Vermont Trotter is an unemployed logging contractor from North Idaho fighting for his house.  He has created a website and blog called www.chinkinthearmor.net where he shares his experiences and knowledge.  The purpose of the website is to educate consumers and attorneys to the issues regarding MERS assignments so homeowners can challenge the fraud in the system. MERS is the most exquisite fraud in the history of the Republic.  Price tag is conservatively estimated at $12.5T.  It is the other half of the story of Goldman Sachs and their SEC lawsuit of designing investment vehicles to fail.  MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registry Service) is the infrastructure which allowed the fraud to take place.  MERS is also the Chink in the Armor which will allow us little guys,  us regular guys to claw down the banks from the inside.
