city mayoral race. If they had, we may have elected Republican Commissioner Ivan Harmon over extreme leftist and Sustainable Development proponent Democrat Madeline Rogero. Fighting SG and Agenda 21 in Knoxville has now become much more difficult and the proponents of this draconian UN Agenda 21 have become empowered.
Haslam was formerly a member of the Mayors Against Illegal Guns Coalition. Boston Mayor Thomas Menino and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, serve as co-chairs of the coalition, and like the majority of Mayors in the Coalition, they are Democrats. It is an ardently anti-gun organization and the ties this group has to ardent anti-gunners is quite apparent. The group even has ties to the California Microstamping law. Haslam resigned in early 2009 and paid the National Rifle Association $1000.00 for a lifetime membership so he could portray himself to the Tennessee electorate as a pro-Second Amendment Governor. Most opponents of Haslam believe his family money bought the Governorship for him.
One of Haslam’s first acts as governor was to roll back disclosure requirements, so it’s unknown how much he earned from selling his stock in EZ Corp, a Texas-based company that owned two pawnshops in Knoxville. Haslam rolled back disclosure requirements so that he and other officials had to list sources of income but not corresponding dollar figures. That decision has brought criticism from party leaders on both sides of the aisle, who say the result is less transparency for state government. Gov. Bill Haslam’s stake in a multimillion-dollar loan guarantee was sold to a prominent Knoxville developer three days after a report by The Tennessean uncovered the original transaction.
Looks like Bill Haslam’s family, along with a lot of the Tennessee Republican establishment are supporting Mitt Romney. Due to the political ramifications, it is doubtful they would do this without the Governor’s approval which leads one to believe that Governor Haslam is also supporting Mitt Romney. Here are the details regarding the support and the other corporations involved including the Governor’s brother, Jim Haslam. Willard Mitt Romney is one of the worse RINO candidates, running a close second as fellow communist behind Third Wave Fabian Socialist and communist Newt Gingrich. Not much of the Obama doctrine would change with either of these two.
The State of Tennessee joined the Federal TSA in “Security Operations” on Tennessee Interstates and bus stations. According to the Tennessee Report, “The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security on Tuesday partnered with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and several other federal and state agencies for a safety enforcement and awareness operation on Tennessee’s interstates and two metropolitan-area bus stations. The agencies conducted a Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response (VIPR) operation at scale complexes where trucks and large vehicles are weighed. The VIPR operation was also conducted at two regional bus terminals in Nashville and Knoxville. Why would a conservative Christian Governor allow the TN Department of Safety and Homeland Security to bring the TSA into TN and for us to be the “inaugural” state? Obviously along with our constitution shredding federal government, Haslam sees no problem with the state of Tennessee shredding the 4th Amendment to the Bill of Rights.
Now to get to the very gist of the reason for this article. What has so infuriated me about this phony Republican governor is the blatant attack on Tennessee’s citizens for more taxation, not to mention the fact that he’s wanting all of America to pay new taxes.
The subject of this article is straight out of the playbooks of what the Tea Parties allegedly are fighting. Unfortunately, my local Tea Party was long ago infiltrated by change agents for the Republican (RINO) party and neutralized to the point of being nothing more than a garden club. As I wrote in Part 4 of my article on the Tea Parties, I had brought up the subject of our governor pushing for an internet sales tax at this local Tea Party and absolutely nothing was done. In fact, I wasn’t given the opportunity to speak to this issue at the local Tea Party for even the 10 minutes I was told I had.
Bill Haslam stated at the beginning of his term that he was going to contact all the other governors and push the federal Congress to pass a bill that would tax all internet sales even when the company purchased from via internet does not have a presence in your state. Internet retailers cannot be compelled to collect sales taxes if they have no physical presence in a state under a 1992 U.S. Supreme Court decision. Haslam wants to change this and in effect tax all Americans on every state’s sales tax when we purchase goods from a company in another state and there is no presence of that company in our state.
Muddying the waters is the fact that our previous governor had made an agreement with Amazon to bring three shipping hubs to Tennessee, bringing with it approximately 1200 jobs. However, Governor Bredesen did not wish to tax the citizens of Tennessee when Amazon came here, so he had an agreement with Amazon that they could come to Tennessee without having purchases by citizens within the state taxed at our 9.25% rate. Immediately Haslam set out to change this when he became governor and now in two years all citizens of Tennessee will pay 9.25% sales tax when they purchase anything from Amazon. All for a lousy 1200 jobs! So, Haslam has cost us all more in taxes and now he even wants to tax the rest of the American citizens by pushing a NATIONAL INTERNET SALES TAX.
I don’t know how many of you remember what it was like before the internet, but 15 years ago or so tons of catalogues were always coming in the mail. When customers ordered from any of those catalogues where the companies did not have a presence in their state, they did not charge any sales tax. It has always been that way. Yet, here we are with another Republican governor pushing more taxes on the people of Tennessee in an economy that is totally lackluster and stagnant. And not only on Tennessee, but on the entire citizenry of the United States. Talk about killing the economy even more!
To top it all off, Tennessee is headed by a Republican Governor and represented in the U.S. Senate by two Republicans who are pushing this tax along with our governor. Both Senators, Lamar Alexander and Bob Corker are with Governor Haslam on instituting yet another new tax on America’s overburdened citizens via the NATIONAL INTERNET SALES TAX. Of course both of our Senators are moderate RINOs at best, with the senior Senator Alexander being the worst socialist of the two. Is it any wonder we are considered the most corrupt state in the Union?
Conclusion
Where are the Tea Parties? It is Taxed Enough Already they stand for, isn’t it? Why has there been no uproar about this across the state of Tennessee and throughout the country? Why has nothing been done to start a campaign against this new tax (as if we don’t have enough of them already). And yes, I know it’s part of the UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development/Smart Growth plan to tax us all into the poor house and rid the nation of the declining middle class, but come on people….where is the fight? Are you paying attention to what your Governor is doing?
How many times have I said, “A false friend is more dangerous than an open enemy?” And how many times have I written about the phony right wing and all the right wing UN-NGO (United Nations Non Governmental Organizations) groups being in bed with the left? We need numbers of people to write, call, send letters to your newspaper editors and speak about this at your group’s meetings. I beg of you to cry out against this tyranny!
We must be on our knees repenting for allowing our beloved nation to throw God out of the country. We must be on our knees repenting for allowing our country to murder 56 million babies in the wombs of their mothers. Are you pleading for mercy from the Lord God Almighty? Are you working to save our Republic? Are you going to Tea Parties who are nothing more than garden clubs, or are you actively trying to stop the onslaught of communism in our country by attending active groups?
I beg of you to get active and to take information to your pastors, your friends, your neighbors and to speak out because time is short and the satanic moneyed communists never sleep. It took strong men and women, submitting to God’s Word and seeking His blessings, to build and defend America, home of the FREE and the BRAVE. It will take nothing less to keep it.

Americans are being given a spin cycle each time the Obama teleprompter speaks and points his ring finger where to get quarters to do another load of his soiled laundry. Michelle Obama offers us vending machine soap purchased from Target with a rose garden smell assuming it will hide the truth. Then Obama expects everyone to take out the wet load and put it in the dryer on a fluff cycle were it spins for hours with no heat. In short he wants someone else to take the blame for his fraudulent apparel while he celebrates at the White House Fountain Fund Raisers. If you need to do more washing the Federal Reserve Bank takes your money and gives you only fifty cents on the dollar at the coin wall vending machine. Fifty percent goes to a special interest slush fund for foreign bank loans.
Your laundry left unattended as it works thru the federal wash cycle gives your rights away to TSA search and seizure of your under wear without warrant. Every federal washing machine program that has been presented to the public has been short lived and failed, yet every one of Obama’s Czars continues to give us a new twist on a different spin cycle with the same size tub. Now the White House Laundry Room talking heads are coming out in a panic trying to fix the commercial washing machines and dryers that are out of balance with the White Houses revolving press room dry cycles. This will cost Americans for each repair by raising fees and taxes when they use each federally serviced washing machine and dryer.
Signs cover the depressing walls with political encouragement offering a better way of life; “Yes We Can”, Obama Care, Support the Jobs Act, Put Americans Back to Work in Shovel Ready Jobs, The Transition Has Ended and the New Administration Has Begun, Revitalizing the Economy, Ending the War in Iraq, and the beat goes on, but in fine red print font style Wingdings Three, font size six are government regulations and restrictions holding American’s enslaved with detours.
Two flat screen monitors are set-up on the walls over looking the laundry room for your viewing pleasure so every man, women and child can hear and see all the federal, state, banking, mortgage, foreign and student loan programs, government motors, and foreign green jobs spinning away their hard earned labor in trillions of silver dollars to foreign banks. The unmusical sound of the multi-colored washers and dryers give promises to create shovel ready jobs as American’s are being given verbal over flowing tubs of soap bubbles while Obama shakes hands with foreign god father’s on the red carpet door mat of the White House. So much for a reformed and transparent administration instead of front loading see through washers Obama is using top loading washers made in China with a locking lid during the spin cycle.
A confusing sign above the White House Laundry Mat bathroom door reads Solyndra Funding, One Person Limit per Fire Code. Obama charges a quarter for each flush and extra dollars for Federal toilet paper hand outs; however their is cause for alarm as the green energy Czar head washers are in a panic loosing control creating a sewer line back up and a procession knocking on the door after each flush for their dump turn.
