The Free Gaza Movement boasts the names of Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn, Noam Chomsky, Adam Shapiro and other American radicals allegedly devoted to destroying the United States and Israel.

An American victim of a Palestinian terror attack on Friday filed an unprecedented lawsuit to seize ships used in the Gaza Flotilla by Islamic and anti-Israeli organizations to breach Israel’s coastal blockade of the Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, the Israeli Defense Force is preparing for the next threatened flotilla this Summer that will attempt to penetrate the Israeli naval embargo surrounding the Palestinian Gaza stronghold.

The suit, Bauer v. The Mavi Marmara, was filed in Manhattan federal court. Its goal is to confiscate 14 ships outfitted with funds unlawfully raised in the United States by anti-Israel groups, including The Free Gaza Movement (“FGM”).

In May 2010, several of these ships, led by the Turkish vessel the Mavi Marmara, attempted to breach the blockade. The resulting violence caused the deaths of nine militants and injury to numerous Israeli Navy SEALs. A second such flotilla is planned in coming weeks. The American contingent of the Free Gaza Movement is led by President Barack Obama’s friends and supporters Bill Ayers and Jody Davis, who also heads Code Pink.

This latest hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, June 15, and its main topic will be the Muslim population incarcerated in prisons throughout the country.

“We have seen cases in which inmates have been radicalized at the hands of already locked-up terrorists or by extremist imam chaplains,” said Chairman King in a statement.

“We will focus on a number of the serious cases in which radicalized current and former inmates have planned and launched attacks or attempted to join overseas Islamic terrorist organizations.”

King’s first hearing in March caused many within the Muslim community to condemn the subject of radicalization, and almost half of the Democrats in the House urged him to cancel it.

“While there have been extremist groups and random acts of political violence throughout our history, the al Qaeda attacks of 9/11 and the ongoing threat to our nation from Islamic jihad were uniquely diabolical and threatening to America’s security, both overseas and in our homeland,” said King last March.

The Latino group produced a video which it was posted on the Internet web site YouTube following Mr. Hayes testifying — by invitation of Maryland State Delegate Pat McDonough — on March 15 before the Judiciary Committee of the Maryland House of Delegates. Hayes’ testimony revealed his opposition to providing taxpayer dollars for in-state tuition benefits for illegal aliens.
The video begins with the message “[expletive] you ‘Mayate,’” which is reportedly a racist and derogatory term used to smear African Americans and “dark skinned” people.

The video then streams a series of racist images including: the silhouette of a man hanging from a noose, photos of Mr. Hayes adjacent to photos of monkeys and bananas and doctored photos of Mr. Hayes pictured with a gun next to his head. The video, which runs two minutes and nine seconds, concludes with the message “Your (sic) FREE Now Mayate go back to Africa.”

The video was initially posted to the video web site YouTube by a group with the moniker “The Timmytop,” and was subsequently removed. The Timmytop Youtube “channel” includes a number of extremist propaganda videos with messages such as “This Is Our Land Whiteboy [expletive] you Gringo.”

The videos appear to express support for the La Raza/Aztlan movement, which seeks to conquer the American Southwest and “return” it to Mexico. Notably, the videos attack black and white Americans.

The Marin Institute, an alcohol industry watchdog, is calling on California State Senator Alex Padilla (D-Pacoima) to strengthen his proposed legislation and put a halt to what’s termed “supersized alcopops” like Blast. (Alcopops are drinks that are a combination of alcoholic and soda pop.)

The 12% alcohol, 23.5 oz, single serving cans are the latest binge-drinking threat to underage and young adult drinkers, according to the public-interest group.

After practically bringing down President Barack Obama’s pride and joy political organization ACORN with the help of his partner Hannah Giles, citizen journalist James O’Keefe, 26, released a new video that may just end the leftist stranglehold on National Public Radio.

In a video taped using a hidden camera, the conservative investigative reporter shows undercover associates posing as potential Muslim donors meeting with two NPR fundraisers who are caught on the tape making candid, awkward comments about the Republican Party — as well as discussing the controversial firing of NPR commentator Juan Williams, who also worked for Fox News Channel as a liberal-left political analyst.

O’Keefe’s latest shocker reveals NPR fundraisers Ron Schiller and Betsy Liley at lunch with two men play-acting as Muslim contributers. The NPR duo are seen and heard telling the supposed contributors what they obviously wished to hear from the two “development” executives.

Ron Schiller is heard on the video saying, “[V]ery little of our funding comes from the government.” He’s also heard saying, “The current Republican Party, particularly the tea party, is fanatically involved in people’s personal lives and very fundamental Christian — and I wouldn’t even call it Christian.”

“Basically, they believe in white, middle America, gun toting — it’s pretty scary. They’re seriously racist…” said Schiller.

Schiller has since left his job as NPR Foundation’s senior vice president for development.

