I think that Congress has taken the whole “we don’t need to read it” thing to a new level. Not only do they nor read the bills before voting on them, now THEY DONT” EVEN GIVE THEM A TITLE!

This is a bill that has had as many lives as Morris the Cat and it still is clearly undefined as to what it really is.
Don’t you think it is time that we consider VERY CAREFULLY who we are sending to Congerss in November?