For moments of hope and hunger Obama has provided Food-O-Rama vending machines filled with candy, chips, cookies, peanuts, coffee, hot chocolate and soft drinks, to appease your anger. When putting in your hard earned dollar and entering the item code the package gets stuck, when all attempts have failed to shake it loose you attempt another vending machine for chocolate or coffee, but it pours out minus the recycled cup, you have no recourse, but to look for the Obama laundry room attendant, but to bad they have left for the day and you discover the washing machine spin cycle isn’t working leaving soapy water in your clothes, suddenly the Obama Fund Raiser Community Organizer in Chief Motorcade appears bringing traffic to a stand still. Then you notice a sign everything is on a programmed timer and the Obama White House Laundry Mat closes automatically leaving you in the dark, you realize you have been taken through a dictator vending system sucker wash.
This is a comparison with humor showing how this president has taken America on a down hill cycle offering solutions with fake opportunities to know where. Obama cuts off your pants making them zipper less shorts, then implements an illegal law enforcing you to use a high priced mandatory government tailor for the repair. THE TEA PARTIES
“It is a known fact that the policies of the government today, whether Republican or Democrat are closer to the 1932 platform of the Communist Party than they are to either of their own party platforms in that critical year.”

The frustration level from attending tea party meetings is so high that I simply have to walk out the door and go home. If I imbibed, I’d have to have a glass of wine to calm my emotions. It is with grief and melancholy that I am writing this article. Nevertheless it is with the urging of several Tea Parties across our nation who want others to know what is happening and to clean their own Parties of the change agent infiltrators. So with deep humility, here is the final product.
At the tea party I have attended the most, there are four very knowledgeable people who know there are major problems we should be focusing on at every meeting. Then there are a number who have just awakened to the problems and are not at all educated on the situation we face, but know they love their country and want to do anything they can to save her. The balance of these people are infiltrators and change agents that continually preach the RNC propaganda that has gotten us where we are today. “Compromise” is what they always propose and in my lexicon that’s a dirty word.
The Origins of Today’s Tea Party
The Tea Party movement got its start when CNBC’s Rick Santelli went on a rant against government efforts to protect Americans from home foreclosures and called for “tea parties” as a means to protest against government intervention in the economy. Despite Tea Party folks making it clear in the beginning they were not part of the RNC, it has not stopped the infiltration by the phony rightwing Republicans.
Grover Norquist
The first nationwide tea parties in February of 2009 were co-sponsored by Americans for Tax Reform, whose president, Grover Norquist is a charter member of the secretive Council for National Policy (CNP). Norquist married a Muslim woman in 2005 and has since converted. Link Allegedly his donations to Muslim charities also fund Al Qaeda. The association of Norquist and Islamists became known in 1998, when he became the founding chairman of an organization called the Islamic Free Market Institute, better known as the Islamic Institute. Norquist is also a lobbyist for Bill Gates’ Microsoft.
American Spectator
The American Spectator was the other sponsor and their then-managing editor organized the rally near the White House, according to promotional materials and participants. The Spectator was originally funded by Richard Mellon Scaife with $25,000 (Chase Mellon Bank – Rockefeller) and Scaife funds both sides of the aisle. He is also a strong Planned Parenthood pro-abort who recently had a full page article in the WSJ stating why we should support Planned Parenthood with our tax dollars. Emmett Tyrrell, the “Alternative’s” founder (later to be the American Spectator) cultivated the rightwing neo-cons to write for the magazine, including Irving Kristol a member of the Young People’s Socialist League in the 1930s, and whose son Bill Kristol also wrote for the Spectator. Nelson Rockefeller directly gave Irving Kristol $100,000 through his Commission on Critical Choices for just 15 short essays. Irving’s son, William Kristol did make it big time of course and is a Fox News contributor and commentator. He is also a member of the Bilderberger group. William Kristol is one of the top three strategists of the GOP. He launched a weekly magazine called the Standard and is backed financially by CFR Rupert Murdock. Kristol is assembling the next generation of socialists on behalf of the NWO. The Kristol’s have plotted for several decades under the disarming word, “neoconservative.”
Richard Mellon Scaife continually funded The Spectator as did the widow of the pharmaceutical magnate Eli Lilly. She sent $3,000 and offered to give much more if the magazine could be set up as a charitable foundation, which would make her contributions tax-deductible. This was done and supplied Tyrrell with enough money to live a stylish life.
Other influential writers and board members of the Spectator included, Jeanne J. Kirkpatrick (Former Director of CFR; Ambassador to UN; Trilateral Commission; Co-Director, Empower America; Board Member, American Spectator); Adrian Karatnycky, President (CFR, Publisher Freedom Review Publisher; Conservative author, American Spectator).
Richard “Dick” Armey and FreedomWorks
Former House Republican Leader Dick Armey’s FreedomWorks and Americans for Prosperity, which is funded by the Koch family’s oil wealth, also have worked behind the scenes to build the Tea Party movement. Dick Armey is a charter member of the CNP. He is staunchly pro-amnesty, which has cost him some of the tea party allegiance.
In 2003, Armey became co-chairman of Citizens for a Sound Economy, which in 2004 merged with Empower America to become FreedomWorks. In 2004, Citizens for a Sound Economy split into two new organizations, with Citizens for a Sound Economy being renamed as FreedomWorks, and Citizens for a Sound Economy Foundation becoming Americans for Prosperity.
In 2008 Freedomworks Foundation Paid Dick Armey $550,000 even before the Tea Parties Got going in 2009! So the entire program was planned. Looks to me like some pre-planning of tea party propaganda to infuse the angry grassroots Americans, doesn’t it? Here is FreedomWorks 990 for 2008, see page 7.
Empower America was founded in 1993 by high stakes gambler and former Drug Czar and Education Secretary William Bennett, who was involved with the US-Soviet education exchanges and treaties and implementing the Soviet quota system; former Secretary of HUD Jack Kemp (charter CNP member); former UN Ambassador Jeanne J. Kirkpatrick; and former Representative Vin Weber, CNP member and co-director of the globalist Aspen Institute’s Domestic Strategy Group. Link Charlotte Iserbyt exposed Bill Bennett for his purposeful destruction of education since she worked under T. H. Bell in Reagan’s education department. Bennett continued all of Bell’s socialist/communist policies, especially OBE and the Skinner method. Regarding Bennett’s role in U.S./Soviet education agreements, he wasn’t overtly involved, but he, when asked by Malcolm Lawrence about the agreements, responded “I’m not in that loop.”Link
Empower America was largely filled with Council for National Policy members, CFR members, Trilateralist members, as well as Sun Myung Moon’s Unification Church members such as Josette Shiner Sheeran, now Executive Director of the United Nations World Food Programme.
David Koch and Americans for Prosperity
Americans for Prosperity has worked closely with the Tea Party since the movement’s inception. In the weeks before the first Tax Day protests, in April, 2009, Americans for Prosperity hosted a Web site offering supporters “Tea Party Talking Points.” Peggy Venable, State Director for AFP explained that the role of Americans for Prosperity was to help “educate” Tea Party activists on policy details, and to give them “next-step training” after their rallies, so that their political energy could be channeled “more effectively.” And she noted that Americans for Prosperity had provided Tea Party activists with lists of elected officials to target. She said of the Koch’s, “They’re certainly our people. David’s the chairman of our board. I’ve certainly met with them, and I’m very appreciative of what they do.” A Republican campaign consultant who has done research on behalf of Charles and David Koch said of the Tea Party, “The Koch brothers gave the money that founded it.
Tim Phillips is president of AFP for the Koch’s. Phillips was a political veteran who had worked with Council for National Policy member Ralph Reed, the so-called evangelical leader and Republican activist, co-founding Century Strategies, a campaign-consulting company that became notorious for its ties to the disgraced lobbyist and fellow CNP member Jack Abramoff. Century Strategies had many political clients, including Dick Armey. Phillips also has a history of anti-Semitic smear campaigns and lobbying work on behalf of a forced-abortion sweatshop owner.
David Koch and his brother, Charles own Koch Industries, the 2nd largest privately owned company in the country after Cargill. David and Charles are lifelong libertarians and David ran as vice president to Ed Clark on the Libertarian party in the 1980 election funding 2 million of his own dollars into the campaign. Ed Clark told The Nation that libertarians were getting ready to stage “a very big tea party,” because people were “sick to death” of taxes. The Libertarian Party platform called for the abolition of the F.B.I. and the C.I.A., as well as of federal regulatory agencies, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Energy. The Party wanted to end Social Security, minimum-wage laws, gun control, and all personal and corporate income taxes; it proposed the legalization of prostitution, recreational drugs, and suicide. William F. Buckley, Jr., CFR and Yale Skull and Bonesman alleged conservative, called the movement “Anarcho-Totalitarianism.”
In 1977, the Koch’s provided the funds to launch the nation’s first libertarian think tank, the Cato Institute. According to the Center for Public Integrity, between 1986 and 1993 the Koch family gave eleven million dollars to the institute. They’ve also heavily funded Heritage Foundation, which is connected to Rockefeller, just as are the Koch brothers. Heritage has fascist, communist, United Nations, and Sun Myung Moon connections. David Koch is on the board of Trustees of Rockefeller University. He is also on the board of the globalist new age Aspen Institute formerly headed by new age environmentalist Maurice Strong which I wrote about in More Republican Deception. He is also on the board of Earthwatch Institute, an environmental, sustainability, Agenda 21 group. See this map of Koch’s many connections. Council for National Policy
The Council for National Policy was started allegedly to counter the workings of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), yet there were five CFR members on the early membership rosters of the CNP. The CNP was started in 1981 by Nelson Bunker Hunt, Pat Robertson, Tim LaHaye, (who accepted millions from Sun Myung Moon who claims he came to finish what Jesus started) and T. Cullen Davis who helped fund the CNP to get it off the ground. T. Cullen Davis was tried for murder not once, but twice. A book written about the trials is still available entitled, “Blood Will Tell: The Murder Trials of T. Cullen Davis” by Gary Cartwright. For a short synopsis click here.
