The Free Gaza Movement boasts the names of Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn, Noam Chomsky, Adam Shapiro and other American radicals allegedly devoted to destroying the United States and Israel.

An American victim of a Palestinian terror attack on Friday filed an unprecedented lawsuit to seize ships used in the Gaza Flotilla by Islamic and anti-Israeli organizations to breach Israel’s coastal blockade of the Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, the Israeli Defense Force is preparing for the next threatened flotilla this Summer that will attempt to penetrate the Israeli naval embargo surrounding the Palestinian Gaza stronghold.

The suit, Bauer v. The Mavi Marmara, was filed in Manhattan federal court. Its goal is to confiscate 14 ships outfitted with funds unlawfully raised in the United States by anti-Israel groups, including The Free Gaza Movement (“FGM”).

In May 2010, several of these ships, led by the Turkish vessel the Mavi Marmara, attempted to breach the blockade. The resulting violence caused the deaths of nine militants and injury to numerous Israeli Navy SEALs. A second such flotilla is planned in coming weeks. The American contingent of the Free Gaza Movement is led by President Barack Obama’s friends and supporters Bill Ayers and Jody Davis, who also heads Code Pink.

According to a police source in the Middle East, the Pakistani security force intercepted a call after being informed about a plan that terrorists plotted to kill Zardari, leading to arrest of four men in the capital and the rest of the suspects in different regions of Punjab.
Both the Pakistani Taliban and al-Qaeda threatened attacks on the government and military in their bid to take revenge of killing of world’s most wanted terrorist Osama bin Laden on May 1 by U.S. Navy SEALs.

The bin Laden operation was the culmination of years of careful and highly advanced intelligence work as officers from the CIA, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and the National Security Agency worked as a team to analyze and pinpoint the Pakistani compound where bin Laden was killed.

The possible killing of another notorious Pakistani terrorist Ilyas Kashmiri, who is believed to have masterminded Mumbai attacks, may have added fuel to the fire.

Protesters clashed with Israeli security forces during a protest that quickly turned into a riot on Sunday. According to a Law Enforcement Examiner source in Israel, so far 20 protesters have been killed after grenades were thrown at IDF soldiers from the Golan Heights, according to the source.

A group referring to itself as the Committee Preparing the Return March is marking today’s Naksa Day — the day commemorating the Arab defeat in the Six Day War — with marches to the borders of Israel (referred to as “occupied Palestine”) from Syria, Lebanon, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.

The committee also called for Palestinian refugees to fly to Israel’s airports (the airports of “occupied Palestine”) on regular commercial flights. Hamas’ call for a day of commemoration is backed by practical preparations carried out by pro-Palestinian activists.

However, the idea of sending Palestinian refugees (or their descendents) to a propaganda display at Ben-Gurion Airport to raise public consciousness for the so-called “right of return” and to embarrass Israel has been tinkered with for the past year by the networks and organizations participating in the campaign to de-legitimize Israel.

A young boy is quickly becoming a martyr for the thousands of Syrian rebels calling for the end of Bashar Al-Assad’s brutal and oppressive Ba’ath Party government.

The youngster, identified by rebels as Hamza Al-Khatib, was helping to deliver relief supplies of food, blankets and medicine to the residents of the Syrian district of Daraa who were being prevented from leaving their home by the Syrian military.

A U.S. intelligence source tells the Law Enforcement Examiner that 13-year old was arrested and tortured to death by members of the Syrian secret police. His body four weeks turned up four-weeks later when it was left in front of his home wrapped in plastic. His parents were further shocked to discover his genitalia were sliced off.

According to British police officials on Friday, MI5 received intelligence from the U.S. intelligence community regarding a suspected Osama bin Laden terrorist attack dubbed the “Easter shopping” terrorist plot. The information is contained in computer files seized by U.S. special forces when they raided bin Laden’s hideout on May 1.

This was first top-secret intelligence to have been passed back from the bin Laden operation that left the terror master dead, a government source told the Law Enforcement Examiner.

A Manchester terrorist cell comprised of radical Islamic immigrants was suspected of plotting to blow up landmarks in the city during the Easter holiday was arrested in 2009. But Scotland Yard and the Crown Prosecutors Service lacked sufficient evidence to press charges and the allegations of ill treatment by British interrogators at the time were being for MPs, lawyers, human rights groups, and news reporters made it difficult to pursue the case.

While not much is known about bin Laden’s sexual proclivities, the discovery of pornographic material shouldn’t shock most Americans since radical Muslims also share a penchant for hypocrisy when it comes to deviant sexual behavior.

