Petition Against Obama Heath Care Act

A strong campaign in South Orange County California opposed to the Obama Administration Government Health Care will now reach out to voters in the form of a petition against the Obama Health Care Act.

While registering new voters, legally registered citizens of the United States of America will be asked to sign a petition against the Obama Health Care Act. This Grass Roots Outreach will continue until November, 2010.  Orange County, California Register of Voters: www.oc.ca.gov/election.

The health care bill was forced through the house without consideration to the many details affecting; doctors, hospitals, corporations, small businesses, seniors and low income families along with current health care policies carried by small and large companies.  Doctors and nurses in hospitals called talk radio show hosts telling the public this was deceptive.

This process will cause disruption with current medical insurance providers, putting many out of business and forcing doctors to turn away patients. This is creating a government health care system that has failed in European countries, pushing another burden on tax payers. The cost of this Health Care Act far exceeds what was presented to the public.

There are many questions surfacing about government officials and legislators who implemented this bill and what hidden agenda is linking them into paybacks associated to government contracts and medical companies that pushed this through without a full review. Would you sign a financial contract without knowing your obligations?

Many Congressmen admitted they did not fully read the bill because Obama give them a deadline, but adjustments could be made later. U.S. Congressman Dana Rohrabacher wrote in a letter to Nancy Pelosi and Majority Leader Hoyer: “Any health care reform legislation that comes to the floor must be available to all members and the public for a sufficient amount of time before we are asked to vote for it. This includes any amendments or changes to the bill included as part of the rule.” Dana’s website: http://rohrabacher.house.gov/

After reading the bill many are against its process and cost as the administration is making it a tax.  Businesses and the public where misled on the true cost and coverage it will provide, when Congress returned to their states to hold town hall meetings they were met with enraged voters.  Nowhere in The Constitution of the United States of America, under Article One, Section 8, “Taxes, Duties, Imports and Excises” is their a law to create health care as a mandatory requirement, taxing the public and businesses then pushing it into a law to be effective without voter approval by 2014.

Why should you be forced to take health care, then charged and/or taxed for a personal choice?  Why should the IRS mandate this on your tax form and fine you for not having health insurance?  What if you can’t afford the high cost?  Does the IRS have the right to penalize you and monitor your physical health care needs?  The Answer is NO.  By law this is not to be enforced on Americans in the form of a tax, this is not a product associated to a purchase of a consumer product, land or property.  This administration wants your physical body to become a product to be taxed to recoup their wild card spending and failed bailouts. They are going after big ticket items using a need creating a fear to make you a living breathing upright human to be a taxable commodity. 

Everyone wants health care but this administration was inflexible, disregarding the economy as a priority.  Yet, the public and businesses stated for months jobs should be first and health insurance could be set-up when the economy got back on track since everyone would be working to afford health care coverage. This administration was reversing the public’s needs; this created a back lash with voters against the Obama administration.

Under a Federal Law funds are to be given when there is a high number of Americans without jobs and this was ignored, instead health care was ranked more important, with unemployment at 12.3% in California not counting those that have been dropped from the Unemployment Development Department, since they no longer receive funds, “How can anyone afford to pay for health care when they are not working and trying to pay for food, housing, utilities, gas and necessities to look for work?” Adding to this fiasco American jobs, are being handed over to foreign countries and illegals are crossing our borders using false ID to steal Americans jobs.”

Some have referred to this health care program as the Obama care maze. On the government health care website: www.healthcare.gov you are taken through menus of questions.

The general rule within the Obama administration is that there is profit in confusion; the more confusion, the more profit. Therefore, the best approach is to create problems and then offer the solutions.