Several of the CNP’s original members, such as Nelson Bunker Hunt, contributed large sums of their money to the JBS, which initially was funding provided from people such as Nelson Rockefeller — another example of how the elite control all sides and administer the opposition to these sides they create. Link The JBS however is instrumental in continuing the fight against a constitutional convention and they completely understand the dangers. Their research and exposure of who is behind the latest con-con push seems impeccable to me.
Many of CNP’s highest-ranking members also belong to the Masonic Knights of Malta and are associated with Fabian socialism and the eugenics movement, not to mention cultists like Sun Myung Moon and Scientology as well as the heretical and cultic Dominionist/Reconstructionist movement. Oil baron and CNP member Nelson Bunker Hunt was a former member of the racist pro-eugenics group called the International Association for the Advancement of Ethnology and Eugenics. The group was heavily involved in the promotion of eugenics and segregation. I know two members who left the CNP stating it was in bed with the left from its inception. One of these former members writes for News With Views.
Fiddling While Rome Burns
The very first tea party meeting I attended was a few years ago in another county. I got up and left when the speaker who was supposed to be guiding the audience to educational forums told them to go to Third Wave futurist Newt Gingrich’s and Heritage Foundation sites.
About two months ago I got a call from a young man who attends the local tea party and wanted me to come and critique what they were doing. This first meeting had our state senator speak to us about the legislation that passed and failed to pass in Tennessee. I thought it was a pretty decent meeting although I ended up challenged regarding charter schools and tort reform. Sadly many have bought into the rightwing propaganda regarding both.
The second meeting had about half the people as the first meeting and someone from the audience read a one page article on California and Texas statistics resulting after tort reform. There was another gentleman that fully understood the problems with this reform which are basically socialistic, leads to higher negligence, increases the deficit and should be fought by every tea party. One officer of this group was particularly staunch on his support of tort reform, but then his father is a physician. Sadly under Obama care we will have no recourse for poor or deadly healthcare.
Also at this meeting were two women running for a state senate seat that had been vacated. Neither have the background nor experience. One is a school teacher who is convinced that charter schools are wonderful, as does Obama, and the other woman is the sister of our district’s alleged conservative representative in congress. This particular congressman took over the seat when his father died, and is training his son to take it over when he retires. This congressman also voted for the UN Goals 2000 and NAFTA. When I spoke up that charter schools would be run by corporations with “school to work,” as well as eliminating the school board and resulting in taxation without representation, I was shouted down by more than one of the tea party officers neither of whom knows anything about what’s really behind charter schools. As well, I spent days sending articles by Charlotte Iserbyt and Jed Brown, two of the most knowledgeable and brilliant people who have exposed what has been done to American education and this young man writes me back and says, “I find this all very confusing drivel.”
What is difficult to understand in this article from Jed Brown? “Finally, the entire plan to establish this quasi-privatized education system has a brilliantly conceived marketing plan. Those pushing the New World Order agenda have implored the conservative citizens to swallow school-choice plans in the name of the founding fathers, who would roll over in their graves. The words of John Chubb and Terry Moe, of The Brookings Institute and Stanford University respectively, would have gotten them an invite to a tar and feather party – “Our guiding principle in the design of a choice system is this: public authority must be put to use in creating a system that is almost entirely beyond the reach of public authority.” (Politics, Markets and America’s Schools, 1990)”
I hadn’t given up yet however, and when an article came out in a local paper about our newly elected RINO Governor Bill Haslam pushing for a national internet sales tax, I called up the young man that wanted me to critique the tea party and told him about it and sent him the article. Isn’t this right up the tea party’s alley? It’s more taxation! Haslam had stated he was going to contact the other 49 governors and have them push the congress to pass legislation taxing any and all out-of-state internet sales.
So he said since he was in charge that evening, we’d discuss it. Immediately I made 20 copies of the article and called two former congressional candidates to see if they’d attend. There were a total of five of us there that fully understand the agenda of both the right and the left and that it’s the same, just couched in different verbiage.
First we listened to the treasurer tell us that way too much money goes to social security, Medicare, and defense. Excuse me but all of us have paid into social security and Medicare and it is NOT an entitlement. We have paid for it! As for the military, it is the one constitutionally legal funding that should be at the top of our budget to protect American citizens.
Next we listened to another officer tell us that he visited a MoveOn.Org meeting and the people were quite nice, just deceived and it was under the guise of “knowing our enemy.” Needless to say I think all of us that care one iota about our country understand who George Soros is and what he stands for and it’s certainly not freedom. I sat there thinking, “Why are we visiting George Soros’ groups, why aren’t we picking our battles and fighting them?”
Next we heard from a rather bedraggled and bare footed lady who was to speak to us about Agenda 21, sustainability, and the latest land grabs by our federal and state governments. Granted, some people in the audience may not have fully understood this diabolical UN plan, but papers could have been handed out that also included a website for more information. Instead this woman read for over 15 minutes from papers she had with her and we didn’t discuss it afterward.
When an audience member asked when we were to discuss our governor’s new push for internet sales taxes, the young man I had called about this said, “There’s some misinformation regarding this subject matter,” and he dismissed it. We all looked at each other.
I asked him later why he had done that and he told me that he’d called our state senator and was told that Tennessee already collects internet sales tax. Obviously the young man did not understand what our senator told him. If you purchase something on the internet that is made in your state or whose company has a store or division in your state, you pay your state’s sales tax because they reside IN YOUR STATE. However, if you purchase something on the internet or via a catalogue phone order from another state and that store does NOT have a facility in your state, you DO NOT pay sales tax. Our RINO governor wants to rectify this by making us pay each state’s tax whether they have a company in our state or not. Typical tax and spend!
The five of us walked out of the meeting shaking our heads. All of us agreed that it was a total waste of time and that it’s too late to educate…we must be on top of the issues. The meeting prior to this should have concerned the debt ceiling shenanigans and we should have had a plan of attack on the politicians. We also should have connected with the other tea parties around the country with a plan to flood D.C. with complaints. At this meeting, we should have had a discussion of our governor’s new tax plan and getting this information to the rest of the tea parties in the state and then to the tea parties throughout the country. We didn’t even discuss it because the young man didn’t understand the issue.
False Friends
Lastly, on the website of this local tea party is the link to American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) which is a spin-off of the Heritage Foundation. ALEC is a shadowy group and member of the secretive Council for National Policy founded by former grand poobah of the CNP, Paul Weyrich. (Please again see part 2 of Saving the Republic?) Originally it was funded to the tune of 7 million dollars by Richard Mellon Scaife who funds both sides of the aisle. ALEC is a group that brings together state legislators and representatives of corporations to draft model bills that can then be introduced at the state level of government. An archive of ALEC documents was recently leaked. Reporter John Nichols says, ” “All of those pieces of legislation and those resolutions [in the documents] really err toward a goal, and that goal is the advancement of an agenda that seems to be dictated at almost every turn by multinational corporations.” This map shows their success of getting their legislative agenda in terms of bills passed on a state by state basis. Any legislator who jumps on their bandwagon is just a lamb to the slaughter, in my opinion.
Legislators in ALEC pay a minimal fee to join the group, while corporations pay much more — up to $25,000, Nichols says. The corporations make up the huge majority of members. One of their top corporations is Koch Industries. Along with the corporations, another major funder is The Church of Scientology.
ALEC’s main goal is privatization which has been done extensively to prisons, thus making corporations quite wealthy on prison labor and keeping pot sellers and smokers in for longer periods of time. ALEC is also at the head of the pack calling for a constitutional convention which would totally destroy the nation. Link Link
On the tea party’s website is of course a link to David Koch’s Americans for Prosperity. Also linked is the horrible Mt. Vernon Pledge, see part 1 of Saving the Republic for those involved, including Islamist Grover Norquist. Another group listed is Contract for America which advertises for Koch’s Americans for Prosperity, Grover Norquist’s ATR, American Solutions which is communist Newt Gingrich, and the worst of the lot, if there is such a thing, is the NATIONAL TAXPAYERS UNION, founded by James Dale Davidson who has pushed a constitutional convention since the late 70s and who we fought tooth and nail in the early 80s to stop the destruction of our constitution. Davidson gives $100,000 a year towards the efforts to call a constitutional convention, which our founder James Madison warned against only a year after the original convention. Davidson also sits on the board of Newsmax with several CFR members. On the Blog site, Heritage Foundry is listed as well as the anti-Semitic Republic Broadcasting Network.
My God in heaven, did anyone do any research before linking to these groups? They need to know that “a false friend is more dangerous than an open enemy.”
Conclusion
If this doesn’t frustrate all of us that are weeping over our losses, I don’t know what will. I recently read an article by fellow writer and retired SEAL, Jim O’Neill entitled, It’s Time to Reboot America. Give it a gander because I believe Jim has once again hit the nail on the head. As Claire Wolfe said, “We’re at that awkward stage where it’s too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards.”