As reported earlier this year by the Law Enforcement Examiner, one issue that’s avoided is the widespread sexual intercourse between Afghan Taliban men and young boys. In non- diplomatic terms, Afghanistan is a haven for child rape.

In a religion some consider overly repressive due to its adherence to the precepts contained in the Koran, it’s difficult for American servicemembers and diplomats to understand the fact that a large portion of the Afghan male population are pedophiles (adults who enjoy sexual contact with prepubescent children) or pederasts (adults who enjoy sexual relations with pubescent or post-pubescent children).

While Muslims in Iraq have on several occasions stoned homosexuals for their sexual activities, not all Muslims believe pedophilia is a violation of Shariah law. Those who believe in the sacredness and infallibility of the Koran adhere to the teaching that women are sub-human and quasi-slaves, and therefore Muslim men will look for relationships — even sexual relationships — with others of their own gender.

According to Reuters, there is a lot of homosexuality going on in Afghanistan, but those engaging in it don’t think of themselves as gay, so that makes it okay since Islam officially disapproves of the gay and lesbian lifestyle.

“Detainee reporting accounts for more than half of all HUMINT [human intelligence] reporting on al-Qaeda since the program began…”

Documents recently released by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) demonstrate the valuable information gained by so-called “enhanced interrogation techniques,” that ultimately led to the recent killing of al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden. A non-partisan watchdog group obtained the documents as a result of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.

In March 2011, Judicial Watch — a public-interest organization that investigates and prosecutes government corruption — released documents obtained from the Department of Defense (DOD) detailing the policies of the Bush administration related to the detention of “enemy combatants” at Guantanamo Bay, as well as the significant risks posed to the general population if the detainees were released.

The documents include a February 4, 2004, draft presentation entitled “Guantanamo Detainees” previously marked “Not for Public Dissemination.” It specifically references the role of “couriers” in the bin Laden network, noting that enemy combatants at Guantanamo Bay include “members of al-Qaeda’s international terrorism support network, including financiers, couriers, recruiters and operatives.”

The DOD documents obtained by Judicial Watch further state that “Detainees have revealed al-Qaeda leadership structures, operatives, funding mechanisms, communications methods, training and selection programs, travel patterns, support infrastructures, and plans for attacking the United States and other countries” and “information on [Osama bin Laden] personal security procedures.”

This is consistent with documents previously obtained in a separate Judicial Watch lawsuit that detail the overall effectiveness of “enhanced interrogation techniques” against captured terrorists.

U.S. Rep. Peter T. King (R-NY), Chairman of the Committee on Homeland Security, and Rep. Michael T. McCaul, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations, and Management also requested that Secretary Clinton develop a comprehensive strategy to assist the Mexican government win their war against the violent and deadly cartels such as Los Zetas, who are suspected of murdering an American law enforcement agent.

In a joint letter to Secretary Clinton, the Members wrote that “the Mexican drug cartels present a dangerous threat to the national security of the United States.”

The Members urged Clinton to “use every capability of the U.S. Government to counter this growing threat to our economy, our security and well being of our citizens. Equally as important, we must make sure Mexico does not become a failed state and yet another haven for terrorists.”

The request came as Secretary Clinton hosted the Mexican Foreign Minister, Patricia Espinosa, at the U.S. State Department in Washington, D.C.

Over the past few years, the United States has increased its emphasis on training and equipping foreign police as a means of supporting a wide range of U.S. foreign-policy goals, including countering terrorists overseas and stopping the flow of narcotics to the United States.

Funding for these activities has increased significantly since the GAO last reported on these issues in 1992.

In response to congressional request, GAO analysts estimated the amount of the funding the U.S. government provided for activities to train and equip foreign police, referred to as “police assistance,” during fiscal year 2009. Also, the GAO defined “police” as all law-enforcement units or personnel with arrest, investigative, or interdiction authorities.

It was revealed that shortly after taking office in January 2009, Obama ordered Director of Central Intelligence Leon E. Panetta to make bin Laden’s death or capture the top priority of the U.S. war against the al-Qaeda terrorist organization, according to John Banusiewicz of the American Forces Press Service.

“Then, last August, after years of painstaking work by our intelligence community, I was briefed on a possible lead to bin Laden. It was far from certain, and it took many months to run this thread to ground,” Obama said.