According to the Pentagon, Private 1st Class Bradley E. Manning, a low-level military intelligence analyst, allegedly “uploaded” unauthorized software onto government computers to extract classified information. He then unlawfully downloaded the data, improperly stored it, and then transmitted the classified data to unauthorized personnel which allowed the general public access to classified intelligence.

Pvt, Manning’s actions — and those of the Wikileaks owner, Julian Assange — have aided enemies in acquiring military and diplomatic information and the investigation remains ongoing, officials said.

“The new charges more accurately reflect the broad scope of the crimes that Private 1st Class Manning is accused of committing,” said Captain John Haberland, a legal spokesman for U.S. Army Military District of Washington. “The new charges will not affect Private 1st Class Manning’s right to a speedy trial or his pretrial confinement.”

According to the Washington, DC-based public-interest group Accuracy in Media, a number of sources said that Manning was angry with the military over its stance on homosexual soldiers serving openly. AIM’s analysis revealed that he was unhappy with the “Don’t ask, don’t tell” policy instituted during the Clinton Administration.

The New York based Islamic Thinkers Society is organizing a huge protest this week in Washington D.C. to support Sharia law in the U.S. and restoration of the Islamic Caliphate. Their web site states: “Our objective is to resume the Islamic way of life to which will fulfill the purpose of the aim. Our objective is to bring back the apparatus that was destroyed in 1924 i.e. Khilafah (Caliphate)”

Most of our political leaders are ignorant of Islam and the problems Muslims face when attempting to practice a cohesive religion. Islam is and always was an ambiguous religion. In order to understand how one group can argue that Islam is a religion of peace while another group commits atrocities in the name of Islam, one must return to the source of this religion which is diametrically opposed to liberal democracy.

The haunting evil of Sharia law that is the cause of such misery for some Muslim countries that follow its strict rules and harsh punishments will soon come to America, according to Move America Forward’s said Danny Gonzalez, Director of Communications for the organization.

“That’s what will happen if Anjem Choudary and the Islamic Thinkers Society get their way,” said Gonzalez, whose organization is this nation’s leading pro-military supporter.

The rally’s leaders have invited this man, Anjem Choudary and two other well known radical Islamic figures, to travel from the UK to the United States to attend and speak at the protest planned this week.

“Zachary Chesser attempted to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization and used the Internet to incite violence,” said Assistant Attorney General David Kris. “Today he is being held accountable for his actions. I applaud the many agents, prosecutors and analysts who worked tirelessly to bring this man to justice.”

“Zachary Chesser will spend 25 years in prison for advocating the murder of U.S. citizens for engaging in free speech about his religion,” said U.S. Attorney Neil MacBride. “His actions caused people throughout the country to fear speaking out – even in jest – to avoid being labeled as enemies who deserved to be killed. The fact that a young man from Northern Virginia could support such violence and terror is a sobering reminder of the serious threat that homegrown jihadists pose to this country.”

According to court documents filed with his plea agreement on October 20, 2010, Chesser maintained several online profiles dedicated to extremist jihad propaganda. Chesser admitted to taking repeated steps in April 2010 to encourage violent jihadists to attack the writers of South Park for an episode that included Muhammad in a bear suit, including highlighting their residence and urging online readers to “pay them a visit.” Among the steps he took was posting on multiple occasions speeches by Anwar Al-Awlaki, which explained the Islamic justification for killing those who insult or defame Muhammad. Al-Awlaki was named a “Specially Designated Global Terrorist” on July 12, 2010 by the United States government.

Chesser also admitted that in May 2010, he posted to a jihadist website the personal contact information of individuals who had joined the “Everybody Draw Muhammad Day” group on Facebook, with the prompting that this is, “Just a place to start.”

Some Wisconsin doctors have offered, at a public event, to write sickness excuses on request for protesting teachers, according to ABC and Fox News. A spokeswoman said that they knew they could “get in trouble,” but would take the risk because “teachers have no choice.”

The teachers’ choice is to go to work, or go without pay and risk being fired. “It’s the same choice faced by everyone in the world who can’t use someone else’s earnings to pay the bills,” said Jane Orient, M.D., executive director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS).

“Writing a phony sickness excuse is fraud,” said the veteran medical profession.

Doctors are frequently under intense pressure to do this, or to misstate diagnoses, to ‘help’ patients who want to collect sick pay, insurance payments, disability, or other benefits to which they are not lawfully entitled. For doctors to advertise their willingness to do so is, however, distinctly unusual.

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, named the FBI and a number of its agents and supervisors, a source told the Law Enforcement Examiner.

The federal lawsuit alleges that FBI informant Craig Monteilh was ordered by his supervisors to target Muslims for surveillance, violating their First Amendment right to freedom of religion. The lawsuit seeks class-action status, unspecified damages and a court order instructing the FBI to destroy or return the information Monteilh collected.