I also do not want my good readers to think that all tea parties are fully infested with change agents, infiltrators, or power hungry know-nothing leaders as so many in our part of Tennessee seem to be. One tea party leader who communicates with me is from Tea-MAC in Elkhart County, Indiana, and here’s what he says,
“Yeah, we know about the infiltrators and have been on guard. We are in the crosshairs of the enemies of the nation because of our effectiveness. You are right and it is very, very, worrisome and we are actually developing a very effective way of discovery and elimination in our groups. We’ve been dialing our little fingers off and e-mailing our little computers dry to Boehner, Cantor, McCarty and our own reps. Most Hoosier tea parties I know are urging their members to do so. And the opposition knows it and that’s why they’ve decided to infiltrate. And they are using the Saul Alinsky method against us. We don’t care, it’s full bore ahead.”
George Miller keeps me informed as well from the Ventura County, California Tea Party. They have an excellent website and try to keep people informed with up-to-date information on what our congress criminals are up to and how to fight it.
There are another half dozen large Tea Parties that encouraged me to write this article in the hope that other groups would understand that the enemy comes in both left and right propaganda as false friends of freedom.
May the Lord open the eyes of those who love America and give them discernment for without it I’m afraid we’re lost. Pray without ceasing fellow patriots, for our Heavenly Father is our only hope. May He have mercy on our nation. “And having done all to Stand!”

THE PHONY RIGHTWING
James Richard Perry
Part 5
A society of sheep must in time beget a government of wolves. Bertrand de Jouvenel des Ursins, usually known only as Bertrand de Jouvenel (31 October 1903, Paris – 1 March 1987) was a French philosopher, political economist, and futurist.
James Richard “Rick” Perry assumed the governorship of Texas in 2000 when he took over from George W. Bush who resigned to take the oath of office of President. He holds all records for Texas gubernatorial tenure. Perry has the distinction of being the only governor in modern Texas history to have appointed at least one person to every possible state office, board, or commission position which requires gubernatorial appointment (as well as to several elected offices to which the governor can appoint someone to fill an unexpired term, such as six of the nine current members of the Texas Supreme Court).
Perry was born in 1950 in West Texas to rancher parents. His father was a Democrat on the school board of Haskell County and was also a commissioner. Rick Perry graduated in 1972 from Texas A & M with a degree in animal science. After graduation, he was commissioned in the United States Air Force, completed pilot training and flew C-130 tactical airlift in the United States, the Middle East, and Europe until 1977. He left the Air Force with the rank of captain, returned to Texas and went into business farming cotton with his father. Sounds good so far, doesn’t he?
Perry said that his interest in politics probably began in November 1961, when his father took him to the funeral of Sam Rayburn, (Mr. Democrat) who during his long public career served as speaker of the Texas House and the U.S. House of Representatives. In 1984, Perry was elected to the Texas House of Representatives as a Democrat from a district that included his home county of Haskell. He served three two-year terms in office. He befriended fellow freshman state representative Lena Guerrero of Austin, a staunch liberal Democrat who endorsed Perry’s reelection bid in 2006 on personal, rather than philosophical grounds.
Perry supported Al Gore in the 1988 Democratic presidential primaries and was chairman of the Gore campaign in Texas. In 1989, Perry announced he was joining the Republican Party. Perry is a member of the National Governors Association (NGA). Bill Clinton is the only member of the NGA who ever became president of the United States.
The Bilderberg Conference
In 2007, Rick Perry attended the Istanbul, Turkey Bilderberg Conference. Also here In “What You Don’t Know About The Bilderberg Group,” by Thierry Meyssan, he states, “The Bilderberg Group is a creation of NATO. It aims to influence key leaders on a global scale and through them, to manipulate public opinion to get it to embrace the ideas and actions of the ” Northern Atlantic Alliance. The Bilderbergers, Trilateralists, and Council on Foreign Relations, along with many other organizations are the groups implementing the New World Order.
Tort Reform
As Governor, Perry supported tort reform to limit malpractice lawsuits against doctors, and as lieutenant governor he had tried and failed to limit class action awards and allowing plaintiffs to allocate liability awards among several defendants. In 2003, Perry sponsored a controversial state constitutional amendment to cap medical malpractice awards, which was narrowly approved by voters. This legislation has resulted in a 30 percent decrease in malpractice insurance rates and a significant increase in the number of doctors seeking to practice in the state. Tort reform is heavily pushed by the insurance industry. Many states have passed variable limited amounts in their tort reform. Obviously the majority of thinking Americans are against frivolous lawsuits. However, there are countless cases of not only physician error/negligence, but also of hospital error/negligence. What is the life worth of your child, husband, wife, or anyone you love? Would tort reform increase negligence and erase patients’ rights?
Big Government and Fiscal Conservatism
In 2000, when Perry took office as governor, total spending by the state of Texas was $49 billion. At the end of 2010, it had almost doubled to $90 billion. Perry campaigns on his fiscal conservatism and small government, but he has enlarged the government and budget of Texas and now the state has some severe debt problems since he took office. Although he’s not raised the sales tax in Texas nor implemented a state income tax, he has raised about every other fee and tax he could think of including a surcharge on traffic violations. (As an aside, Georgia now has fees along with fines on traffic violations and they are as high as $800.00. Fines have set limits, but fees do not, so the state has found new ways to tax the people with high fees.) He also raised the franchise taxes on Texas’s small businesses. As anticipated, Texas businesses paid more in franchise taxes after the overhaul than they did before: In 2006 and 2007, franchise tax revenue was $5.75 billion. In 2008 and 2009, the first two years of the revised tax, total revenue rose to $8.7 billion.

The Sordid Details of the Trans Texas Corridor Scandal
Gov. Rick Perry may not be the spider, but he certainly has become one of the strands in the web of international conspiracy for those who see a stealth plan to merge the United States with Canada and Mexico.
A key element of that alleged plan is Perry’s Trans-Texas Corridor, specifically the 1,200-foot wide toll road that is proposed from Laredo to the Oklahoma border. A toll road likely to be built by a consortium headed by Spanish Cintra S.A. and Zachry Construction Co. of San Antonio. The first step to creating a North American Union is merging the nations’ transportation systems and the Trans-Texas Corridor is the first step.
Perry seemed to have his own plans for farm and ranch lands of Texas all along. Rick Perry wanted to build 4,000 miles of mega-highway over a million and half acres of prime, productive Texas farmland. Over a million people would have been kicked out of their homes, ranches & businesses. Behind closed doors, a contract worth billions was signed with a Cintra S.A. to pave clear across the state and collect tolls for the next 50 years. After he pushed this through, Perry’s war chest swelled with millions from big business buddies who stood to grow even richer off the deal. But citizens revolted against this outrage of cronyism and government overreach. The legislature tried to stand up for Texas families by passing a law to protect homes and farms, but Perry vetoed it. Only days after he won his primary, transportation officials announced a proposal to extend a major toll road in Austin (SH-130) north towards the Waco area – following the same route as Perry’s Trans-Texas Corridor!
In 2009, TXDOT decided to phase out the all-in-one corridor concept in favor of developing separate rights-of-way for road, rail, and other infrastructure using more traditional corridor widths for those modes. In 2010, official decision of “no action” was issued by the Federal Highway Administration, formally ending the project. The action eliminated the study area and canceled the agreement between TXDOT and Cintra Zachry. In 2011, the Texas Legislature formally canceled the Trans-Texas Corridor because of the outrage of Texas citizens.
Backdoor Toll Roads
In October of 2009, Perry removed the Superintendent of Schools in Dallas who was chair of the board that oversees the $88 billion Teacher Retirement System. He replaced him with a member of his own campaign finance team. This came shortly after the death of the Trans Texas Corridor. The new man in charge is to urge the Teacher Retirement System to invest in Perry’s risky toll road schemes as a means to funnel money into the TXDOT (Texas Dept. of Transportation). So Perry hasn’t given up on his plans.
Rick Perry’s toll roads are a gargantuan TAX INCREASE of tens of billions of dollars, debt time-bombs putting Texans at risk for financial explosion, and an attack on property rights.

“Agenda 21’s stated goals are to abolish private property and restrict mobility in individual cars (i.e. – herd people into the cities and make them dependent on mass transit). Public private partnerships are a primary means to accomplish these goals, which is the sale of our public roads to private, even foreign corporations which not only mean toll rates as high as 75-80 cents PER MILE, it also restricts the expansion of free lanes and allows the government to abuse its eminent domain powers to steal your land and give it to another private interest for profit.”

Perry Lies About Foreign Creditors
Terri Hall writes, “By selling off Texas’ public buildings (including the capitol buildings owned by the people) and roads to foreign corporations like Cintra and Balfour Beatty, Perry and the Legislature are clearly making future generations of Texans pay for a bailout of lawmakers for their chronic underfunding of and raiding of highway funds. Entering into public private partnerships for every sort of infrastructure is the flavor of the month that lawmakers turn to in order to hawk-up our public ‘assets’ (like taking out a second mortgage) to get quick cash rather than match spending with revenues or end gas tax diversions for non-road purposes. In other words, PPPs give politicians a get out of jail card to engage in spending beyond their means, using the same ‘foreign creditors’ that Perry denounced.” (Remember Arizona sold off all their public buildings, including the Capitol building…still think Brewer is wonderful?)