The president said he met repeatedly with his national security team as information developed indicating bin Laden was at a compound in Pakistan, and that last week he determined enough information was available and authorized the operation.

“Today, at my direction, the United States launched a targeted operation against that compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan,” Obama said. “A small team of Americans carried out the operation with extraordinary courage and capability.

Alberto Benjamin Arellano-Felix was captured by Mexican authorities in 2002. While extradition to the United States was granted in 2007, there were years of unsuccessful motions and appeals until Arellano-Felix finally arrived in the United States on Friday.

Law enforcement officials who spoke to Law Enforcement Examiner claim this extradition is a message to Americans from the Mexican government that the Calderon Administration is serious about cooperating with the U.S.

“While this is a big catch for Mexico, their officials want to show that Calderon’s comments are politically motivated when he’s critical of the U.S., and that he’s willing to do what it takes to work with U.S. law enforcement to capture, try and convict top organized crime figures,” said former narcotics officer John Kubitz.

“It also removes a threat to Mexican government officials who know that the cartels are not afraid to assassinate top officials. With Arrellano-Felix in the United States, a threat may have been removed,” said Kubitz.

The wedding of His Royal Highness Prince William and Miss Catherine Middleton will take place at Westminster Abbey on Friday, April 29, 2011. The service is scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM (U.K. Time).

The wedding procession will begin at Buckingham Palace and and end at Westminster Abbey for the ceremony, according to a Metropolitan Police Service spokesperson. More than half a million people are expected in central London for the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

A large policing operation will be in place as the event is expected to attract substantial numbers of people onto the streets of London. In charge of the overall policing operation on the day will be Commander Bob Broadhurst, Head of Public Order, and Chief Superintendent Peter Terry, who will head the tactical policing plan.

The security forces face a wide spectrum of threats, from Islamist and Irish terrorism to anti-capitalist protesters. Then there are the emotionally and mentally disturbed who may attempt to breach security for specific reasons only they can articulate.

Bulent Yildirim, leader of the planned flotilla, said his group and supporters are getting the flotilla ready and warned that there will be a ship from every country in Europe. He said the Turkish-registered ship “Mavi Marmara” will be part of it.

The participants have warned that until the Israeli defense blockade is lifted on Gaza, the intifada will continue by land, by sea and by air. The blockade is a result of weapons, rockets, and other contraband being smuggled into the Palestinian territory in the Gaza Strip and being used against the Israeli people.

Last year’s killing of Turkish citizens by Israeli forces, who maintain they were acting in self defense, saw relations between Israel and Turkey — former close allies — reach a crisis point. Almost 12 months later, there has been little improvement, with the Turkish government demanding compensation for the victims and apologies, something Israel refuses to do.

Observers warn that with Syria in turmoil, the last thing the region needs is a new crisis. But with the flotilla due to leave in the coming weeks, a new crisis could well be looming.

Omar Martin Estrada — a/k/a El Kilo — is the alleged local leader of Los Zetas, arguably the most deadly and brutal drug cartel in Mexico. He was nabbed in San Fernando, where the buried bodies were found. A $1.2 million reward had been offered for his arrest.

Most of the victims are thought to have been abducted bus passengers traveling through the area.

In addition, Estrada is accused of being involved in the murder of 72 Central and South American immigrants whose bodies were found in the same area last year. The illegal aliens refused to work for Los Zetas as “mules” carrying drugs and contraband for the cartel, a U.S. crime scene expert working as a consultant for the police told the Public Safety Examiner.

Five other suspects were also arrested, the source said, and forensic scientists and pathologists have been working to identify the bodies, some of which were taken to Mexico City for examinations and autopsies.

Security forces have already arrested at least 16 suspected members of Los Zetas in connection with the mass graves, but it’s not known how much or what type of evidence prosecutors possess at this point in the case.

There were also 16 local police officers accused of protecting the drug cartel members, and they are being interrogated by the Mexican national police (Federales).

The non-governmental agency Human Rights Watch claimed on Friday that one of its observers photographed three mortar-launched projectiles exploding over a residential area of Misrata.

The area where Human Rights Watch witnessed the use of cluster munitions is about 1 kilometer from the front line between rebels and government forces. The submunitions appear to have landed about 300 meters from Misrata hospital. Human Rights Watch could not inspect the impact sites due to security concerns, according to the organization’s press statement.

Human Rights Watch has not yet been able to determine if civilians in Misrata have been wounded or killed by cluster munitions. Human Rights Watch interviewed two ambulance drivers who said they had witnessed cluster strikes prior to April 14.