However, several law enforcement officers disagree with the plaintiffs’ allegationa claiming the surveillance did nothing to impede the Muslims’ religious practices.

“Usually these cases are filed regarding the Fourth Amendment and unreasonable search and seizure. In this case the plaintiff is claiming there was a denial of a First Amendment right. It will be interesting to see how federal judges adjudicate this case,” said former police detective and military intelligence officer Mike Snopes.

Monteilh admittedly visited a mosque in Orange County, CA, and helped build a criminal case against an Afghan-born man who was later arrested on terrorism charges.

The lawsuit claims that Monteilh’s contacts, FBI special agents Kevin Armstrong and Paul Allen, directed him in the collection of e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and other information about the Muslims and “explicitly told Monteilh that Islam was a threat to America’s national security,” according to the ACLU’s legal brief.

An FBI public information officer, Laura Eimiller, said when contacted that she not able to comment on the allegations contained in the lawsuit, but she stated that FBI agents do not target organizations or individuals based on religion.

The agency “does not investigate houses of worship or religious groups, but people who are alleged to be involved in criminal activity, regardless of their affiliations,” she told reporters who contacted her office.

“A cold, hard fact is that several terrorist plots have been hatched in Mosques throughout the world. In fact, the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993 emanated from a Mosque in Jersey City,” said political strategist and attorney Mike Baker.

“In this case, the FBI agents were not monitoring the religious service or the religious practices of worshipers. They were monitoring the activities of a suspect on their radar,” added Baker.

While the international news media and government officials are preoccupied with events occurring in Egypt, the Iranian government’s execution of a Dutch-Iranian woman government officials claimed was involved in drug smuggling has created a firestorm in Amsterdam, Holland over the weekend.

Those who knew Miss Bahrami, 46, claim the drug charges were bogus, and police officials in The Netherlands say that she was originally arrested for participating in anti-government protests two years ago when civil unrest in Iran followed accusations of a corrupt presidential election.

After being arrested and processed on charges of sedition, the Iranian government allegedly changed the records to show Bahrami was arrested for cocaine smuggling and possession, a capital offense in that Islamist nation.

Uri Rosenthal, Holland’s foreign minister, blasted government officials in Tehran for not granting the executed woman’s relatives entry into Iran to bury Bahrami. Instead of turning over her remains to her relatives, the Iranian officials secretly took Bahrami’s body more than 200 miles outside of the Iranian capital and held her last rites and burial ceremony without her relatives in attendance.

The class-action lawsuit was filed Wednesday in federal court in New York City against former President Jimmy Carter and his publisher, Simon & Schuster, alleging that Carter’s non-fiction book, Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid, contained numerous false and knowingly misleading statements intended to promote the author’s agenda of anti-Israel propaganda and to deceive the reading public instead of presenting accurate information as advertised.

“When the rhetoric about hatred, about mistrust of government, about paranoia of how government operates, and to try to inflame the public on a daily basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, has impact on people especially who are unbalanced personalities,” said Pima County, Arizona’s Democrat sheriff Clarence Dupnik.

In the aftermath of the Arizona shooting spree perpetrated by Jared Loghner, there are many in Washington, DC calling for an end to harsh talk and vitriol, including the Obama White House. Besides critically wounding a congresswoman and killing a federal judge, other less known victims died at the hands of this obvious madman.

However, many in the nation’s news media have used this incident to paint a target on the back on the Democrats’ Public Enemy #1, Sarah Palin.  For example, Reuters published this on Monday: “Palin, the failed 2008 Republican candidate for vice president who has hinted at a possible run for president in 2012, has used some highly charged language in fund-raising efforts and other forums and has sometimes been depicted toting a rifle.”

Within minutes of the shooting of Arizona Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, some liberal-left commentators, absent any credible evidence, were already blaming conservatives for their coarse rhetoric.

However, not one of these newsroom purveyors of “truth” mentioned the rhetoric contained in a typical pep talk by President Barack Obama.

The latest WikiLeaks document dump reveals that as late as 2008, American troops continued to find WMD in the region.

There are numerous mentions of chemical and biological weapons in the WikiLeaks documents, however the U.S. media appear only interested in those portions of the leaked material that highlight actions that are viewed as embarrassing for the U.S. military such as the accusation that U.S. commanders were aware of abuse and “torture” of prisoners by Iraqi soldiers and police officers. 

The U.S. Defense Department continues to demand that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange immediately return the stolen military documents in his possession, including recent documents that created another stir when published, according to Elaine Wilson of American Forces Press Service. 

The department also wants the whistle-blowing web site to permanently delete all versions of these documents, which contain classified and sensitive information, from its web site, computers and records, Pentagon Press Secretary Geoff Morrell told reporters during a Pentagon briefing.