Rick Perry, Merck and Parental Rights
On February 2, 2007, Perry issued an executive order that made Texas the first state to require girls entering the sixth grade to receive the HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) vaccine starting in the fall of school year 2008. The vaccine was Merck’s Gardasil which had only received FDA approval in June of 2006, for 9 to 26 year old women, so it wasn’t even a year old. The cost was $360 per shot in Texas and Merck was lobbying to get the rest of the states on board with the mandatory vaccine. Two of Perry’s former Chiefs of Staff worked for Merck, and the mother of one of them was involved in lobbying for Texas state law to inoculate young girls. His former chief of staff was paid $250,000 by Merck to lobby for this. A Texas state legislator (Diane White Delisi) was pushing for it and working with Merck and her daughter-in-law was the current chief of staff. Merck had doubled its lobbying budget in Texas and funneled money through an organization called Women in Government, to which Perry has a number of personal ties. Perry also received $6000 from Merck’s political action committee during his re-election campaign.
Gardasil allegedly only protects from one to three of the hundred or so forms of HPV and the side effects are devastating, including death. Link and Link
Girls were allowed to refuse the vaccine if their parents filed an objection on religious or other philosophical grounds. However, what is to prevent the school from vaccinating that child before the parent even is aware of when it will take place? I personally have no desire to receive any government or state mandated vaccine.
Parents sued the state on moral and safety concerns and on May 9, 2007, Perry allowed a bill to go into law that would undo his executive order.
Interestingly enough, Perry asked for federal assistance in fighting the non-existent 2009 H1N1 influenza pandemic.
Education
Texas has the second highest number of enrollments in Charter Schools which Governor Perry backs and seemingly are pushed in every state by the Heritage Foundation. See The Rockefeller/Heritage connection and Saving the Republic? Part 2.
“The significance of the charter school/school choice issue is NOT related strictly to educational choice. It is related to acceptance of a communist system of governance where decisions are made by appointed, not elected officials. Perry also backed No Child Left Behind which became law through the efforts of both John Boehner and Ted Kennedy for President George W. Bush. “It is basically the United Nations Lifelong Learning-Brainwashing Agenda under the umbrella of what will eventually be “unelected” school and community councils (council is defined as “soviet” in many dictionaries) which will make all decisions for us at the local level.” Link
The Anti-TSA Bill
Oh how all the nation would have loved to have Governor Rick Perry sign into Texas law the Anti-TSA law preventing groping or fricasseeing in airports. There were actually two bills, HB1937 and HB1938. Texas State Rep. David Simpson, offered the bill that civilly penalizes TSA agents who use full body scanning machines at airport security check points, and also offered a second bill penalizing TSA officials who do enhanced pat downs.
Representative Simpson and his supporters, who are of considerable number and come from both sides of the aisle, believe that they are on firm, Constitutional ground. The Fourth Amendment protects American citizens from “unreasonable search and seizure.” The 10th Amendment suggests that the operation of airports is a state and not a federal function.
So what happened? Why didn’t it pass and get signed into law? After passing in the house, it stalled in the Senate. The U.S. attorney for the Western District of Texas, said the Transportation and Security Administration would ground flights “for which it could not ensure the safety of passengers and crew.” Great excuse for killing the bills.
Originally there was support for Simpson’s bills, but then when the Justice Department wrote a scathing memo against the bill, which threatened legal action against the state, the measure became enmeshed in Senate politics. Perry stated at the outset there wasn’t enough support for the bill and he didn’t push it, but it garnered him positive publicity. The Tea Party activists and other enraged citizens pressured the governor’s office wherein he finally added the bill to the special-session agenda after at least 200 other special sessions’ bills were introduced. The special-session runs until June 29. Is there a chance it will become law? Highly doubtful. Link Link
Supreme Court Justice Steven Wayne Smith
Perry has made numerous appointments to the Texas courts, to commissions, to boards, etc. in his tenure as I mentioned above. One of Perry’s first selections was the appointment of Xavier Rodriguez to succeed Greg Abbott on the Texas Supreme Court. Rodriguez, a self-proclaimed moderate,(progressive republican) was unseated in the 2002 Republican primary by a true constitutional conservative Steven Wayne Smith, the attorney in the Hopwood v. Texas suit in 1996, which successfully challenged affirmative action at the University of Texas Law School. Smith was elected by a comfortable margin over Democratic opposition in the 2002 general election. After his defeat, Rodriguez returned to private practice briefly before being appointed to the Federal District Court for the Western District of Texas in San Antonio by President George W. Bush.
Perry objected to Smith’s tenure on the court and refused to meet with the new justice when Smith attempted to mend fences with the governor. (What does this tell you about Perry?) Perry encouraged Judge Paul Green to challenge Smith in the 2004 Republican primary. Green defeated Smith in the primary and was elected without opposition in the general election. Smith attempted a comeback in the 2006 Republican primary by challenging Justice Don Willett, another Perry appointee who was considered a conservative on the court. Smith polled 49.5 percent of the primary vote, but Willett narrowly prevailed.
According to many Texans, Steven Wayne Smith was the Robert Bork of Texas and the best supreme court judge they’d had in 50 years.
Eminent Domain
Rick Perry vetoed the Eminent Domain bill that would have helped landowners in Texas. He claimed the compensation was too high, but in reality it strengthened the protection of privately held land from being grabbed by Texas legislators. “With this veto, Governor Perry has left every home, farm, ranch and small business owner vulnerable to the abuse of eminent domain,” said Steven Anderson, director of the Institute for Justice’s Castle Coalition, a national grassroots advocacy group committed to ending the private-to-private transfer of property using eminent domain. Perry Signs Hate Crime Bill
Signing the Hate Crime Bill was one of the first things Perry did as governor. Hate Crime laws are laws that make some crimes worse than others because of a person’s perceived bias to some class or group. In reality these laws are thought crime laws and murder is murder and should be punished accordingly no matter the person or group. The Texas law, which received final legislative approval on in 2001 (signed by Rick Perry), strengthens penalties for crimes motivated by a victim’s race, religion, color, sex, disability, sexual preference, age or national origin. Amnesty
Rick Perry often gives speeches about illegal immigration, but when you look at the facts, he has been incredibly soft on the issue. Eric Holder is soft on immigration and against SB 1070. So is Perry. Eric Holder talks a tough game while loosening enforcement. So does Perry. A little ritual troop marching on the border does not block illegals from jobs and entitlements. Perry is working on watered down laws to please his Latino constituency. If Rick Perry does not plan to secure the border, then he should not be president because illegal immigration is absolutely devastating many areas of the southwest United States. Governor Rick Perry supports in-state tuition for illegal aliens, opposes the border fence, supports the Trans-Texas Corridor, and has refused to crack down on services to illegal aliens. He has even stated openly in the past that he has a moderate record on immigration. Link
Conclusion
Perry is a globalist not much different than Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney or Herman Cain. There is so much more I could write about Perry’s governorship, but it would take a book. Texan Robert Morrow states, “Rick Perry is a Trojan Horse of statism cloaked in Tea Party rhetoric and Bible Buzzwords.”
Muslim convert Grover Norquist of Americans for Tax Reform has delayed a planned GOP presidential debate in Las Vegas, NV, in order to first allow Rick Perry to throw his ten gallon hat into the ring. Secret Council for National Policy member Norquist is the perfect model of the fatal co-opting of the conservative and Tea Party movements by corrupt transnationalists. College Degrees Emotional Financial Spider Webs

Colleges have changed their academic structure focusing on by the book process, written by school career professors who may not have ever held a real job becoming author’s paid by each word to implement a confusing level of learning taking students into loosing sight of the real working world. Students will find getting an internship that pays little or nothing or even a minimum wage is a disappointment yet professors will convince students they will have a job when finishing college. This type of education is taught in China and Russia under a communistic social system to close down the young minds controlling the population.
Counselors tell new students they can apply for funding and once this process starts they are trapped into a continuing debt for the rest of their life and no job with an income high enough to pay off their student loans. These funds are federal student aid loans linked to the Internal Revenue Service, attached are extreme interest rates and fees when loans are due after graduation. The U.S. Department of Education has issued search warrants when Federal Student Aid loans go unpaid.
The smarter students pay as they go each semester and apply their school expense as a tax deduction at the end of the year, while others students receive a scholarship at some point they will have to pay for classes and books.
High school graduates can no longer put themselves through college for a few thousand dollars in loan debt. Today, the average undergraduate borrower leaves school with more than $20,000 in student loans, and for graduate students the average is a whopping $42,000. For the past twenty years, college tuition has increased at more than double the rate of inflation, with the cost largely shifting to student debt. Through my personnel experience of attending college I gained insight to the reality of the college’s spider web to emotional structures of confusion, drama, inexperienced teachers, expensive over costs for books and extreme home work assignments and tests. The career path used in college is a shock for younger students and returning mature experienced working adults. The procedures colleges use from e-mails to on-line testing and grading will try up your time every minute of your waking hour and destroy your passion to pursue a career. What you learn and how it is taught is not what is used in the real world, in fact most teachers prefer that the real world system of facts and ideas are not presented to the students.
Registration for one class can start at $150 to $500 dollars for a three to five units, sixteen week semester. Summer classes are shorter but cost the same and you pack sixteen weeks into a six or eight week class. Each semester a parking permit is required, but locating a place to park is another challenge.
The pit falls in college are distracting and stressful; registering for class is an administrative computer nightmare, adding to this is the pre-testing just to take classes. Pre-testing was implemented when high school grads and foreign students lacked understanding of the English language and math skills causing set-backs in the classroom.
Application for classes must be done on-line and no longer can you register at the administration office. The schools catalogs and courses are posted on a website. Adults entering college realize there is a maze of spider webs taking your money and time. During registration an elderly male was in the lobby, attempting to register for class he was having trouble understanding the on-line registration requirements. He started yelling and screaming about the confusing process to enroll for one class, he left upset failing to enroll or register. Now the college offers a class to educate students on the registration process and what to expect when starting your first semester.