A meeting of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) foreign ministers in Berlin ended Friday without reaching an agreement with non-participating member countries to contribute warplanes to the enforcement of the United Nations-sanctioned no-fly zone over Libya.

The US, UK and France officials stated in a joint media release that the danger to Libyan civilians will continue as long as Col. Khadhafi maintains power. The Russian government condemned NATO, accusing it of exceeding the UN resolution to protect civilians from the onslaught or retaliation of Khadhafi’s military or the mercenaries the dictator hired from nearby African countries.

Releasing photographs of cluster munitions, officials from the New York-based Human Rights Watch claimed three projectiles had exploded over Misrata.

A pro-Palestinian activist from Italy was discovered dead in Gaza a mere few hours after being abducted, according to the Israeli Defense Force.

According to IDF officials, 36-year old Vittorio Arrigoni was seized on Thursday morning by a radical Islamist group seeking the release of their leader, who was arrested last month.

Hamas claimed that Arrigoni was found hanged, after member of the Palestinian Authority police received an anonymous telephone call.

Arrigoni was the first foreigner kidnapped in Gaza since British news correspondent Alan Johnson was abducted in 2007.

Hamas officials claim they’ve arrested one suspect and the police manhunt continues for his accomplices. Arrigoni had not been held captive for long and was almost immdediately executed by his captors.

Arrigoni was seized by Salafist radicals, who have often been in conflict with Hamas, the British Broadcasting Company’s Gaza correspondent Jon Donnison reported.

Mirroring President Bill Clinton’s 1990s reductions in defense spending that some critics claim led to the terrorist attacks against the US and its interests, Obama is planning his own set of defense cuts with the blessings of his Secretary of Defense and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

The president stated that he plans to work with Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates and with Navy Admiral Mike Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, to find more savings within the Defense Department to help in reducing the federal deficit.

“Secretary Gates believes that the Department of Defense cannot be exempt from efforts to bring federal deficit spending under control,” Pentagon Press Secretary Geoff Morrell said. “However, it is important that any reduction in funding be shaped by strategy and policy choices, and not by a budget math exercise.”

The Pentagon already has cut back spending by more than $400 billion over the past two years. The president said he believes the department is capable of matching that effort again to help in realizing $2 trillion in savings as part of an effort to reduce federal borrowing by $4 trillion over the next 12 years.

“The president acknowledged that the Department of Defense has been at the forefront in tearing back unneeded, duplicative and obsolete programs and administrative overhead,” Morrell said. “[He] wants us to continue this effort with the goal of significant additional savings over the coming decade.

Air Force General Douglas Fraser, commanding officer of the U.S. Southern Command, said Iran has significantly increased the number of Iranian embassies in the region while building “cultural centers” and mosques in more than 15 Latin American countries.

Gen. Fraser reported to the Senate Armed Services Committee that military intelligence confirmed that Iran hosted heads of state from three countries: Bolivia, Guyana and Venezuela.

This was not the first time U.S. Senators from both parties were warned about Latin America’s vulnerability to radical Islam. In 2007, the Bush Administration’s chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Marine General Peter Pace, warned members of the Senate Armed Services Committee that elements of radical Islamic groups were active in South America recruiting and training terrorists.

Pace mentioned Hezbollah and al-Qaeda, yet the Democrat-controlled Senate ignored Gen. Pace’s warning.
Three suspected al-Qaeda associates who were apprehended in West Africa by U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agents during an international anti-drug operation, were extradited to New York and appeared in federal court in Manhattan earlier this year, according to reports obtained by the National Association of Chiefs of Police’s Terrorism and Narcotics & Dangerous Drugs committees.

The excavation project is part of a police search for the possible remains of 60 missing people believed killed in the Mexican drug war. DNA samples will be examined from the remains and compared with tissue samples of the missing people to establish their identities, a U.S. crime scene investigator working as a consultant in Mexico told the Law Enforcement Examiner.

The excavation, which started last week, is being done at a deserted area in the Tijuana vicinity. The location allegedly is owned by Jose Santiago Meza, who was arrested in 2009 and confessed to dumping 300 bodies in vats of acid.

Meza admitted he was paid $600 per week by a drug kingpin to get ready of the bodies of his gang’s victims.

Last week, the Mexican government announced the discovery of 59 bodies in mass graves. The bodies were discovered by police officers investigating the hijacking of a busload of civilians by suspected narco-terrorists in the Mexican state of Tamaulipas.