When students make it through the rat maze and get registered, they must now compete to register on-line for each semester’s classes before the class is closed. If you haven’t been given a date and time to register before the classes are filled you must petition the day of the class with fifteen or more other students, which delays ordering your books, if you are admitted in a class the pressure to create chaos in a student’s home work and studies is high with some teachers enjoying the emotional stress they force a student to endure. Getting your books two weeks late delays your homework assignments and sometimes the book store runs out of books which causes more stress. If there are used books associated to the class and it is offered for another term and approved for the semester by the instructor it’s a one day scramble to the book store to get the discount if used books are available, there after you pay full price unless a previous student wants to sell you their book.
A single class in a sixteen week semester can require one-hundred and fifty to two-hundred and fifty assignments to be turned in and graded by the professor using a point system or the publisher’s book website filled with tests that determine seventy-five percent of your grade. The publisher’s website costs seventy to eight-five dollars and required for tests as part of your class grade with as many as two-hundred and fifty question quizzes that must be answered and completed by a date and time selected by the professor. The website courses can be different from the text book adding more trick tests and confusion to your college class experience.
Cell phones are the biggest emotional distraction causing rude drama king and queen students to answer their cell phones during class and some will start talking loud in foreign languages, while others discuss talking about their drinking and partying, to picking up a friend at the county jail to a continuation of events that do not focus on learning. Teachers try to enforce a no cell phone policy during class but it doesn’t apply to the dysfunctional selective hearing students.
When mature adults enter college they bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the classroom younger teachers have a fear of this group because it brings to light questions and answers hidden from younger students who do not have the years of wisdom. This knowledge is a real awakening for students and they become hungry for information leading away from the text books unrealistic course of teaching. When a mature adult makes the students aware of incorrect information presented in the text book it shocks the teacher altering answers on tests. Then it brings to light the trick questions and incorrect answers meant to mislead students to create a grading curve.
After the first year students realize what is being taught in the books and class lack the real truth and many question how will this be applied to a career or job? School software becomes outdated compared with the job market causing a continuation of updates in books and computer labs to implement testing. Classes that have current computer systems and software updates to match the job market fill quickly with a waiting list.
Groups of students with picture cells phones share answers to tests and cheating when they can buddy up to another student who had the same tests in a previous semester with the same teacher. Many students will hook-up with others who have taken a class, asking for their cell phone number so they can ask for help. Guys will hook up with smart naive girls to help them get through classes making the girls do all the work. This also occurs when students are paired by the professors and graded as a group.
Some working students bring their class studies to their employer giving them a higher value and their employer reimburses them for part or full expenses. These working students will only take one or two classes a semester, which is more reasonable financially and mentally. Some teachers ask for their opinion on projects given in class and their comparison to what is used on the job.
Books are oversized and growing with more chapters each year. One book can have over one thousand pages with a weight of over ten pounds at a cost of two-hundred and fifty dollars. Teachers try to complete a chapter per week which results in cramming data before students can absorb information and the process. Students are so rushed they loose interest and just want to get it over. Some of the publishing companies sell the books three-hole punched because it is so thick a spine would not hold all the pages. Students are forced to purchase a three-hole notebook and at the end of the semester this type of book cannot be returned, if the book is used in the next term class again students try to sell it to another student taking the same class. The school book store offers on-line rental books for some classes, but these have some problems where the pages do not print or data is missing, students find out after they start to do assignments. Some classes require two or three books; the lessons, a work book and the publisher’s website for chapter exams.
As one Chinese student stated; “You have one friend your book for class that is your friend each semester, that’s what I pay for, I can’t wait until I can go back to China I hate it here.”
Cutbacks in classes can delay many students graduation date, up to two years increasing their living expenses and forcing them to take other classes not associated with their college credit requirements for continuation into a university.
One of the more effective procedures being offered is when several colleges become a group offering classroom or on-line courses for each semester. College funding has become limited reducing classes needed to complete courses for degrees and entry into a University. By merging their computer registration and courses joint colleges offer more career selections to students making available a research library and a classroom environment for students who prefer direct contact with the teacher and other students.
On-line courses can be effective but books can have mistakes and computer software and servers are set-up with time limits and restrictions. Teacher’s set-up test questions and select trick answers, plus tests have time limits. Each question counts as points when answered, if unanswered it counts as a wrong answer and your score drops. The advantages with on-line college; it keeps you out of the classroom drama, saving on gas, mileage and parking permit expenses. You schedule your study time but must meet deadlines for weekly lessons, tests and quarterly exams. Teachers are part-time with an attitude and limitations on meeting with students.
If you choose a career continuing on to college and a university at some point it will take you to your goal, but this is a long term commitment with an up hill battle leading to delays and disappointments. Working your way through college can take longer and having a job is to your advantage giving you the funds to continue school. But it is very stressful to serve two masters, but more stressful when you can’t meet your financial obligations.
Going through college can cost you time and diverting you from an idea or pursuing a creative passion. Many of the successful businesses of the past and today where started by those who did not have the money to attend college and pursue a degree. They had an idea and applied it working out of their home or garage. You must love the career you choose or be faced with a bitter emotional attitude wishing you selected another course base.
You need to be selective when associating with students many have issues and lack disciplines for the real world and look for a co-dependent with a cell phone they can call to be their emotional therapist to dump on. The students in the school system are being taught not to think and lack the ability to function independently.
The college system is under the United States Department of Education and the National Institute of Education their goal of the educational system is structured to alter and change young minds way of thinking, leading to controlling the character and personalities of children and students for a socialist-collectivist world of the future.

Part 4

I really thought that many of the GOP candidates had far less sinister ideas than the first two I wrote about that I really consider communists. Our GOP candidates are so much farther to the left than was Democratic candidate John F. Kennedy in 1960 who at that time was considered to be an extreme liberal. How far we’ve come in 50 years!
Herman Cain is supposedly a Tea Party favorite, but most of the Tea Party folks I associate with are wise to the real Herman Cain.
Cain was born in Memphis, Tennessee on December 13, 1945, but was raised in Georgia. His mother was a cleaner and his father was a chauffeur. He graduated from Morehouse College in 1967 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and received a Master of Science degree in computer science from Purdue University in 1971, while he was also working full-time in ballistics for the U.S. Department of the Navy. He is an American businessman, politician, columnist, and radio host from Georgia. He is best known as the former chairman and CEO of Godfather’s Pizza. He is a former deputy chairman (1992–94) and chairman (1995–96) of the board of directors to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Herman lives in the Georgia suburbs and is the minister of a Baptist Church.
The Federal Reserve
Most conservatives believe the Federal Reserve needs to be eliminated and is unconstitutional. As well, there’s been a recent push by Ron Paul to get the Fed audited. Herman doesn’t think the Fed needs auditing and stated there is nothing to find. He is a staunch defender of the central banking system.
But what we want to know Herman is just exactly how the Fed handled the financial crisis. Herman has also stated that the Fed is not unconstitutional because it was created by a congressional statute in 1913 by that progressive leader, Woodrow Wilson.
After the uproar regarding his stance, he flip-flopped…so common with politicians. So, which is it Herman?
Herman Cain Supported Romney
Here’s what Herman said when Romney was running for President in the primaries for the 2008 election, ” Anyone who wishes to find a reason not to vote for Romney can easily find one. But the reasons to vote for him are far more compelling. He has successfully managed a real business with other people’s money and some of his own. He has balanced budgets. He successfully led a turnaround situation with the Olympics. And he has spent more of his career outside government than inside. See also
TARP
Herman was and still is a strong supporter of TARP which we see as one of the worst public policy atrocities since LBJ’s programs, not to mention the corruption and debt. He stated it was good economics and the Bush information on the financial crisis was sound. Seems like he didn’t listen to the electorate and didn’t hear them on radio when they called in against it.
Patriot Act
Herman says the Patriot Act is 90% right on. He doesn’t tell us what he feels is wrong with the other 10% that isn’t good, but he still sides with it. How about the constitution Herman? Ever read that? What about the fourth amendment to the Bill of Rights Herman?
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
In 2007, FBI Director Robert Mueller admitted to abuses of the PATRIOT Act. In fact, there were more than 1,000 instances of the FBI misusing the law, according to the Washington Post. http://www.unitedliberty.org/articles/8150-herman-cain-would-trade-liberty-for-security.
Foreign Policy
Mr. Cain can’t tell us his foreign policy on Afghanistan until he says, “he takes office.” He said he didn’t want to second guess Obama’s handling of the war, saying he didn’t have enough information to make a definitive statement.
Education
Cain is for “expanding school vouchers and charter schools” and says “a critical component of improving education in our country is to decentralize the federal government’s control over it.” He has written that the establishment of the Department of Education “took control of education policy and curriculums away from local school districts and the states and placed it in the hands of unaccountable bureaucrats in Washington, D.C.”
Mr. Cain is either on the side of Obama with Charter schools or he’s greatly deceived. If you don’t understand what the problem with Charter schools is, here are

Choice/Charter schools destroy the electoral process and the rational-bureaucratic structure that has worked for 200 years and would continue to work if people would stop voting idiots into office, holding those they vote in accountable. Yes, Choice/Charter schools will alter the politics and government of education so that our schools are in sync with the New International Orders.
Instead of proper public policy being effectively administered under the old social contract, schools are to be ineffectively administered by site-based councils under the terms of their charter. In other words, schools are to be governed chaotically, by consensus of group of unqualified people according to their international charter under regional authority. The new social contract also gives each parent the right to choose any school for his child, as long as it meets or exceeds these international standards of mediocrity.
The words of John Chubb and Terry Moe, of The Brookings Institute and Stanford University respectively, would have gotten them an invite to a tar and feather party — “Our guiding principle in the design of a choice system is this: public authority must be put to use in creating a system that is almost entirely beyond the reach of public authority.” (Politics, Markets and America’s Schools, 1990)
Second Amendment and Gun Control
In an interview with the infamous Wolf Blitzer, Cain stated that he was pro-second amendment, but that it should be up to the states. Well now, wait a minute…is he saying he believes our federal constitution’s Bill of Rights should be decided by the states, that they are not the entire country’s restrictions on government and for the people? The Bill of Rights is NOT subject to state approval.
Here’s what Jazz Shaw, author of this article said about Cain’s statements during this interview and I agree with him, ” The other possibility, though, is that he’s one of those “Constitutional” conservatives who rejects the entire idea that Federal Bill of Rights should be applied to the states. Ron Paul believes this, and it’s one reason I’m not entirely a fan of his. Is this Cain’s position? Does he believe that, not just the 2nd, but also the 1st, 4th, 6th, 7th and 8th Amendments shouldn’t apply to the states? Some clarification on this issue would be most helpful.
Muslims in the Cain Administration
After coming out strongly against Islam and appointing Muslims to his cabinet, Republican Presidential candidate Herman Cain reversed course completely. Pressure came from the PC crowd and Muslims’ Advocacy groups and he caved saying he’d appoint Muslims to his administration and to judgeships.
Security and Prosperity Partnership or NAU
Cain has been one of the CEOs on the North American Competitiveness Council almost since its creation. This is the think tank for promoting the agenda of the Security and Prosperity Agreement Bush signed with Canada and Mexico which gives up our sovereignty and erases our borders with those countries by establishing the North American Union (NAU). Cain appears to be in favor of free trade. He favored the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) in 1993, saying “Free trade is not a zero sum game… Everyone can benefit.” On trade with China, he says that “China is not the problem…Our economic growth is the problem. If we can start to grow in a robust fashion, we won’t even have to look back at China.” His suggestion for stimulating economic growth is to cut the top corporate tax rate from 35% to 25% and “take the capital gains rate to zero.” I like that, but Herman…there are no jobs here because they’re now all in China!
He is on numerous boards, and many of the people that are members of the Bilderberg Group, Council on Foreign Relations and Trilateral Commission repeatedly show up on the same boards. Cain is friends with the Koch brothers who pose as libertarians but attend the Bilderberg group meetings. The Koch brothers support Cain for nomination and he is their puppet. They are behind, “Americans for Prosperity” and are connected to both the Ford and Rockefeller Foundations. We’ll discuss the Koch brothers another time.
If you scroll down, the last name on the list in the Competitive Council is Herman Cain. To validate this is Herman Cain, here is a website with a picture of Cain celebrating the grand opening of a Whirlpool distribution center. American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC)
In August of 2009, Herman Cain spoke to ALEC, which I wrote about in Part 2 of Saving the Republic. Richard Mellon Scaife has allegedly funded ALEC to the tune of more than 7 million dollars. One must remember that Scaife funds both sides of the aisle and is connected to Rockefeller (Chase Mellon Bank). Scaife also recently had a full page ad in the WSJ stating why it was so important for taxpayers to fund Planned Parenthood and what they do for American women. ALEC writes nearly all of the bills for state legislatures. The danger in the ALEC organization is that its leadership apparently wants to rewrite our Constitution and they claim a membership of 2,500 plus of our 7,500 legislators. Members of ALEC include the Church of Scientology, which has spoken at ALEC meetings. ALEC is pushing for a constitutional convention which is by far the biggest danger in America today.
Herman Cain and a Constitutional Convention
Cain often substitute hosts for radio personality, Neal Boortz and like Boortz pushes the Fair Tax which is a consumption tax. However, Boortz also pushes a constitutional convention to rid us of the 16th Amendment (income tax) when the fair tax is passed. Boortz is a lawyer and you’d think would understand the danger of a Constitutional Convention. To open a Con-Con would mean taking the entire constitution down and all of it could be changed. Can you imagine the delegates that would be appointed or the involvement of Feinstein, Reid, or Pelosi?
Remember too that a NEW STATES CONSTITUTION is waiting in the wings written at a cost of 25 million dollars over 10 years by the Ford and Rockefeller Foundations. This NEW STATES CONSTITUTION eliminates all unalienable God given rights and makes any rights privileges granted by the federal government.
Boortz states we need a convention to rid ourselves of the 16th Amendment, but we didn’t need a constitutional convention to get rid of the 18th Amendment which was the prohibition of liquor…we simply had another amendment (21st) which repealed the 18th!
James Madison made the statement only a year after the original convention in 1787 that he trembled at the thought of a new convention with the many dishonorable politicians itching to change the constitution only one year later. We need to force the congress criminals to obey the constitution we have, not allow them to destroy it and make one that perfectly fits their New World Order agenda.
Herman Cain is a staunch promoter of the Fair Tax, but a Constitutional Convention is the final death Knell of the United States of America.
Conclusion
Once again, I have to say, Herman Cain is not a constitutional conservative and is definitely not my choice. I thought he was better than the previous two candidates I wrote about, but after doing the research, I’m appalled at how much he is like the typical establishment Republican. Is there anyone that would lead us out of the NWO mire we’re in now? I’ve come to the conclusion that unless we get on our faces in the dirt and pray like we’ve never prayed before for our beloved nation, that we haven’t a chance of turning this mess around. The powers in place will not allow a constitutionalist to win, but with prayer anything is possible. I don’t just mean a five minute chat with the Almighty. I mean heartfelt, tear stained prayer of repentance, sorrow and broken heartedness for our nation wherein we ask God to help us. Can we be saved like Nineveh? See the Book of Jonah.

AND WHO IS SELLING US DOWN THE RIVER
Willard Mitt Romney
“The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of ‘liberalism’ they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.”
Norman Thomas (1884-1968) six time U.S. Presidential candidate for the Socialist Party of America. Norman Thomas and Gus Hall, the U.S. Communist Party Candidates, both quit American politics, agreeing that the Republican and Democratic parties had adopted every plank of the Communist/Socialist party and they no longer had an alternate party platform on which to run.
Willard Mitt Romney was born in 1947 in Detroit, Michigan to former Governor of Michigan, George W. Romney and his wife, Lenore Romney. He was raised in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and attended Brigham Young University.
When Willard was a sophomore in high school he participated in the campaign for his father’s first term as Governor of Michigan. CFR member George Romney was reelected twice and Mitt even worked for him as an intern. He went to the 1964 Republican National Convention when his moderate father battled conservative Barry Goldwater for the party nomination over issues of civil rights and ideological extremism. The family ended up supporting Lyndon Baines Johnson for president.
Willard got his Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration degrees from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School. In 1966, Mitt left for France as a Mormon missionary which is a traditional duty of sons of Mormons. This was the first time Mitt was living a life of deprivation. With the rules of no drinking or smoking, he failed to gain many converts in France. The French Catholics are wine loving people and prove especially resistant to a religion that prohibits alcohol. His missionary years were not the best esteem builders, yet he still holds a great fondness for France.
Romney entered into management consulting and had a position at Bain and Company. He eventually served as it’s CEO and led it out of a financial crisis. He was the founder too of a spinoff company Bain Capital, a profitable equity investment firm. He had an excellent record of success with clients like Monsanto Company, Burlington Industries, and Corning Incorporated. Of course Monsanto is responsible for the majority of GMO seeds and foods in our nation today.
He won the election for Governor of Massachusetts in 2002, but only served one term. The state was in financial peril and had a projected $3 billion shortfall. The reason it was in peril is like all states, the politicians overspend and then expect the taxpayers to make up the difference. Unexpected revenue came in from a previously enacted capital gains tax increase and $500 million in federal grants which decreased the deficit to $1.2 to 1.5 billion. Through some budget manipulating and cuts in state aid to cities and towns, and major cuts to universities which increased the tuition by 63% over four years, as well as his vetoing many items, although all were overridden by the Democrat majority legislature, he managed to bring in more to the Massachusetts treasury. What Romney really did to fix the budget was what most Governors, both left and right do. They raise taxes on the people of the state. He raised fees for marriage, driver’s, and gun licenses. He increased the state gasoline fee by 2 cents per gallon and he closed tax loopholes that caused businesses to pay more taxes. This brought in $541 million to the coffers, but created financial hardships on businesses in Massachusetts.
Romney Care
Of course this all didn’t last long with the adoption of the socialist universal health care mandate Willard gave Massachusetts. He promised it wouldn’t raise taxes, but incorporated a new payroll tax. He also pushed for incorporating an individual mandate at the state level. His past rival Ted Kennedy (he ran against Kennedy for Senator in 1994), who had pushed universal health coverage for years became a close friend of Romney’s and helped push the state’s Democrats into voting for it along with the Republicans.
With Romney Care all residents of the state are required to buy health insurance or face escalating tax penalties such as the loss of their personal income tax exemptions. This is, in effect a tax on their very existence in the state of Massachusetts! The most draconian sections of the bill that would put burdens on businesses were vetoed by Romney, but the Democrat legislature overrode them all. Romney Care also finances abortion with a $50 dollar co-pay. This entire bill was endorsed by Marxists Hillary Clinton, Teddy Kennedy and of course Planned Parenthood who has now helped murder 56 million American babies in the womb with help of plans like Romney Care.
At the same time Massachusetts also created a new state entitlement that was already trembling on the verge of bankruptcy inside of a year. It is called Commonwealth Care, it uses a sliding income scale to subsidize coverage for everyone under 300% of the federal poverty level, or about $63,000 for a family of four. In 2008, the year’s appropriation for Commonwealth Care was $472 million, but officials have asked for an add-on that will bring it to $625 million. For 2009, Governor Deval Patrick requested $869 million but conceded that even that huge figure is too low. Over the coming decade, the expected overruns float in as much as $4 billion over budget. So, despite Romney’s getting the state out of the red with new fees and taxes, he turned around and gave the state a huge new bureaucracy that now has it near bankruptcy.
Romney on Abortion
1994 – Romney stated, “I believe abortion should be safe and legal in this country.
2001 – While campaigning in Utah, Romney said, “I am not pro-choice.”
2002 – While in Massachusetts, Romney quipped, “I will preserve and protect a woman’s right to choose.
2004 – Romney again magically became pro-life.
2005 – Once again in liberal Massachusetts, Romney spoke these words, “I am actually committed to my promise to maintain the status quo with regards to laws related to abortion and choice”. He even exempted Catholic and Christian hospitals from refusing the morning-after pill in case of rape.
Not only does Romney not advocate a ban on embryonic research, he actually supports government funding for the lethal use of the tiniest children for research, demonstrating the falsity of both his conversion and his account of it. And yet many pro-family “leaders” have chosen to ignore the truth, and believe lies.
Now on the campaign trail again, he’s saying he’s pro-life, but let’s look at his record.
After he claimed a pro-life conversion, Willard Mitt Romney
authorized tax-funded surgical elective abortion two years after he claimed he was pro-life.
- advocated grisly research on embryos after he claimed a pro-life conversion.
- nominated a pro-abort Democrat judge after he claimed a pro-life conversion.
- gave Planned Parenthood a permanent seat on a state board after he claimed a pro- life conversion.
- bragged that he would continue to defend abortion “rights” after he claimed a pro-life conversion.
His record is absolutely shocking and in another campaign speech he stated he is personally pro-life, but doesn’t want to push his personal religious beliefs on society. So, society’s cultural decline and the murder of 56 million innocent babies shouldn’t have any commentary from the religious sidelines?
To top it off, the Pro-Life Family Movement discredits themselves again and again. Many conservatives repeat his false claim of being pro-life including Ann Coulter, saying “Romney governed as a pro-lifer.” Jordan Sekulow through his father’s organization, ACLJ (American Center for Law and Justice) wrote, “Governor Romney would and still could make a great candidate.” Jay Sekulow is a CNP member. Tony Perkins (CNP) at the Family Research Council says Romney is, “solidly conservative across the board,” and a Focus Action Candidate Commentary video from Focus on the Family(CNP) shockingly agrees with Romney that, “on the social issues we are so similar.” Remember, these groups are members of the secretive Council for National Policy and nearly all are UN-NGO’s. As UN-non governmental organizations, they must agree with the planks of the Marxist UN to get NGO status.
These groups and people say all this of a man who
- funded abortion statewide through taxpayer monies
- opposed a Massachusetts Defense of Marriage Constitutional amendment
- said homosexuals should be allowed in the boy scouts
- officially celebrated “Gay-Straight Youth Pride Day”
- sat on the board of directors for a leading purveyor of pornography without opposing the corporation’s exploitation of women
- instituted homosexual marriage
- was ahead of Barack Obama in promoting government controlled health care.
Willard Mitt Romney states, “On every piece of legislation, I came down on the side of life.”
Gay Rights and Marriage
When Romney ran against Ted Kennedy for Senator in 1994, he wrote a letter to the Log Cabin Republicans stating, “We must make equality for gays and lesbians a mainstream concern.” Romney also stated in 2002 that “All citizens deserve equal rights, regardless of their sexual orientation.” Willard said that domestic partnership status should be recognized in a way that includes the potential for health benefits and rights of survivorship. Most companies today give health benefits to homosexual partners. One of the first was the conservative company of Colorado, Coors Beer while their backyard neighbor and fellow Council for National Policy member James Dobson of Focus on the Family railed against one of the airlines for giving health benefits to homosexual partners.
Romney also supported hate crimes legislation during his campaign for governor. In 2002, Romney also opposed a Massachusetts constitutional amendment that would have banned same-sex marriage and domestic partnerships because the amendment would have prohibited domestic partnership benefits for gays and lesbians.
- supported Bill Clinton’s “Don’t ask, don’t tell” and thinks it worked and shouldn’t be changed.
- boosted funding for homosexual “education” starting in kindergarten.
- opposes a ban on homosexual scoutmasters.
- forced Catholic Charities, the nation’s #1 adoption and foster care service to place children with same sex couples even though he was under no legal obligation to do so.
- passed over Republican lawyers for three quarters of the 36 judicial vacancies he faced and nominated two open homosexuals.
- supports passage at the state level of the Employment non-discrimination Act which would force churches and other religious organizations to hire homosexuals and transvestites or face criminal fines and prosecution.
Global Warming/Climate Change and Cap and Trade
On CBS with Katy Couric in February, 2009, Romney said this, “I think the risks of climate change are real. And that you’re seeing real climate change. And I think human activity is contributing to it. I would develop within this country sources of energy which would allow us to be free of foreign oil. But sources that don’t emit CO2.”
“I believe the world is getting warmer, and I believe that humans have contributed to that,” he told a crowd of about 200 at a town hall meeting in Manchester, New Hampshire.”
Romney supports regulation of greenhouse gas emissions, primarily through voluntary measure. He would eliminate “dirty” coal power plants even at the cost of losing jobs because he believes coal plants kill people.
Illegal Aliens and Amnesty
Although Romney says he’s against amnesty for illegal aliens, he also says, “I don’t believe in rounding up 11 million people and forcing them at gunpoint from our country.” (Willard, it’s probably more like 40 or 50 million people here illegally and according to FBI statistics they murder 25 American citizens per day!) Willard says he would like to see illegal immigrants register with the government, pay taxes, and apply for citizenship. What? How about entering the country the way all our ancestors did? How about coming into this country legally? Does Willard have any idea of how many “other types” are crossing the border so easily?
Education
Romney supported the infamous, No Child Left Behind, as well as the federal government’s involvement in education. See Char Iserbyt’s article on same. He approved efforts in Massachusetts to REQUIRE parents in poorly performing schools to attend parental education classes. He also is for Charter Schools. Second Amendment
Willard Romney has stated in past campaigns that he is a proponent of gun control and fully supports a ban on assault weapons. He enacted a ban in Massachusetts on many so called “military style assault weapons.” Romney stated, “These guns are not made for recreation or self-defense. They are instruments of destruction with the sole purpose of hunting down and killing people.” Sorry Willard, but you don’t know squat about firearms, nor do you understand that the second amendment is the very teeth of the Bill of Rights. And you don’t even own a gun!
In 1994, Willard also supported the Brady Bill. The Center for Handgun Violence which is Sarah Brady’s organization, is responsible for countless lawsuits against manufacturers and various state firearm laws. They are rabid anti-gunners, as obviously is Willard Mitt Romney.
Sustainable Development and Agenda 21
In 2004, as part of Willard’s goal to adopt a strategic approach to “land protection” in Massachusetts, he launched a plan to help cities and towns adopt “smart growth” policies that foster sustainable development. He stated that he wanted a more coordinated approach to “land conservation,” involving housing, environmental and transportation agencies.
As I mentioned in my previous article on Newt Gingrich, federal or state land grabs under the guise of sustainability are wholly unconstitutional. However, once again, elimination of land by the federal or state governments when it belongs to the people, is fully a plank of the communist manifesto.
Conclusions
Obviously Willard Mitt Romney is no conservative. His stances on issues are tainted with communist tenets, and I’ve only covered a few of them. Why then do people who claim to be “conservatives” and “Christians,” like Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Ann Coulter, Hugh Hewitt, Mark DeMoss, Richard Land, Stu Epperson, Jay Sekulow, Jim Dobson, Tom Minnery, and Tony Perkins, claim that he’s a conservative?
Sadly, we are dealing with many false friends of the constitution and what I call “controlled” opposition to the communist agenda.
Mitt Romney is more like his fellow Mormon, Harry Reid rather than the famous conservative Mormon, Glenn Beck. Of course Beck backed Willard for President and I would guess he backed him because they are both Mormons, just like many of the black electorate voted for Obama because he was the first so-called black American president.
The above facts regarding Romney’s platforms change depending upon which group he is speaking to and whether they’re liberal or conservative. However, his actions in Massachusetts as governor speak volumes about what Romney really stands for and it’s certainly not the constitution…more like the communist agenda.
His religion is difficult inasmuch as his great-grandparents were polygamists, and up until the 1960s the Mormon church disallowed black Americans in their membership in wards, stakes, or meeting houses, much less the Temple. The mere fact that Willard believes that when he dies he’ll ascend to becoming a god like Jehovah who will rule over a world like ours is enough to reject him as presidential fodder. Yes, I’ve known some wonderful Mormons in my life, but don’t bother to write and tell me this isn’t true or tell me all about Mormons. In my impetuous and misspent youth I was married to a Mormon.
We’ve many other candidates, many with far less communist tenets than Newt or Willard, but none that are really solid true constitutionalists. We’ll discuss them in the next article.
